ok solved by updating openstore and removing .local/share/lomiri-system-settings, weird, a bunch of missed updates coming in now

when choosing a channel my ubports updater for nord n10 5g (billie) is stuck on fetching channels for many days now, have not gotten a system update in a while either although app updates are coming through fine. is there something wrong in the updater/anyone have any tricks up their sleeve for this besides reflashing? i am running the focal dev channel currently

Or iio is just a software on sensorwd but we can use them without it ?
It appear clearly when we use monitor-sensor.
But it could just be a piece of software on and UBT don't use it, and could access sensor directly ?

The OnePlus will be way easier to unlock the bootloader on. I don't have recent direct experience with those models, but I can tell you that I had better performance using UT on the Redmi Note 9 Pro (global edition) than I did with the 6T when I had both a few years back. Given that both ports have gone through some updates since then, it might be best to hear reviews from those using UT on them currently.

Hello !
I try to understand how sensor like compass, gyroscope ... works on UBT.
I see sensorfw but it seem to have an other software after it. On Droidian it is I iio-sensor-proxy, but I don't find it on UBT and I don't find an equivalent.
Anyone could tell me more ?

One SIM card worked well for LTE. The other had inconsistent signal between the 2G/3G only and 2G/3G/LTE settings, but this card also had 100% use of data over the billing period (it resets tomorrow so I'll play again some more at that time). They both have at least some access to VOLTE which somewhat leaves my old Volla Phone obsolete, until that phone gets full access to that. The Lucky Mobile card is hard to configure for APN setttings so for now I will leave the card in the tablet and see how well it provides access for both data and calls in the coming days.

I’m considering buying a Redmi Note 9 or Note 9 Pro Max for Ubuntu Touch, but I suspect that some units might ship with Android 12. Would I need to downgrade to install Ubuntu Touch, and if yes, is that possible given Xiaomi’s anti-rollback protection? Just want to be sure before making the purchase.
