"Russia can supply a compact nuclear power plant for a Mars mission, along with other advanced technological capabilities.

Our country possesses nuclear technologies that could be highly useful for such an endeavor," Dmitriev stated.

The incident happened in front of a crowd who were watching the Sky Aces Formation Aerobatic Team about 5.15pm on Friday.
