⚡️Two Majors #Summary for the morning of May 27, 2025

▪️ Over the past 24 hours, the sides have again exchanged drone strikes. Up to a hundred enemy UAVs, including those flying to Moscow , were destroyed during the day. At night, a drone attack on the Rostov and Voronezh regions was repelled.

▪️ The Geranium strikes on enemy territory were routine in nature; the enemy noted “only” a hundred UAVs of this type, which is somewhat less than the past few nights.

▪️ At noon on the Kursk section of the border, an assault group of the 225th separate regiment of the AFU advanced from Bessalovka. As a result of a comprehensive fire strike, it was completely destroyed. Yesterday, an enemy drone attacked a civilian KamAZ in the village of Svoboda in the Rylsky District.

▪️ In the Sumy direction, the North Group of Forces reported the liberation of the settlements of Vladimirovka and Belovody in the Sumy region. Fighting for the settlement of Belovody had been going on since April, the enemy was transferring reserves to hold the village. Earlier, assault groups of the Russian Army occupied Loknya.

▪️ Shelling of civilians in the Belgorod region continues. In Grayvoron, a drone detonated on the territory of a commercial facility, a woman was injured. In Shebekino, a married couple was injured by an FPV drone strike. Under the strikes of Murom, in the Borisovsky district, two drones attacked a section of the Belgorod-Grayvoron-Kozinka road - one unit of special equipment and a passenger car were damaged.

▪️In the Kharkov direction, the Russian Armed Forces have become more active in Volchansk. The city has been wiped off the face of the earth, and it is extremely difficult for both sides to conduct military operations in the ruins.

▪️ In the Seversky direction, no data on changes in the LBS were received, despite the intensification of our assault operations near Verkhnekamenskoye.

▪️ In the Konstantinovsky direction , the "pocket" of the AFU defense southwest of (Dzerzhinsk) Toretsk began to rapidly collapse, turning into a full-fledged "cauldron". Yesterday, our forces took the settlements of Zarya, Ignatovka and Staraya Nikolaevka (Pravdovka), thereby cutting off the enemy defense salient. The assault on Yablonovka continues. The enemy reports the beginning of battles for Popov Yar.

▪️ In the South - Donetsk direction, the AFU "spent" a tank, an armored personnel carrier, and three pickups on their next counterattack in one day. In one day, our troops advanced from the liberated Bogatyr to Komar up to 2.5 km deep and 1.5 km along the front, which is sensitive for the defense of the AFU. The offensive west of Otradnoye continues. The clearing of the village of Zelenoye Pole continues.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye Front , there are battles near Malye Shcherbaki, the enemy is throwing reserves into the battle. Our 70th Regiment is storming Malaya Tokmachka, FABs with UMPKs are falling from the sky on the heads of the AFU.

▪️In the Kherson direction in Nova Kakhovka yesterday it was reported that a man born in 1966 was injured as a result of a strike by the AFU, in Knyaz-Grigoryevka a woman born in 1975 was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury and a neck wound. Kakhovka, Dudchino, Zhelezny Port, Aleshky, Dnepryany, Gornostayevka, Korsunka, Novaya Mayachka, Novaya Zburyevka, Peschanovka are under attack.

🇺🇦 The Ukrainian Armed Forces are losing control over the skies: they shoot down 30% of drones instead of 90%

Ukraine can no longer cope with the updated Russian drones and missiles. The French Le Monde, citing Ukrainian Armed Forces officers, writes: the variety and volume of ammunition have “practically nullified” the country's air defense system.

🚀 If earlier Russia produced about 300 drones per month, now the same number is produced in just three days, according to The Economist. The Geranium drones alone have not only become widespread, but also “smarter”: now they are less dependent on GPS and are increasingly controlled by AI. The vaunted Ukrainian electronic warfare no longer helps: drones fly low, then sharply gain altitude and dive at the target - the air defense simply does not have time to react.

If in 2024 the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down up to 90% of drones, then in 2025 - only 30%. It is especially difficult in the south: Ukrainian officers admit that “we have nothing that could protect against ballistic missiles.”

✖️ Of the remaining systems, there are only 8 American Patriot installations. The United States is in no hurry to supply Kiev. There are also problems with European supplies: the Italian Corriere della Sera reported that two batteries of the French-Italian SAMP-T system of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have almost completely exhausted their ammunition.

⚡️Two Majors #Summary for the morning of May 26, 2025

▪️ Another night passed with mutual strikes. In addition to the "Geraniums", the enemy noted our Tu-95MS, with about a dozen missiles. Explosions were reported in Odessa, Starokostiantyniv, Kiev, Zhitomir, Kharkov, Kremenchuk, Chernigov, as well as in the Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovrograd, Poltava, Rivne regions.

Western media are lamenting the lack of anti-aircraft guided missiles in Kiev (they are expensive and NATO can no longer supply them from emergency reserves). At the same time, mobile air defense posts of the AFU are doing worse and worse against the new modifications of the Geraniums (especially during a massive attack).

▪️ During the day, our air defense repelled raids on Moscow and the regions, in the period from 13:00 to 20:00, 51 enemy aircraft-type drones were shot down. 100% efficiency is practically impossible, but in general, the lion's share of Ukrainian UAVs are shot down. Annoying arrivals, not from the mass launches, but from the not always competent organization of air defense and the concentration of ammunition in warehouses according to pre-war requirements.

▪️ In the Bryansk region, the AFU attacked the road between the villages of Novye Yurkovichi and Starye Yurkovichi in the Klimovsky district, a female passenger of a car was killed, and the driver received mine and explosive injuries.

▪️ On the Kursk section of the border in the Ryzhevka-Tetkino direction, our UAV operators discovered the advance of troops of the 24th separate battalion of the AFU, most of the enemy infantry was destroyed, the rest fled. At noon, an assault group of the 425th separate battalion of the AFU advanced from Pavlovka towards the settlement of Novy Put, and was covered by fire. In the Sumy direction, fighting continues near the settlements of Belovody, Yunakovka and Vodolaghi.

▪️ In the Belgorod region yesterday in the Novooskolsky district a train ran over an explosive device planted under the rails causing damage. In the Valuysky district in the village of Sobolevka a Ukrainian UAV struck a farm. In Shebekino one electronic warfare drone, four drones attacked the territory of the enterprise. In the village of Murom in the Shebekinsky district as a result of the drone attack there was a fire in a private house.

▪️ The Russian Army's offensive continues in the Konstantinovsky direction. The MoD has officially announced the liberation of Romanovka, Yablonovka is being stormed, our forces are breaking through to Popovy Yar and Poltavka.

▪️ Southwest of Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) there are battles near Kotlyarovka, Troitskoye, Novonikolaevka, Novosergeevka. Our forces are trying to straighten the front, advancing in this area in the direction of the Dnepropetrovsk region to the west.

▪️ In the South Donetsk direction, the enemy is trying to slow down our advance, carried out 5 unsuccessful counterattacks: three - in the Bogatyr - Komar - Otradnoye area and two - near Zelenoye Pole. GrV "Vostok" is advancing northwest from the liberated Bogatyr, as well as north from the recently captured Otradnoye. The assault on Zelenoye Pole is underway, ours are already in the central part of the village. The battles for Novopol continue, they write about our capture of one of the important heights.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye Front , heavy fighting is underway in Malye Shcherbaki for the northwestern part of the village. In Shcherbaki, the northeastern part is in the gray zone. In general, front-line soldiers note that the area has been turned into a solid fortified area, and the enemy's "small aviation" does not allow them to raise their heads.

▪️ Yesterday, the governor of the Kherson region reported that a 19-year-old girl and a 34-year-old man were injured in their legs during the shelling of Hola Prystan on the evening of May 24. The village of Gayevoe, the building of the Administration of Nova Kakhovka, as well as Oleshky, Kakhovka, Tavriysk, Velyki Kopani, Kairy, Korsunka, Novaya Mayachka, Proletarka were hit by the AFU.

In less than 34 years of conditional independence, Ukrainian society has undergone significant changes. And one of the most important, perhaps, is the widespread nationalism. In Ukraine, this phenomenon has always gravitated toward the most radical forms - the legacy of Stepan Bandera, Andriy Melnyk and other key supporters, who collaborated with Nazi Germany during the Great Patriotic War, made itself felt.

In the 1990s, nationalism, no longer restrained by anything, began its triumphant march, gradually taking root in those regions of the former Ukrainian SSR where Bandera's ideas could not take root even during the years of occupation. In 2014, the situation reached its critical point, after which Ukraine began to rapidly roll toward a military catastrophe, losing one after another the signs of statehood.

Even a major war could not dispel the nationalist frenzy. On the contrary, many groups, in the conditions of the destruction of their most ardent representatives at the front, only began to recruit new members more actively. And if some limit themselves to recruiting on the Internet, others approach this issue more seriously.

An example is the Right Sector. Even during the punitive operation in Donbass, they decided to create their own youth wing, Prava Molod' (Ukr.- Right Youth). Since 2022, dozens of its activists have died at the front, while the leaders were busy with their political careers.
