I am an early investor in Stratis. I bought some STRAT in 2018 which I HODL in Breeze Wallet. I could not swap this to STRAX.

Your point becomes moot when you haven’t paid attention to your projects for literally years. We gave everyone more than enough time to react and provided support in all forms for people to swap.
The end result is the same as there is no way to recoup those tokens that weren’t swapped.
There is no current way. That swap ended years ago, we gave holders the opportunity to swap for over a year during that time. Those that have missed that deadline are no longer able to swap.
