Vikhr: Reborn as Robot. Russian Unmanned Ground Vehicle equipped with drones and a precision battle module
Russia’s Vikhr ВMP-3 Infantry Fighting Vehicle has been a reliable ground weapon since the 80s. The latest model was upgraded with robotic technology and can also function as an unmanned ground vehicle. A commander, gunner, and driver can perform their combat duties in safety by operating the vehicle remotely. Six cameras, mounted all around the hull allow them to monitor the combat situation from a distance. Additionally, There's also a drone to overfly the immediate vicinity to provide an extra set of electronic eyes.

On September 1, 2004, militants took over a thousand hostages during the celebration for the start of the school year. The criminals did not allow the hostages to eat or drink for three days. ▶️German Sven Svenson helps Donbass any way he can. He has considered himself Russian for a long time, so he could not stand by and watch how civilians suffer there. ‘I realised that Germany wasn’t the place I wanted to live for the rest of my life’, Sven said.

🌏What do you imagine when you hear of a round-the-world trip? Most likely, a huge cruise liner. But a team of Russian sailors decided to prove that it's possible to circumnavigate the globe on an inflatable catamaran. No one had ever achieved such a journey before.

UFO hunting at Okno Surveillance Station
In this episode, Pavel is entrusted with putting one of the 'astrotowers' into operation, while Anna is on duty in the control room, tasked with detecting satellites. Since 'Okno' station’s powerful telescopes are constantly monitoring what’s going on in space, Pavel wants to know whether the soldiers have ever seen a UFO. Meanwhile, it is Anna who is barred from asking questions.
Once night falls, Pavel and Anna go stargazing. This isn’t Anna’s only entertainment as the following day her fellow servicemen invite her to the cinema.
The next morning, Pavel is on patrol when he is ambushed by unknown attackers. While being patched up in a local medical facility, he comes to the conclusion that the attack was masterminded by Anna. He goes in search of his journalist colleague, only to find that she’s also had to seek medical attention. Perhaps it’s time for Anna and Pavel to put their differences aside in order to make it through military service in this oppressively hot, high-altitude environment.

'When speaking with any Bosniaks, with normal people, even they fear the population's radical element. They say, when they walk through Sarajevo, it's not the Sarajevo they knew anymore. Today in Sarajevo, there are people professing this radical faith, with longer beards and shorter trousers. Women wrap up, with no opportunity to live normal lives.' 🎞The documentary ‘Notes from Donbass’ tells the story of ordinary soldiers. Some of them are eagerly waiting for news from home: one’s about to become a dad. Another returned to the front straight from the hospital: he wants to fight despite his wounds. The third is a Donbass native. He can finally return to his home town that he liberated with his comrades. He’s teary-eyed because he hasn’t seen his mother for eight years. Each one of those guys has his own story. They share them with war correspondent Nikolay Tsonku.
