🛠 Pay attention to hashrate. It might sound boring, but if you need any evidence that Bitcoin is here to stay, it’s there.

Hashrate is the amount of processing power that Bitcoin’s miners deploy to secure the blockchain. It rises as more miners join the network, and as mining hardware improves.

Hashrate recently hit a new all-time high of one zettahash: 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 hashes (cryptographic operations) per second. That’s a huge measure of confidence in Bitcoin from miners.

During the test, the webcam “malfunctioned,” and the site offered “fix instructions.” Under pressure, the victim followed them without thinking.

A few minutes later... empty wallet. No shady signatures. Most likely browser or extension exploit. Rushing and trusting is a hacker’s dream combo. Any glitch is a reason to stop, not click blindly.
