I did the swap offline did not went through immediately, then did not check until it was very late. The window for swap was actually very small and hard to notice if you are just a wallet user. If you are serious about your project then give a second chance to all us that supported the project for years running the wallet and stacking. We are the only ones that lost our coins with the swap and there are probably alot like me.
I should have had all the coins in the exchange in the end and not support the project. That is a same! I might go and file a complain.
Looks like my coin swap to EVM did not went through and I lost my coins, ridiculous. I contacted support, they just said the swap is over. I am in the project 8 years stacking and all and now lost all? Can anyone help?

If you didn’t successfully complete the swap (or verify it after the fact) there is no recourse. We had a long window for folks to swap tokens with support. There is nothing that can be done - do not trust anyone in DM
