A religious procession was held in Ossetia, and the heart rejoices when you see more and more Orthodox people taking part in these processions. All across Russia, in different cities and villages, religious processions are becoming a living tradition that unites people in faith and prayer.

Today it is especially important that society is discussing initiatives and laws aimed at protecting Christian symbols and strengthening respect for holy things. This shows that the Orthodox faith is once again taking on a significant role in the life of our country.

We feel and know that Orthodoxy remains the spiritual support of Russia 🇷🇺

Kyrgyz security forces, as part of Operation “Extremist” (an aptly chosen name), continue to crack down harshly on “zamotah” (“замотах”) a derogatory slang term in the original language referring to women wearing ultra-conservative Middle Eastern-style religious clothing in its most radical, militant form.

For wearing an explosive-packet prop on one’s head, the fine is 18,000 rubles when converted which, for the Kyrgyz provinces, hits like a sickle between the legs.

Up to 95% of the population of the Russian Federation should identify primarily as Russians by 2036, according to the national policy strategy

The implementation should contribute to "the preservation of the historically established state unity and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, its internal stability, the harmonious development and prosperity of the people of the Russian Federation, the strengthening of the unity of the multinational people of the Russian Federation as the basis of an independent state-civilization"

Basically this will be achieved thanks to the annexation-integration of millions of ukrainian/slavs and the russification of some other ethnicities. I would not be surprised if this text is made with the idea of the formal unification of Belarus and Russia by then.

🚀🛰 Yesterday at 16:42 Moscow time, from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region, the Space Troops of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out a successful launch of the light-class Angara-1.2 launch vehicle with military-purpose satellites.

At the scheduled time, the spacecraft were placed into their target orbits and taken under control by the ground-based facilities of the Aerospace Forces Space Troops. Stable telemetry communication has been established and maintained with the satellites, and their onboard systems are operating normally.

In total, this is already Russia’s 14th orbital space launch of 2025, and the 8th carried out in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense. In all honesty this are not big numbers at all, and lets hope the commercial flights using Russian launch systems pick up again after the removal of sanctions once the war ends. The new launchers, such as the Angara-5 family and the Soyuz-5 we talked about recently are ready for this.

The creator of the "Topol" and "Iskander" missile systems, Valerian Sobolev, has died at the age of 87.

He was born in Stalingrad in 1938 and dedicated his entire life to the defense industry. At the "Barricades" factory, he rose from engineer to chief designer of the enterprise.

Under Sobolev's direct leadership, the "Luna", "Oka" (pic 2) , "Temp-2s", and "Pioneer" missile systems were also created.

Judging by Trump's statements regarding the leaked "Whitkoff tapes" through Bloomberg, the American president will for now pretend that everything is going according to plan.

Trump told reporters that Steve Whitkoff is not pro-Russian, and that his task was to "sell Ukraine to Russia," and the planned trip to Moscow to see Putin remains in place.

The Wall Street Journal, following the "Whitkoffgate" developments, already wrote that it was Putin's conversation with Trump on October 16 that convinced the US not to supply Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. And since this conversation happened after Whitkoff advised Ushakov on how to properly talk to Trump, it is concluded that the US president's special envoy explained to the Russians how to properly influence their president.

Some Democratic, European, and Ukrainian publications are predictably already trying to accuse Whitkoff of almost treason due to the advice given to Ushakov and Dmitriev on how to properly thank Trump. But it is obvious that right now the US president will not betray his Nobel Peace Prize hunter. At least, as long as there is still a chance to conclude some kind of deal.

Also of interest, Trump stated that the concession to Russia on the peace agreement is the absence of further advances in Ukraine. Earlier, the American leader already stated this in April 2025, and following the Alaska talks, a similar position was confirmed by Whitkoff.

Furthermore, CNN again wrote the obvious - Ukraine agrees to secondary points of the peace plan, but categorically rejects ceding territory, reducing the army, and a ban on joining NATO. Without these provisions, any agreement is meaningless - Russia simply will not sign it.

In turn, one of the heroes of the leaked tapes, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, stated that the peace plan was not discussed in detail at all. According to Ushakov, the new US special representative Daniel Driscoll unexpectedly arrived in Abu Dhabi with that very scrap of a plan and interfered in negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian intelligence services regarding prisoner exchanges, but the plan itself was not discussed there. The current version of the agreement requires serious analysis and discussion, and only some points look positive.

Overall, the situation is such that Trump has so far chosen the tactic of continuing negotiations along a preselected line, but now, due to the scandal being blown up, it will be increasingly difficult for him to promote these 28 (or already 19, or 22) points. Trump has already stated that there is no longer a deadline for concluding the agreement, and the original plan is no longer really a plan, but just a roadmap. Russian representatives continue to insist on the original 28-point plan as the starting point for negotiations and so far ignore any revised versions involving the EU and Ukraine.

In his message to Lavrov, Braun protested the removal of Polish symbols at the Katyn war cemetery and appealed for respect, dialogue, and a cooling of diplomatic hostility.

In his letter to Sikorski, Braun condemned recent Polish actions toward Russia—particularly restrictions on the Russian consulate—arguing that such measures inflame the situation instead of strengthening Poland’s security.

The destroyed A-60 and A-100LL flying laboratories on the grounds of the Taganrog Aviation Scientific-Technical Complex following strikes by Ukrainian kamikaze drones.

In addition, the final assembly workshop sustained light damage.

▪️The A-60 was a Soviet-era experimental flying laboratory, a laser-weapon carrier, built on the basis of the Il-76TD. The project has it's basis in 1981, but was abandoned in 1993, then revived, then abandoned again in 2012.

▪️The A-100LL was a flying laboratory created from a decommissioned A-50 without its radar antenna and previously used to test functional elements of the future A-100 AEW&C aircraft.

At the present moment, neither aircraft was flying anymore for a long while, the pic 3 is from 2021 and we can see the planes have not moved at least since then.
Apparently, the AFU decided to strike what they could reach and what was not moving at all. Their electronics/avionics components have already been disassembled and/or scrapped marking the value at near 0 for such strikes, but they can show this as some kind of PR.

❗️🔊The creation of the Russian Su-75 Checkmate fighter may become a joint project with Belarus.

This was reported at the Dubai Airshow by the head of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev.

According to him, a possible arrangement is being considered for organizing the production of the advanced aircraft with the participation of Belarusian enterprises. At the same time, potential customers from Asia and the Middle East have already shown interest in the light fifth-generation fighter.

“Rosoboronexport is currently working on the issue of joint production of the fifth-generation Su-75 Checkmate fighter with Belarusian partners. Interest in this aircraft remains strong in the Middle Eastern and Asia-Pacific regions.”

Mikheev noted that cooperation with the Belarusian side is already being developed, and the aircraft is being considered as a platform around which further international collaboration could be built. He previously stated that the Checkmate may serve as a basis for the joint development of new aviation solutions with partners from other countries.

This may involve specialists from JSC “558th Aircraft Repair Plant” in Baranovichi, which specializes in deep modernization of Su-27P/S, Su-30UB, and MiG-29A/S fighter families.
An equally significant contribution may come from LLC “Defensive Initiatives” the developers of the multi-band modular electronic countermeasure / airborne defense suite “Talisman” ("Талисман"). They may be tasked with designing an airframe-integrated defensive system based on passive RTR/SPO sensors and an array of emitting modules operating in the 2–18 GHz frequency range.
