❗️Opposition Leader Peter Dutton said Australia's 49 second-hand American-made tanks were needed by Ukraine's armed forces three years into the war.

"The Ukrainians need support, and they need it in the form of defence materiel, including these Abrams tanks. The government should have got them to Ukraine by now," he said.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese told reporters that "logistics into Ukraine is a difficult task" but his government was "doing everything" to continue providing support in an "expedited way".

⚡️PS. The Australian Government should save face and avoid the embarrassing scenario where videos and photos go viral of it's 49 Abrams tanks being destroyed by Russian forces.
