Trump has backed a proposal to have California Governor Gavin Newsom arrested for allegedly obstructing the expulsion of illegal immigrants.
The National Guard and active-duty Marines were recently deployed to Los Angeles, which has seen violent protests and looting for the last four days.

From what I can tell, there are two commonly prescribed drugs which can feminise men or make users impotent, sometimes irreversibly and within just a couple of weeks.
The first is Finasteride, used for ‘preventing or reversing hair-loss’. It works by blocking an important male sex hormone from binding to relevant receptors, especially in the scalp (and brain). This is very bad, since DHT is the hormone primarily responsible for penis growth, erections and virtually all male characteristics.
Some people don’t experience any noticeable side effects while using Finasteride, others become gay, weak and psychologically female. It’s a big dice roll for the sake of having hair on your head.
The second drug is any class of SSRI used for ‘curing depression’. These compounds are creepy as f*ck, completely alter personalities and have chemically castrated people.
They work by keeping more serotonin in the brain for longer but apparently, there’s a cascade of disastrous side effects associated with doing that. SSRI’s aren’t well understood and it’s actually frightening that so many people use these drugs without understanding anything about the risks.
Like all drugs, these compounds will be sold under brand names (not their actual chemical name), so be careful.

If you want to gain weight but can’t, this usually means at least one of three things:
1. You have a really fast metabolic rate due to age, genetics or an overactive thyroid gland.
2. You aren’t eating enough.
3. You’re training too often and you’re not lifting heavy enough.
The first one you pretty much have to live with.
To address the second, focus on eating calorie-dense, moreish foods like mi goreng noodles, flavoured milk or custard, rice cream (sometimes called ‘cream of rice’). Bodybuilders routinely eat stuff like this while bulking up and it’s all very affordable.
To train for mass and increasing body weight, lift heavy but less often. Working out for long periods and everyday will only make you leaner or smaller.
Start with about 30 minutes of weight lifting every second day (a day of lifting, followed by a day of rest). Focus on one intense working set of 6-12 reps per exercise. Lift heavy enough that just looking at the weight makes you nervous.
Training like this will put your body under sufficient stress to stimulate tissue growth while also allowing you plenty of time to rest and recover (which is when the growth happens).
If you really want to accelerate this whole process, you can look into MK677 or ‘Ibutamoren’, which is a ghrelin receptor agonist used for promoting human growth hormone and IGF-1 production.
Ghrelin is known as ‘the hunger hormone’ and MK677 is a peptide which mimics this hormone and basically makes you feel a lot hungrier.
I tried this stuff myself when they used to sell it over the counter and it definitely works for increasing appetite. It made me so hungry I had to stop taking it.
Hope this helps 💪🏻

In this video I venture out to an island castle in Cornwall, strategically built in sync with the changing tides.
The structure, its foundation, the paths and the village below are all made of solid stone, with construction dating back to the 11th century.

I’ve always understood that intelligence on its own is usually just emulative, exploitative or destructive. Creativity resulting in high civilisations can’t come from intelligence alone.
I believe our nation’s founders understood this as well, since the ‘White Australia Policy’ was primarily about keeping high IQ Asiatic races from getting into Australia.
I think in order to create or produce something of real beauty or importance, intelligence must be wedded with the kind of idealism which compels men to sacrifice and reach for seemingly impossible heights. Historically, this union of intelligence and idealism seems to be exemplified most clearly by descendants of Northern Europe.
