I've been trying to make my PC a Hackintosh for many months, and after many months and attempts, I succeeded. I'm still new to the subject, and I need your help.

With a lot of effort and attempts, I managed to install Sierra due to my video card.I managed to configure my sound, my network, and my video card.But Bluetooth and WiFi I can't do it in any way, the camera would also be good to work, I'm trying different configurations, patches, anyway... I'm running out of options.I already had Windows 11 installed on the xpg ss, and I installed macos on the WD one, and somehow, dual boot comes to me every time I start, all the usb ports work, I never mapped anything, there is a problem with the watch too, I already did the procedure, but without success..

Install old macOS & OS X Mavericks
I found out of this tool on GitHub that allows to do a sort-of hackintosh by using QEMU on a Linux Host
(It is not a so great idea if you need power but if performance is not your priority it would be ok)
If you check the readme and the tool, if you check it you will see that the oldest installable version is High Sierra
I would like to try out Mavericks, how can i install it in some way?

Help! Unable to Load MacOS without USB drive
Hello All! I have a Mac Pro 5,1 that’s using a unflashed Radeon RX 580 GPU.
I’ve installed Monterey with OpenCore, created the EFI Mount (moved opencore from usb to macOS drive), but since I can’t access the picker screen (hold ‘Options’ key after startup), it keeps booting into USB drive. It doesn’t even failover to my MacOS.
What do I do?

Flickering screen while trying to log in / loginwindow constantly crashing.
Hi,
I have a problem after updating to anything newer than 14.0.
With 14.1 and up, once entering login screen, screen just flickers and I'm unable to provide a password to proceed.
Once I'm able to disable login screen by enabling autologin and disabling sleep all together, macOS boots fine but loginwindow is constantly crashing after a while and relaunching every app from scratch.
Currently running 14.2 and issue seems to persist not sure, what I've missed.
Specs: HP Z420
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-1650v0
GPU: ASUS GeForce GT 640 2GB
RAM: 16GB UDDR3 1333MHz
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC262
Ethernet Card: Intel 82579LM PCIe Gigabit Ethernet

Feels pretty much like I've tried anything I know or searched, read so far. Idk if I should throw this stuff out of the window and focus on my boring Mac or keep trying.

Thinking seriously of making an AMD Hackintosh. Is this feasible given my current specs given I have an AMD CPU and an Nvidia GPU?

Fix Vram for not supported iGpu
Hello everyone, sorry for my bed English. I’ve successfully installed macOS Big Sur on my mini pc, that is an intel Alder Lake with an iGPU intel UHD 770. The only problem that I have is only “14mb Display” on my graphics Card, I think due the unsupported iGPU. Is there a fix?

So, I am a little confused. I‘m new to this whole hackintosh thing, and I’ve only had misses (CPU was never used in any Mac tho). I‘m currently thinking on hackintoshing a 2010-2011 laptop, and I was want to know if, all examples here, I have a 3rd gen Intel processor and I install Ventura with a MacBookPro14,1 SMBIOS, the SMBIOS is for Kaby Lake but the processor ain’t Kaby. It won’t work right? Happy for any answers, even if you repeat something someone has already said.

MacBook restarts while installing MacOS Sonoma on my macBook Pro 2012
As the title says I have seen people on YouTube installing MacOS Sonoma on this Mac and they had success on doing so
And I follow the steps to the letter and still my Mac always decides to reboot when it’s installing the OS Itself this has been my second attempt and I’m still left with the same Issue

The problem I'm facing is that when I turn off my LCD monitor and then switch it back on, the display remains black. However, the desktop itself hasn't gone to sleep because I can still hear the music I'm playing. Even after pressing keys on the keyboard or moving the mouse, the screen stays dark. To resolve this, I have to force shutdown the desktop, which is not ideal.

Additionally, sometimes when I turn on the desktop after a verbose boot, instead of showing the login screen, I'm greeted with a black screen. In this case, I also have to force shutdown the desktop.
​
I initially thought this might be an issue with macOS Monterey, so I recently clean installed Ventura and redo the EFI folder, but the problem persists. I followed the OpenCore guide for Comet Lake and ensured that I have the necessary ACPI files as required by the guide. I also followed the guide to configure the config.plist file and used the following boot flags: `-v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1 alcid=7 e1000=0 agdpmod=pikera`.

Here are my desktop hardware details:

Stuck at an apple logo or "OCB: StartImage failed -Aborted" after selecting the installer in OC
I want to install MacOS Monterey onto my Dell Latitude E6430 (specs in the end) with the latest OC build and I got into a tricky situation. Rebuilding the config.plist or the installer or the EFI didn't help, I checked the bios and it is correct to the OC guide.
I tried multiple methods of creating the USB (MacOS and Windows methods), but that didn't help either 😦
So, after I selected my USB to boot from, I got to OC boot picker. I selected "Install MacOS Monterey <external>", and then there is two way the story can go.

Case 1:
I don't get my HDD out of the machine (Which has a clover installation on it), I got to the apple logo and after about 20 seconds the system reboots automatically without giving me an error. Although I have -v in my bootargs I can't see any text on the screen.

Case 2:
I get my HDD out of the machine (so only a windows installed SSD stays in it) and I get the mentioned "OCB: StartImage failed - Aborted" message and then nothing happenes 😦
​

dw1820A (BCM9350) bluetooth lagging on ventura
Hi, running ventura 13.6.3 on my dell latitude 7400 8th gen i5 8665u OC 0.9.7, i replaced wifi card from intel to dell dw1820A (BCM9350) for better wifi, Wifi and bluetooth are working but the issue i'm facing is bluetooth lags when wifi is under some load like downloading or playing youtube, the BT audio starts lagging and stuttering like it's dropping packets, I've read some posts recommending to switch to 5 ghz but my router doesn't support 5ghz, i've tested on windows it is fine there, only issue is happening on hackintosh.
Kexts:
AirportBrcmFixup.kext 2.1.8 for wifi
Bluetoolfixup.kext 2.6.9
BrcmFirmwaredata.kext 2.6.9
BrcmPatchRAM3.kext 2.6.9
Things I've tried:
ASPM disabled on wifi card with aspm-pci-default 0 in device properties, no effect.
Remapping usb ports and bluetooth to internal, usb 2 and usb, 3 no effect.
moving bluetooth kexts to L/E no effect.

Metal GPU Utilization under Sonoma
Hello, how is you gpu utilization under load with sonoma?
6800xt here. It should score 10500 under cinebench r24 but it scores only 7k.
Cpu benches are ok but metal only utilizes gpu at 70-75-80%.
Tried with different benchmarks. Do you mind giving a roll on your system?
cinebench r24 cpu bench are 130-2100 single/multi.
blackmagic raw 130 - 400.

Ryzen 7 5800h laptop
Hi all.
I tried to make a Ryzentosh but the installer won't boot. I'm using a HP Pavilion gaming 15-ec2xx laptop. I attached my EFI folder and some opencore logs if anyone can help me or clarify what is wrong. I've used Noot and Dortania guides to the best of my knowledge to do this.

I found OCAT this weekend and it appears to be better than Sanity Checker as it can fix and update config files to the latest OpenCore
