Stuck on Ventura boot !
This is my first time hackintoshing and through the help of this community I have passed many errors , previously I encountered the Memory panic stashshot succeeded (it’s fixed now ) and now I’m stuck on ‘iopciConfigurator : : configure kiopciEnumerationWaitTime is 900’
Based on a similar post , the fix was to disable resizable bar but I cannot find this option in my bios (hp)

macOS install getting stuck every time.

Bluetooth disabled after few days not using it
Hi, I have a weird issue with bluetooth.
I'm on a Dell XPS 9570 running Big Sur over OC 0.6.6 (yeah, i know, but I never had the time to make it from scratch using a new OC). Bluetooth and Wifi have been working smoothly for years with a BCM4350.
Now, a few days ago I disabled bluetooth normally from its toggle because I wasn't gonna use my BT peripherals and I could have used a bit more battery. Today I need back BT and the toggle won't come back on. Wifi works fine. From Hackintool > Peripherals the BRCM is found under the Network Card list but not under the BT card list. It looks like the BT module is never loaded.
I tried only resetting NVRAM and countless reboots so far. I can't recall for sure but I remember having had this problem once in the past but can't remember how I solved. Any help is appreciated :)

Best PC and Linux partitioning & cloning utilities similar to Disk Utility + Carbon Copy Cloner
With the MacOS' Disk Utility, partitions are easily created, and with Carbon Copy Cloner 5 and earlier, the OS (if Mojave or earlier) was easily cloned from one drive partition to another with an applicable file-system (invariably MacOS Extended-journaled AKA HFS+), and the destination partition didn't have to be the same or larger size as the source.
My goal is to easily clone bootable partitions in dual- or triple-boot systems running less-"walled" versions of various OSes, e.g., MacOS El Capitan, High Sierra, or Mojave for intel Macs, with Windows 10 in another partition, and a Linux with a broad driver set in a third partition. So, what Windows and/or Linux tools exist that approach the functionality and ease-of-use of CCC5? (Note: CCC5 will take care of details such as carrying along hidden Recovery partitions during a clone, so recommended utilities should be similarly polished in terms of handling "remora"-partitions attached to an OS installation. I do not care if the utility doesn't work with Windows 11 or APFS versions of the MacOS from Catalina onward.)

Sierra Wireless EM7345 - I know it doesn't work, but it just doesn't seem right
I am currently running the latest version of macOS 11 Big Sur on my Lenovo ThinkPad T440 with a Sierra EM7345 WWAN adapter. I really, really need that WWAN adapter to work (it has a static IP address I can use to host a nice little server)
It uses an Intel XMM7160 chipset, and is connected through M.2 which gets turned into USB along the way. It seems to be detected as a USB Ethernet adapter, which is almost correct (surprisingly), but no matter what combination of editing various codeless KEXTs I try, the farthest I've gotten is getting it detected as a WWAN modem stuck in "Initializing..."
As far as I know, this adapter uses something called MBIM to talk to the operating system, which seems to be some sort of standard, which even seems supported by macOS, but I couldn't find any more info. In all my searches I've only seen pleas by other people trying to get this work, no one has solved this issue to my knowledge, which is disappointing.

I can add that this modem (at least under Windows) is detected as 4 devices in Device Manager, the modem itself, its GNSS sensor, its AT command port, and its Trace port (whatever that means).
I can also access the AT command port from within macOS, which doesn't help connecting it to the internet, I've tried that.
Please, someone, help me with that wretched beast.

Different resolutions on login screen on 4K monitor using OpenCore
Hi, first I want to report that I have read here some posts about the issue but they don't give me the solution, I have also tried with UIScale parameters, deleting com.apple.windowserver.plist, etc. I'm using OpenCore running macOS Ventura with a 4K monitor (DisplayPort connection) and the login screen is displayed at 1920x1080 (HiDPI), while my desktop I have it set to 2560x1440 (HiDPI).
I just updated Ventura to version 10.6.9 and when logging in right after it showed the resolution fine (2560x1440 (HiDPI)), but when restarting again it shows at 1920x1080 (HiDPI).
I have tried with all versions of macOS and the problem is still present.
I don't know if the problem comes from OpenCore or from the operating system.
Has anyone been able to find the real solution? To know what is going on to understand why the resolution is different from the desktop.

Sudden Black Screen Issue on Sonoma 14.4.1 (XPS 13 7390) - Need Help
Another new post, still stuck:
I've been running a Hackintosh on my Dell XPS 13 7390 (i7 10510U, Intel UHD 630, 16GB RAM, 4TB SSD) without any issues for days. Everything was working perfectly, including sleep, the touchscreen, brightness control, and I’ve even been simulating the iPhone 15 to test app development. Then it went wrong
Here's what happened:
1. I opened my laptop and booted into macOS
2. I launched my open Xcode project and started coding
3. I think I pressed run on the simulator (can't remember for sure), and suddenly, the screen went completely black
4. The laptop became unresponsive. no keyboard input, no screen activity, nothing
5. The power button wouldn't turn the laptop back on
6. I had to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it to turn back on
I've had this issue before with a prebuilt EFI, which is why I decided to build my own using the Dortania guide. Up until this point, everything has been running smoothly
I really wanna continue using Xcode, I’ve heard I can use my Mac mini and program with react native using windows connected to the mac, but it seems like hassle which is why I’m on hackintosh
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

SATA Controller Problem On AMD

I am trying to install Sonoma On my AMD Laptop
everything Is work as I see And I can boot my device to Mac Recovery but I have problem with my SATA drives
I have Two sata drives Ssd connect to sata and hdd on caddy, both of them not detected in Disk Utility while connected to sata port but when I connect them to Usb they appear in the disk list
in my laptop bios There isn,t any AHCI setting
but I used Any sata or AHCI related Kext
like, Achiportinjector, sata unsupported, ctlnaAchi or... .

Need to multi boot 4 os's
Hey guys so what i need to do is Multi boot 4 different os's
1. macosx
2. windows
3. kali linux
4. parrot linux
So ive tried multple different install processes to get this work and keeep running into problems like mac first then windows then kali then parrot no good.
The Closest ive got so far is in this install order
1. kali linux (205gb booted and matained all partions then changed left over partitions to 250gb empty for parrot after kali partitions & 500gb partion ntfs the converted for mac os install)
2. macos (500gb installed)
3. windows 10 (bootcamp assisstant macosx 250gb each)
4. parrot Linux (on left over 250gb partition)
Current problem.
got macos parrot linux to take over windows boot mode on start up with grub (all 3 macos windows and parrot boot fine) but when i try to launch kali though parrots grub loader I get:
error file /boot/vmlinuz-6.6.15-amd64 not found
you need to load kernal first error

Cant get the Trackpad Working on BigSur Hakintosh Laptop! Some Help would be appreciated
I cant get my laptop trackpad working on Big Sur! Skipped over the GPI0 part in the opencore guide. It went totally over my head and couldnt successfully make that ssdt in the first place. tried VoodooPS2 Kext since the guide says to use it even if you have an I2C device. That didnt work either
I currently have an Elan I2CHID trackpad (I checked on Windows)
I'm very new to Hakintosh and Followed the guide thoroughly and Installed Bigsur, but just couldnt get the trackpad to work. Any help would be appreciated.

HOW TO PUT YOUR HACKINTOSH?
I’ve been racking my brains for 3 days now to install Hackintosh, or I’m so fucking stupid that if I write a book, I won’t understand shit, or the guide is crap! My specifications, Ryzen 5 3600 RX 6700 XT and A520 chipset.

Hakintosh done with almost success, just cant boo without the usb drive
MacOs is Running no problems but it wont boot without the Usb drive
I tried adding a boot option for opencore but it just wont work
Tried creating a partition on the ssd for the EFI Files

Need help installing Ventura with Asus X556UQ notebook
Hi,
My hardware components are:
*DualCore Intel Core i5-7200U, 3100 MHz (31 x 100)
*Geforce 940MX
*Realtek RTL8188EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter
*SanDisk SDSSDH3 500G (203408A0078C)

I would like to point out that this is my first Hackintosh installation experience. It is possible that my EFI file has errors. Can you edit an EFI file for me?

MacOS entry not showing on Opencore
I am trying to install macOS Sonoma on the HP EliteBook 840 G3 (with dortania's guide, I previously used another tool). I am using a 32GB USB stick which I know works. I have downloaded the recovery.boot thing and a recent premade oc config for my device. I managed to boot the USB but OC only shows my windows entry. I have tried 3 different EFI's, creating my own EFI, using macOS Ventura, but it just didn't show. Windows now recognizes my laptop as a MacBook15,2. The USB was formatted to FAT32 with windows disk manager. The OC part seems to work. Any help would be VERY appreciated, thanks in advance.

Im having trouble with my EFI
Cpu- Intel Core i5 1035G1
iGPU- Intel UHD Graphics
8 GB ram
Ice lake (HP laptop)
Have i got my efi right ?
ive followed the dortania guide top to bottom and created multipe new EFI's and tried Macos Sonoma , Big Sur and Ventura (currently). now im getting stuck at AppleCredentialManager ( i was stuck like this on Sonoma and after tweaking the EFi i was on the phohibitory sign with support.apple.startup/mac/ )Now i am getting the same error with ventura but tweaking the Efi did no good .... Please help
