Suggest best laptop for Hackintosh ?
I am thinking of buying a new laptop, please suggest best laptop having rgb, graphic card, will be keeping RAM to 16 GB and will prefer onlly NVME SSDs.
Want everything to work on both windows and mac easily with easily available opencore files.
I want to run both windows and mac separately.

Bluetooth only found Apple devices issue
Hi mates, recently I have been experiencing a new issue with Bluetooth connections. After a fresh install of Ventura and Sonoma, my machine only finds and pairs with Apple devices like the Magic Mouse (gen 1), Magic Keyboard (gen 2), and Airpods Pro (gen 1). Other Bluetooth devices don't appear on the Nearby devices list.

I have tried both the onboard Intel Bluetooth and the Orico BT 403 USB Dongle, but the result remains the same.

Coffee Lake Sleep/Hibernate Mode Issue
Hello everyone!
I install mac sonoma on my pc and i patch my iGPU to work with it and everything fine but i tried every solution on OpenCore website to fix the sleep/hibernate mode and i can’t do it, what’s happening is when I’m on the lock screen the screen saver start to show then after 30-40 seconds the screen is turn off and my mac enter to sleep mode and when I’m trying to exit the screen still black (don’t wake again) and i need to turn off my pc from the power button and turn it on again, so does anyone know how to fix it?
i turn off all the required pmset commands and the settings of the sleep options in settings

macOS Sonoma 14.2.1
CPU: Intel i5-8400
Mobo: Asus ROG STRIX B360-F
IGPU: UHD630
GPU: RTX2060, GT730 “i disabled them in boot args”

Dear community, not long ago, I ventured into installing a hackintosh on a pentium 4 single core at 1.4Ghz socket 423, consulting the internet I found a site in which an endless number of ISOS images recommended for specific architectures linked to archive.org were displayed. Unfortunately I was unable to download the ISO image due to negligence. Some time later I wanted to resume this challenge, but I couldn't find that site again. If you would be kind enough to tell me the "site" I would appreciate it. Greetings.

Skylake Mac Monterey HDMI issue
Hey all,
I wast recently able to successfully run Mac OS Montherey on my Lenovo think pad E450. I used the solution on oil atala websites using the vanilla images and the efi folder for Skylake notebook.
Everything worked fine, I not able to get through the HDMI issue. I followed the dortania guide for patching. I am still not able to get the dual display working for my system.
Does anybody have any idea where could I be going wrong?

Secure Boot is currently in progress and all OpenCore binaries are already signed with the signature being used for the BIOS
Currently utilizing CustomSMBIOSGuid \+ UpdateSMBIOSMode as some Gigabyte software checks SMBIOS data and will not work if its not a compatible Gigabyte product.
Performance is actually pretty on point when compared to Windows. Roughly a 6% decrease in single core performance and roughly 3% multi-core performance decrease overall. Not bad considering the emulation (VirtualSMC, and other kexts that mimic mac hardware) overhead that normally takes a 2-3% overall decrease in performance.

1. Sleep works once, then fails. This is so far due to the Z790 updated BIOS for Rocket Lake and newer CPUs
2. Since I cannot downgrade the BIOS, this is non-fixable in the current standpoint but it's still being investigated

C Key at Boot?
Hello everyone. I've been trying to install Sonoma on my Notebook 9 Pro for a few days now using either Opencore or Clover and have had a bunch of issues. Yesterday, I finally was able to boot to Opencore and was met with a Prohibited sign, over and over again. Annoyed as it was pretty late, I slapped my keyboard and tried again and to my surprise it booted to the installer. Started the installation process, but every time it would reset I would have the same problem. After a thorough and complex experimentation phase (consisting of slapping my keyboard lol), I had determined that pressing the C key allowed me to proceed. Don't judge me, I was pretty high at the time lol.
My question to you is, what does pressing C at the Opencore selector screen actually do? I'm still doing post-install cleanup, kexts and whatnot and would like to stop pressing C lol.

input on letter A error has anybody encountered this?
when i press my macbook air keyboard and press A
it enters in a text pad qz1 and it lowers the brightness
sometimes its qz1` and then lowers the brightness.
Ive tried the option command p+ r
did not know if it worked, still encountring the same issue.
Now im using an external keyboard my worry is that if I dont have my keyboard my A doesnt work.

Will it be possible to run MacOs Sonoma on my hardware?
Here is the specs:
MB: Msi Z270 Gaming pro carbon

I know that in theory I can start Ventura for sure, but I saw that it is desirable for Sonoma to have a minimum i5 8gen , that's why I'm asking.

Spotify 1.1 app doesn't work with disabled SIP
I need to keep SIP disabled to get working BCM943602CDP on Sonoma (14.2.1), but if SIP disabled Spotify app doesn't want to work at all. It crashes immediately after launch. What I can try to use Spotify?
Bc I can use Spotify w/o WIFI or can't use Spotify w/ WIFI xD

Missing partition in external disk, related to osx upgrade?
Hi all,
I have an old 3TB external disk that I used for a few things (backups mostly), and for some reason one of the partitions is on HFS Plus (it says:Mac OS Expanded (with journaling) ) and the other one I don't remember (maybe APFS?).
My iMac had macOS High Sierra and I used OpenCore legacy patcher to upgrade my 2011 iMac to Monterey, all went fine but in the meantime I noticed that missing partition...
My HFS Plus partition is all good and checked but the disk, if I show all devices and do first aid it fails, error fixing partition map, not possible change mapping -69874, and from what I read they all metion bootint into recovery.
Reading this: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/partition-disk-disappeared.2234920/, I start to think that missing partition is on: HFS+, with some suggestions to go to Recovery or Internet Recovery and try to fix it.
Problem is, when I select recovery boot in OpenCore Legacy Patcher, I get a black screen and I can't do anything.
Any ideas? Am I in the wrong direction here? Help out a macOs noob like me :)

Also, I have a very faint idea that, sometimes that partition even in High Sierra, sometimes it "disapeared" for a while and then it showed (like osx was recovering it in the background), and not sure I went digging into some logs and maybe triggering in some recovery in terminal or maybe in recovery but can't remember anything anymore

Airportitlwm and itlwm not working on sonoma
Hello. airportitlwm and itlwm (of course I checked separately) doesn't work. I used bluetooth kexts and bluetooth is working. But I can't make wifi work. After adding airportitlwm wifi is still not working and after adding itlwm and opening heliport after restart I get a message "itlwm is not running". Somebody have the solution?

I need help with getting macOS Ventura on my windows laptop
Recently I've been trying to get macOS Ventura on my laptop and ive come so close but when i press the "Install Ventura" after rebooting it just gets stuck on this screen and doesn't load anymore of the code. I left it on that all night and it didnt do anything. I've reset NVRAM and changed the boot settings from secure to UEFI but this issue keeps happening.

High CPU usage on safari? MacOS Sonoma
Hi, just set up my i5-12400f and rx 6700 xt system and everything runs fine except I get very high cpu usage while watching videos and browsing the web. Im not sure if it’s cpu related or if the GPU isn’t being used. Everything else is buttery smooth at 165hz.
Ive tried imacpro1,1 and macpro7,1 smbios but it doesn’t fix the issue except that the imacpro1,1 gives me better geekbench scores.
Could it be some issues with Sonoma?
Ive done a lot of searching beforehand and im thankful for any kind of help i can get

Hackintosh doesn't boot
Hello i would like to adress an issue so i tried installing hackintosh big sur on a laptop with an i3 4500 8 gigs of ram and a perfectly working hdd and it supports uefi but when i tried booting it it didn't show an apple logo instead it just booted into a menu which said no name(external) (dmg) and my other os and i chose the first option but it didn't boot instead it froze is there a way to fix this

Modifying VRAM occurs Panic/BSOD
Hi everyone, I made a working hackintosh installation on my laptop, booting macOS Ventura. However I need more VRAM for better graphics acceleration performance (using NootedRed), but my laptop is currently locked at 512mb VRAM. I tried using SmokelessUMAF, but when I change the UMA buffer size to anything than 512mb, it occurs a BSOD when booting to W10 with no crash dump (error code: systemserviceexception) and it also occurs a Kernel Panic when booting to macOS (I will comment it to this post). I already asked to the AMD OSX discord server, to the SmokelessUMAF discord, and they can't find a solution to this problem, so you’re my last chance.
Specs (Huawei Matebook 16):
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
RAM: 16GB RAM
GPU: iGPU Vega 8
Wi-Fi/Bluetooth: Intel AX210 (working)
Storage: 512GB Western Digital NVME (compatible)

Mouse cursor not visible after boot
Hello all,
I just installed Hackintosh sonoma 14.2 on my old pc with Haswell 4th gen and got 5mb vram with very slow performance. Hence, i installed nvidia web drivers to utilize my geforce gt610 gpu. After this, performance improved drastically, but i am now unable to see the mouse pointer on the screen. I can guess where it is by dragging to the dock and clicking apps. This goes on until 5 mins, where it completely stops working. I am unable to use my keyboard as well.
any idea how to resolve this?

Finally got it to work as daily driver, its just that sleep is not working and I cannot fix the audio jacks FOR NOW (will fix it later) but USB audio still works.
