Hello! Can someone here recommend me a pc that I can buy refurbished that can hold tahoe and works well with audio, etc.? I'll try for the first time to do a Hackintosh PC. Can someone tell me which pc or mini pc can run it well without many problems and maybe be able to run apple arcade games?

MACOS TAHOE ON LENOVO IDEAPAD SLIM 3 ERROR HELP
Hello, I am using a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 15ABR8, I have:

but I have a problem, I have a special efi for me. For now, the versions I tried it with were Sonoma and Sequoia, it works perfectly, link to the efi:

Intel 670p NVMe SSD can't detected by Recovery.
Hello!
I'm using the EFI from https://github.com/Bhavinjain260/Asus-Vivobook15-X515JA-Opencore
When I try to install using recovery, my SSD won't be recognized.
I've enabled show all devices and NVMeFix.kext.
How do I do that? I've also enabled SATA AHCI mode.
Pls help me :D

TP-Link USB Wi-Fi Adapter not working on Big Sur (Tried chris1111 & Itlwm/HeliPort) - Any lesser-known kexts or apps?
Hey everyone, I'm running a Hackintosh on macOS Big Sur and I'm having a hard time getting my TP-Link USB Wi-Fi adapter to work.
Here is what I’ve already tried with no luck:
Itlwm + Heliport: Didn't work (I know Itlwm is mainly for internal Intel cards, but I tried it out of desperation).
Wireless-USB-OC-Big-Sur-Adapter (by chris1111): Installed it, but the adapter still isn't recognized or completely fails to connect.
System details:
OS: macOS Big Sur
Bootloader: OpenCore
Wi-Fi: TP-Link USB Dongle (MediaTek chipset)
Does anyone know of a lesser-known kext, an alternative utility, or a specific version/patch that actually works for these USB adapters on Big Sur? I completely disabled SIP (csrutil disable) during the chris1111 package installation, but still nothing.

Wifi kexts
Hi, my acer aspire v3 772 (i7 4702mq, igpu spoofed from hd 4000 to hd 4600) has no wifi. Searched on internet for Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 hackintosh kexts, i got 2 , i put them in the efi but still nothing. Can i try something else? (Ethernet also doesnt work)

I tried configuring the EFI
1. Manually using Dortania Guide
2. Using OpCore simplify
3. and HackMate
all of them threw an error.
I want to install MacOs Tahoe but I still received errors even when trying Ventura, the logs end with

Using OpCore simplify didn't help either it doesn't even list Mac installer Usb in the Open Core boot menu.
HackMate gives similar error too.

Possuo um pc com um i7-7700 e uma rx 550, 16 gb de ram.
Consigo fazer funcionar o Sequoia? Eu nao sei se a rx550 é do modelo compativel, mas msm q não seja. Nao tem problema com a iGpu do i7. Se for compativel, conseguem mandar uma EFI funcional?

WOL Sonoma vs Sequoia
hackintoshing since AMD Athlon days, anyway, building a 9th gen NAS, it's all good, working nicely, but WOL in Sequoia is not working,
so there's like 3 macOS version on the NVME as it's still in testing stages, everything works as it should in Sonoma, but in Sequoia as soon as it sleeps it dissapears of network, kinda useless for a NAS.
ethernet is intelmousie with -mausiwol in boot arg, WOL is enabled, networkoversleep is 1 also,
sleep image is fixed,
both Sonoma and Sequoia use same EFI of course,
just dont under whats causing this, i think ive covered all the bases since Sonoma is working fine, woud like to bump it up to Sequoia for long term peace of mind before deploying it.
please dont make comments how WOL should be turned off, not interested in that at all, maybe for you it should be, have been using WOL for years and its the main reason for having hackintosh servers.

You may already know me for being the creator of Hackmate,
you may already know me for being the creator of hackmate, a tool that helps make hackintosh installs easier by automating stuff like creating usb installers, generating efis, repairing efis, checking configs, and troubleshooting.
well... i decided to do something probably way harder.
as you probably know, apple is moving macos further and further away from intel. with macos 27 golden gate being apple silicon only, i started thinking:
"what if intel macs and hackintoshes aren't actually done yet?"
so i started working on a translation layer that could potentially allow arm64 macos code to run on x86_64 hardware.
basically:
arm64 macos

translation layer

intel cpu
the idea is similar to rosetta 2, but going the opposite direction.
obviously this is not just some open core patch. arm64 and x86_64 are completely different architectures, so there are a ton of problems:
instruction translation
memory handling
system calls
performance
kernel compatibility
frameworks expecting apple silicon
i know this is a massive project and i am not saying "golden gate is gonna run on your intel mac tomorrow"
this could take a really long time.
this could fail.
there are a lot of things i still need to figure out.
but that's honestly what makes it interesting.
hackmate started because i had the idea of:
"why should hardware stop being useful just because apple stopped supporting it?"
this is basically that idea taken to the extreme.
instead of making a fingerprint reader work on macos or making unsupported hardware boot, i'm trying to see if we can bridge the gap between two completely different cpu architectures.
right now i'm still in the early stages:
researching macos 27
looking into arm64 and x86_64 differences
building the translation layer
figuring out what is actually possible
i'm not saying i will 100% make golden gate work on intel.
i'm saying:
apple moved on from intel.
i want to see how far we can push it.

Im stack on Bad CPU type in executable. i’ve Sonoma on skylake intel 520 i7 6500u
First of full everything works fine then after one week it rejects to boot i got this Bad CPU type in executable.
Also my first boot macOS Sonoma works fine but i noticed that the integrated intel 520 wasn’t working so i made the boot-args : 00001B59
device-id: 16590000
It’s called spoofing IGPU
Then the integrated intel 520 worked and everything was fine until after one week i got the issue above
I tried to create a new EFI and a lot of things nothing works
So now I have MacOS Sonoma installed on my disk and i installed a lot of apps
I just missed the efi to boot it
No one tell me not supported because i see a lot of people had the same CPU and they’re using Sonoma and new MacOS updates
Please help me

Hello I have a perfect hackintos in a hp245 g8 with Tahoe, however I want to perfect it a little I want to change the Realtek card that comes by default and put a BCM94352Z the dilemma is that I don't know if it's compatible, since my laptop didn't detect an Intel ac 3165 card, does anyone know how I can know if my laptop is compatible? Or if HP blocks cards that are not Realtek?, apart from AirDrop what other functions would I get if I use this new card?

Serials from GenSMBIOS are all real?
I’ve tried about all 20 serials GenSMBIOS generates at a time for a MacBookPro16,4 and all of them correspond to a real MacBook on Apple’s website.
So where can I get a legit looking serial for my “MacBook”? I’ve been following Dortania’s OpenCore guide which says that I should use GenSMBIOS but I’ve read somewhere that serials shouldn’t be real.

MacOS Private Wifi Addresses alternative for hackintosh?
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to spoof my Wi-Fi MAC address on my Hackintosh, but I can't get it to work with AirportItlwm.
My setup:
Laptop: Dell Latitude 5300
CPU: Intel Core i3-8145U (Whiskey Lake)
Wi-Fi: Intel Wireless-AC 9560 (CNVi)
macOS: Sonoma 14.8.7
OpenCore: 1.0.7
Wi-Fi driver: Latest AirportItlwm release (not itlwm + HeliPort)
My ISP/network identifies my laptop by its Wi-Fi MAC address. On Windows 11 I can simply enable Random Hardware Addresses, reconnect to Wi-Fi, and I immediately regain internet access with a new MAC address. But on macOS I don't have access to the inbuilt "Private Wifi Addresses" feature because of unofficial hardware (probably).
I'm trying to achieve the same thing on macOS. What are my options?

Is there any current way to patch graphics on Tahoe?
I’ll be trying to install Tahoe on my X230 but it seems like graphics is my roadblock. On Monterey I did use OCLP and even though it’s unsupported it worked. But OCLP and any other custom versions of it don’t support Tahoe graphics patching. So I wanna know, did something get changed that prevents graphics rootpatches, or did no one just make a tool for it? And maybe I could patch it manually?
