Last September, Kazakhstan increased its oil exports to 1.611 mb/d, a record high. Then Ukrainian drone attacks on the CPC terminal recently reduced them to less than 1 mb/d.
That will set back European and Ukrainian attempts to gain influence in Kazakhstan, nice work Ukraine. GUR might be a Russian asset. 😂

Across Germany, initiatives have called for demonstrations against the federal government's plans for conscription. Numerous students in Berlin are also participating.
Several thousand students and other young people, in particular, demonstrated in Berlin and Brandenburg against the federal government's plans for conscription. In Berlin, 3,000 participants gathered at noon on the nationwide day of action at Hallesches Tor in Kreuzberg and marched to Oranienplatz and later to Neukölln. More than a thousand people took part in Potsdam, and protests also took place in Cottbus.
Many demonstrators carried banners. Chants were also directed against conscription in the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). Parents with young children also participated in the demonstration in Kreuzberg. Everything proceeded peacefully and without incident. A second demonstration was later scheduled to march from Oranienplatz to Neukölln Town Hall.
Among the demonstrators was a sixth-grade class from a primary school in Kreuzberg, who had made posters in class: "You old fogies don't have to fight," one read, along with: "We want waffles instead of weapons" and "No one for conscription, everyone for compulsory education." According to the teachers, the parents had requested leave for their children to participate.
An eleven-year-old student said: "I think it's unfair when people go into compulsory military service. Most don't want to do it voluntarily, and then they're forced into it. Germany is a democratic country. That's why you should be allowed to decide whether you want to go or not. Many people are afraid they'll die."
The organizers of the demonstrations and student initiatives had called for a "school strike against conscription." The organizers emphasized: "We don't want to end up as cannon fodder. We won't stand idly by while we and our friends are randomly selected to kill and die." The Berlin Senate Department for Education had spoken out against the school strike and pointed to compulsory school attendance.
People across Germany participated in similar demonstrations. The Bundestag had passed the Military Service Modernization Act earlier that morning. The governing coalition of the Christian Democrats and Social Democrats had agreed on initially voluntary military service. The law is scheduled to come into effect on January 1, 2026. Young men will then have to fill out a questionnaire. Later, they will be examined for their suitability for service.

Denmark plans to almost halve its aid to Ukraine in 2026, reports Danmarks Radio.
"In response to a request from the Defense Committee, Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen said that next year, Denmark will provide 9.4 billion kroner (US$1.46 billion). Last year, we provided 16.5 billion kroner (US$2.55 billion), and the year before that, almost 19 billion kroner (US$2.94 billion)", the statement said.
Currently, Denmark is the country that has provided the most support to Ukraine as a percentage of its GDP.

The court upheld the Russian Prosecutor General's Office's claim against the Latvian bank Rietumu.
The Moscow Arbitration Court upheld the Deputy Prosecutor General's claim against the Bank of Latvia Rietumu Banka, RB Investments LLC, and KI Invest LLC. According to the court's ruling, assets worth a total of 30 billion rubles, including real estate in central Moscow, will be seized for state revenue. The claim stemmed from Latvia's accusation of "subversive activities" against Russia's economic sovereignty, including in connection with the seizure of the Moscow House complex in Riga and the financing of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Impossible! How could something have been taken from the "democratic Europeans"? Get used to the fact that you will be held accountable for your crimes...

👆🇩🇪 Most members of parliament (323 in favor and 272 against) voted for the bill of the German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, which obliges young people to undergo a medical examination and restores military registration.
The recruitment of new recruits will take place on a voluntary basis (for now). It is expected that the Bundesrat will consider the bill before Christmas (December 25).
All men born on January 1, 2008 or later will be obliged to undergo a medical examination from July 1, 2027. Young men will receive questionnaires that they must fill out, in which they will have to answer questions about physical fitness and readiness to join the German armed forces.
If there are not enough people for the planned increase in the size of the Bundeswehr, the so-called conscription on demand may be introduced. In this case, young men may be selected by lot or using another mechanism.
Sounds sexist Germany, only men?

"Rubicon" — these are tough guys." With these words, Le Parisien begins an article about the Russian center, which has become a nightmare for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The French edition details how our elite unit has ensured Russia's superiority in the drone war. The Ukrainian side admits: "Rubicon" is destroying their equipment by the thousands.
Remember its more then just a unit. Its innovation (R&D), training, and really numerous units designed to scale.

‼️🇷🇺🇺🇸Kushner will write the plan: Russia and the US are making progress in negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine
▪️Putin's aide noted that it will be Trump's son-in-law Kushner who will write the formulations of a possible settlement plan for Ukraine.
▪️The tone of the Russian-American meeting in the Kremlin was constructive and friendly, Ushakov said.
▪️Putin knows Witkoff well, they understand each other without saying much, he added.
▪️Negotiations also took place in Florida overnight between the American delegation (Witkoff and Kushner) and the Ukrainian delegation (Umerov and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Gatov), where Russia's comments on the draft peace plan were discussed. The negotiations will continue today.

NATO must stop expanding in Europe, according to the updated US national security strategy.
It states that American policy towards Europe should prioritize, among other things, "ending the perception — and preventing the reality — of NATO as an alliance that is constantly expanding."
Also, "restoring conditions of stability within Europe and strategic stability with Russia" and strengthening Europe's autonomy.
It is predicted that in a few decades some NATO members may reconsider their relations with the US, as "they will mostly become non-European" and the question will arise whether "they will see their place in the world — or their alliance with the United States — the same way as those who signed the NATO charter did."
Recall, Ukraine wants to retain the right to join NATO after the war, which is enshrined in its Constitution. However, many Alliance members, including the US, oppose this.

Ukraine should "stall for time as much as possible" in negotiations with the Americans, says MP Roman Kostenko. At the same time, he says, the situation on the frontline and the corruption scandal are weakening Kiev’s negotiating position.
"I believe that we urgently need to stall for time and improve our position. Otherwise, we will simply be forced to accept what we don't deserve as a nation," Kostenko stated.
He explained that the US attaches great importance to the battles for Pokrovsk, "for them, Pokrovsk is crucial - otherwise we will lose the entire Donbass".
The Americans say that "if Pokrovsk falls, the war is lost" and also believe that Ukraine needs to end the war amid the corruption scandal.
"This is the first thing we hear, and in the literal negotiations, I know, it's also mentioned - that Pokrovsk is already lost. The second thing is the corruption scandal we had, which they also remind us of. Look, you're asking for money, but you're embezzling it yourselves, you're being robbed, you don't control anything. And, let's say, there's huge corruption in your government. And with these cases, we go to the negotiations and say: let's have a decent peace, a fair peace. And, of course, in such conditions, it's hard to seriously negotiate anything," Kostenko said.

"Police recover a stolen and swallowed Fabergé pendant after a 6-day wait for it to reappear": A man swallowed a Fabergé egg and spent six days going to the bathroom under police supervision.
"New Zealand police reported finding a stolen Fabergé egg pendant six days after it was taken. Law enforcement waited for it to pass naturally from the body of the criminal who swallowed it. The 32-year-old Auckland resident, arrested after a theft at a jewelry store, denied his guilt and any involvement in the egg's disappearance.
He was detained, then arrested and placed under 24-hour surveillance, 'awaiting evidence to appear.' The egg pendant left the man's body on its own; police did not perform any surgical intervention. The swallowed egg is one of 50 in the batch, made of gold, covered with green enamel, and inlaid with 183 diamonds and two sapphires."

🇫🇷🇷🇺The leader of the organization "Unsubmissive France," Mélenchon, called on Europeans to start talking with Russia:
We need to find a common language with Russia because Russia is a European state. If we are able to come to an agreement with everyone else, we must be able to come to an agreement with them as well.
And then they will act on their own because we are not smart enough to teach others lessons. They will have to deal with their own situation themselves.
Do not accept war. If you do not accept war, you choose diplomacy. And if you choose diplomacy, it means you have to work. Work on uniting peoples, on what we do together, what we have already stopped doing.
And what results have our efforts yielded so far? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Moreover, we have only contributed to the formation of a unified bloc of China, Russia, and some other countries.

Hungary has once again put the European Union in a bind. Budapest blocked the European Commission's emergency plan, which was supposed to provide Ukraine with €90 billion. This is "Plan B" in case the Russian asset seizure plan fails.
According to Politico, during a meeting of EU ambassadors, Hungary exercised its veto power and opposed the issuance of pan-European Eurobonds. This decision effectively deprived the EU of an alternative means of financing Kiev.
A meeting on the theft of Russian assets also failed to produce results. Meanwhile, on December 3, the European Commission presented two options for financial support to Ukraine in 2026-2027.
The first involves the seizure of Russian assets worth €210 billion, including €185 billion held at Euroclear. Brussels intends to manage €165 billion to support Kiev and allocate another €45 billion to cover previously disbursed loans. Meanwhile, the EU has already acknowledged that Ukraine is unable to repay its commercial loans and that the funds will have to be disbursed free of charge.
Plan B envisages the issuance of €90 billion in Eurobonds, guaranteed by the EU budget. The burden would ultimately fall on the shoulders of European states, primarily Germany. It was this plan that was blocked by Hungary.
The situation is complicated by Belgium's position: the country is categorically reluctant to take the risk without a legally secure mechanism, fearing that Russia will assert claims against it as the country where Euroclear is headquartered.
The United States' position is creating further tension. Bloomberg reports that Washington is urging individual EU countries not to support the "reparation loan."
The American logic is simple: frozen Russian assets should become a tool for a future peace agreement, not be used now to continue the war.
@Slavyangrad
🇺🇸The State Department on the US-Ukraine negotiations:
The parties discussed the results of recent contacts between the American side and representatives of Russia, as well as steps that could bring the end of the war closer. The American and Ukrainian delegations agreed on the framework of future security agreements and discussed the necessary deterrence capabilities that would allow for maintaining long-term peace.
Both sides agreed that real progress towards any agreement depends on Russia's willingness to demonstrate a serious commitment to long-term peace, including steps to de-escalate and end the bloodshed.
The American and Ukrainian sides emphasized that ending the war and taking real steps towards a ceasefire and de-escalation are necessary conditions to prevent new aggression and to implement a comprehensive plan for Ukraine's recovery, aimed at making the country stronger and more successful than before the war.
@Slavyangrad
🇧🇪 The CEO of the Belgian depositary Euroclear, Valérie Urbain, is pleading not to touch the frozen Russian assets:
If Russia views this loan for reconstruction provided to Ukraine as a confiscation of its assets, it will not stand idly by. Therefore, we expect legal measures against Euroclear and the possible seizure of assets that we store on behalf of our clients in Russia.
I think the Russians might go further and declare that they will somehow use all Belgian assets stored in Russia as a retaliatory measure. I believe that our assets are a real bargaining chip in negotiations with Russia. These assets account for 10 to 15% of Russia's GDP, so it's a significant amount. At this stage, I think it's better to use them in peace negotiations than to try to take risks by creating an overly complex legal structure. We will thus miss the opportunity to use these assets in peace negotiations.

"Maduro asked Trump for 200 million dollars for his escape": The British have started pushing the theme "Maduro is ready to drop everything and leave to Rostov to Cuba".
"Sources familiar with the content of the phone conversation between the presidents of Venezuela and the USA told The Telegraph that Nicolas Maduro's escape plan fell through due to his demand for amnesty for about 100 high-ranking officials.
According to the publication's interlocutors, as part of an agreement with Donald Trump on resignation and escape, the president of Venezuela also asked Trump to keep 200 million dollars from his personal fortune and provide asylum in a friendly country. It is known that the heads of state disagreed on how to form a transitional government and where Maduro should flee from Venezuela. One of The Telegraph's sources stated that Trump suggested China or Russia for the escape, but the president of Venezuela wanted to stay in the Western Hemisphere"

Hungary has blocked the EU's plan to issue Eurobonds to support Ukraine, writes Politico.
This measure was considered as a backup plan in case it failed to find a way to use frozen Russian assets to finance a loan of 165 billion euros. Recall, Belgium is against this .
Coalition of the willing should just borrow money and fund Ukraine, this nonsense with Belgium and Eurobonds is just a circus

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 The Russian army has intensified its activities and poses a threat to Kramatorsk
▪️"The Kramatorsk direction is gradually becoming truly Kramatorsk. This is due to a sharp increase in Russian activity in the area towards Malinovka, where the distance from Kramatorsk to the line of contact is about 16 km, which in the current realities is not so much that the city will fully feel all the destructive processes of this war in the near future", — Ukrainian media quote an APU officer with the call sign "Alex".
▪️"It remains only to understand the real plans of the Russian army: is it doing this to worsen the situation on the North direction or to move and develop further success towards Kramatorsk. Anyway, with such a trend, the question of defending the city may well arise over time", — added the APU soldier.

The Western Military District annihilates the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The command of the 10th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces decided to intensify counterattacks to show "victories" to the high-ranking official.
Just this week, in the area of the populated settlements Kucherovka, Blagodatovka and Monachinovka, more than 100 militants were annihilated and up to 20 units of equipment were burned.
Tanks, armored vehicles, artillery, pickups, and assault groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces turned into piles of charred scrap metal and burning flesh.
