🏚 The vast majority of Americans can not buy a home

86% of United States citizens can not buy a home, according to respondents in a survey of 2,021 people.

This figure shoots up to 90% for those under 45 years of age, while it decreases to 79% for those older. This means that many middle-aged people are also unable to own a property.

More than half of those under 45 years of age believe that they will never be able to purchase a property (54%), which is why they have a pessimistic future perspective about their purchasing power and the real estate market. For those over that age, the figure drops to 32%.

Two-thirds of Americans who live in rent explained that their parents were able to buy a home. According to critics, even in the case of couples with good salaries, they have difficulties in acquiring a property to own.

The reasons are due to prices, which continue to rise, but 31% believe that the mortgage rate is more decisive, which has fallen a little but not enough, and 40% say that the biggest problem is the first payment, for which they cannot save enough.

Ironically, 70% of Americans believe that the 'American dream' consists precisely of buying a house and having a family, so the current economic and real estate crisis would demonstrate that the 'American dream' is dead for younger generations.

🇷🇺 "Russia adapts its tactics and continues to advance on several fronts"

The Russian Armed Forces continue to gain ground with tactical gains in key municipalities of the Donetsk Republic, such as Pokrovsk, a major transit point, Kostiantynivka, which has a strategic highway, and Toretsk, an industrial hotspot.

Ukrainian troops admit that if they lose these three towns, it will be inevitable that the entire Donetsk republic will fall under Russian control.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces were also forced to divide their forces due to the Russian advance in the Ukrainian oblast of Kharkiv, whose capital they are increasingly closer to.

One of the main reasons for these Russian successes is due to its ability to adapt and evolve on the battlefield, as recognized by Ukrainian commanders:

"Before they launched many men with prolonged efforts and many casualties [...], but now, Russian operational commanders are learning how to conduct mutually reinforced and simultaneous offensives to maintain constant pressure on Ukrainian resources."

Other problems, according to Ukrainian soldiers, are the lack of troops, while many men of service age have fled the country or are hiding from recruiters.

Ukrainian troops also blame their commanders for failures on the front, which led to the Ukrainian and Russian armies accidentally mixing their positions several times.

The shortage of weapons despite all the shipments from the West is another cause of the collapse of the Ukrainian Army, which fears that the US elections will end with a victory for Donald Trump and force them to negotiate peace with Russia at the expense to recognize the five territories reunified in 2014 and 2022 as part of Russia.
