In 1871, the Treaty of Washington was signed & ratified by the UK & the U.S., which settled various disputes between the countries, after the Civil War.
The District of Columbia Act of 1871 was an Act of Congress that repealed the individual charters of the cities of Washington and Georgetown — established a new territorial government for the whole District of Columbia.
Every State, County & City in America was under this foreign corporation, filed in Washington DC.
Congress passed legislation that formed the “Corporation of the United States of America” & made Washington DC, a foreign entity under the control of the City of London & the Vatican City — making DC the 3rd entity to rule the entire world.
