Hi, can someone help me install my wifi and blt card
Im following this GUIDE and Im tryingto install Intel AX200 (TP-Link AX3000 Archer TX55E) by installing the required kexts. I rebooted my machine and still no luck. I recon I placed a wrong file and since its my firsttime working on hackintosh. anyone who have the same card? and can you help me find the right kexts file?

Tigerlake Iris XE breakthrough -Intel drivers - need more dev
"These files come from an internal Big Sur build that was found in a Developer Transition Kit. Seemingly, either Apple was planning to make more Intel Macs or Intel used the Macs as testing benches for the upcoming Tiger Lake CPUs."
It sounds like Apple and/or Intel have created Tiger Lake GPU drivers that they included in the devkit, and there's an active dev effort to try to get them to work - if there's any software engineers with an Iris XE and wants to contribute I'm sure they'd love the help:

Can't boot into macOS after install
Background: finally had enough with Apple's low performance MacBook Pro 16,1 and tried to make some use of my old hardware.
MB: ASUS X99-A II, bios 1801
CPU: E5-2680V4
GPU: Radeon Pro WX8200(FYI its a Vega based card so should work)
Disk: some Micron SATA SSD, can't recall the exact model
Tried to install macOS 14.6.1 with OpenCore 1.0.1, the installation went okay (though I had to ditch USBInjectAll otherwise installer kernel panics). But I'm not able to boot up the macOS after the installation process - the machine just keeps rebooting it self. I tried to take a few photos of the on-screen logs and it seems things went side ways here

I have no idea why the OS is doing OTA on a fresh install, nor do I have any clue what "back_to_original_os" means - that's an empty disk, there is no original os to go back to.
Any ideas, suggestions on what to try next? An older macOS version, 14.5 maybe? Or am I missing some kexts/config options? I'm pretty sure I did everything that dortania told me to.

Successfully Installed macOS Ventura on Firebat MN56 with Ryzen 5 5500U Mini PC – Need Help Switching to RX580 eGPU
Hey everyone,
I recently followed this guide https://forum.amd-osx.com/threads/ventura-on-a-firebat-mn56-mini-pc-ryzen-5-5600h.5051/ to install macOS Ventura on my Firebat MN56 mini PC, which has a Ryzen 5 5500U instead of the 5600H mentioned in the guide. Fortunately, everything worked perfectly, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth after I replaced the stock WLAN card with an Intel AX200.
Now, I’ve added a used RX580 along with a PCIe 4.0x4 riser extender (M.2 NVMe to PCIe 4.0x16) and a Dell DA2 power supply, and I’d like to switch from using the iGPU to the RX580. Ideally, I’d also like to explore the option of using both the iGPU and the RX580 together if that's possible.
I’m wondering what adjustments I need to make to the original setup. Specifically, does replacing the NootedRed.kext with WhateverGreen.kext suffice to get the RX580 working, or is there anything else I need to configure to get both GPUs working side by side?

Unity Isn't Working After Update on 14.6.1
I'm using a MacBook Pro 2015 and installed 14.6.1 through OpenCore Legacy Patcher, but now my Unity hub isn't able to open any project, I have tried reinstalling Unity hub and installing new Unity 2020 but this doesn't help as well
Whenever I open any project it starts loading after loading unity crashes or doesn't proceed..
Any Solution?

Help with dual monitor. Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF
I am working on a hackintosh and I haven't been able to use dual monitors, only one of them works, not even when hot plugging the additional one. I already patched my connectors and nothing seems to work. Can anybody help?

No keyboard and mouse on OSX-KVM
Hi, so ive been wanting to have a Hackintosh for some time now, since the mac i have wont pass 10.6 (PowerPC Mac) and ive been craving for macOS since Windows started getting funny and linux is bland now, so ive found something called QuickEmu, i made my Hackintosh there and it works fine, only problem is that is too slow, and since its too slow, i cant even enter websites without having the risk of crashing, so i found OSX-KVM, and the problem here, is that:
The Hackintosh boots without mouse and keyboard recognition (Used OpenCore from past machine)
The keyboard works on OpenCore EFI Bootloader screen but not on macOS
Im using a iMac Pro as the device identifier, it has 10 gigs of ram and im using an AMD processor on the host, any help would be appreciated!

man im just tired of seeing posts like this, people dont actually read the guide so im hoping to turn my post into a notice.
RTX GPUs are NOT supported on macOS. NO they are NOT supported on macOS AT ALL. Real macs never had RTX's inside them so macOS, meant for real macs but also can be installed on pcs (hackintosh basically.) dosent need support for RTX. macOS was built for apples hardware in mind and they did not have any RTX gpu cards in their computers, so macos does not have support for any RTX card. PLEASE read the guide before posting. I also got a suggestion, maybe like install a automod which comments on new users post to let them know the guides in the sidebar and a quick starter guide, this is getting quite annoying and lets say you havent hackintoshed since like the 2010's and were wondering if RTX was actually supported or not. All your gonna get is people asking the same thing with no clue on how to hackintosh asking if they could install it on their gaming computer. macOS is not for gaming, well actually it is, but not for heavy heavy gaming like RTX. Please if your a new person to hackintosh read the guide, also dont use any premade efis or distros. And also obtain the installer legally, piracy is bad. Dont obtain it from some random website. Please.

Can't boot to macOS after changing power supply!
I had to change the power supply of a desktop that otherwise had been booting into WIndows and macOS.
The computer boots to the text version of Open Core, previously it was the graphical interface. Why the change?
If I choose mac OS (Sonoma and Ventura are on separate NVME drives) the picker shows "OK" but macOS will not boot.
The only OS that will boot is Windows. I installed an APFS reader in Windows, all the macOS files appear intact.
I checked the BIOS settings, they appear unchanged? Although the NVRAMfix kest is in the EFI pressing spacebar does nothing. I'm not sure what resetting the NVRAM would do for this anyway. I also booted with a known good USB key but get the same "OK", then nothing. I waited up to ten minutes with the "OK" showing but macOS will not boot.
Any clue?

Opencore Dortania guide for windows broken?
So I followed the Dortania Opencore installer guide for windows but even after trying atleast 50-60 times with different ports/usbs/efi settings, I saw something broken in the guide.
In MacOs method they have something Munik installinstall utility which downloads extra ~10gb dmg file (which I understand perfectly) but Windows method has no such institutions and it only downloads ~750mb data. I feel it is broken or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

What is current state of running Mac Sonoma in VM in Windows 11? I see some Hyper-V stuff on github...
Hi, now that I have stable Mac Sonoma, Asus Z790 ProArt, 14700K, 6950 XT running, I am testing various VM situations. So far all is well with running my Windows 11 install via Parallels. I even have a physical-to-virtual (P2V) conversion of my WinXP computer running in Sonoma via VMWare Fusion.
But now I want to do the opposite: run my Sonoma instance in Windows 11 hyper V. Is that even possible? I mean, in Parallels, running Windows directly runs my actual windows install. Anything I do in Parallels is reflected when I go back to Windows 11. With Sonoma and Hyper V is there any way to have this work similarly, where anything I do in SOnoma in the VM reflects back in my real Sonoma system?

What is the current theoretical max spec Hackintosh someone could make with fairly recent hardware or newer even?
I am contemplating whether I should buy a PC with new or used components or a combination of both, that conforms to the requirements of a decent functioning Hackintosh that can also multi-boot Windows and Linux.

Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with an intermittent audio issue and thought I’d reach out for some advice. My setup includes an ASUS Z370-P motherboard (Realtek 887), an i7-8700, and an RX580 2048P with 570 BIOS.
The issue is that sometimes my audio works, and sometimes it doesn’t. I originally thought it was a layout problem, but since the resets weren’t bothering me too much, I left it alone. Today, I decided to investigate further.
What’s weird is that when the Realtek driver is loaded, the audio doesn’t work. However, it works fine with a "PCH" solution, which, to be honest, I’m not very familiar with.
For context: This is an old installation that started as a Clover High Sierra setup, and I was using a plug-and-play audio solution that wasn’t the official Apple one (I can’t recall the name). I’m wondering if this legacy setup could be causing the issue.
Has anyone else experienced something similar, or does anyone know what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any help!

OpenCore Black Screen with Second monitor only
Hi everyone,
I am having a weird annoying problem with dual monitors on Opencore dual boot.
When I first boot to my Windows, my PC displays 2 of my monitors. Next, I restart the PC and boot to my Sonoma hackintosh, the PC can still display 2 monitors - both main and extended. However, after restarting again and boot to my Windows, the PC can just detect only the main monitor, the extended one goes black and cannot be detected by Windows. And from that on, whenever I boot to Windows, it only detects and shows the main one only.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Here's my spec:
CPU: i7-11700k
Main: z590 Gaming X
GPU: powercolor rx 580 8gb
Main monitor: AOC 24g2 144hz (connect by HDMI)
Extended monitor: Dell 60hz (connect by DisplayPort) (I dont remember exactly the model)
OS: Windows 10 pro, Opencore Sonoma
P/S: I used to successfully install Opencore Bigsure on this PC (at that time, my PC used rx570 4gb instead of rx580) and it showed both monitors normally no matter which OS booted first

Dell 9560 Dual 4k 60 fps possible?
Dell 9560 running OpenCore Hackintosh Ventura, and Windows 11 (dual boot)
Thunderbolt 3 only has two lanes on this laptop. I'm wondering if connecting an eGPU -> TB3 output, then eGPU -> dual 4k 60fps.
Is it possible?
FYI: I do NOT want to use DisplayLink Manager ( introduces lag ),
Have already tried mutliple docks including Dell docks. None worked. The limitation is in the TB3 port itself - IE only two lanes.
