I trying to make a virtual machine in an amd cup and asus motherboard but it writes "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.", as seen in photo. Does any have any idea how to fix this?

DRM Fix for RX Vega 64
Hi. I have MacOS Sonoma running with Intel Core i5-10400F and an RX Vega 64. Both of these I assume are supported for DRM but the drm test fails. Using SMBIOS - iMac20,1. What should I do to fix it as I believe I am using supported hardware and the correct SMBIOS? Thanks.

HELP DisplayPort won't work after booting.
Guys, I'm racking my brains with a Displayport output from my video card, if I connect the cable together with the HDMI to use 2 monitors, the screen turns off as soon as the Apple bar starts loading, if I connect ONLY with the HDMI plugged in It works fine, and I can connect the Displayport later and use the second monitor, I'm even using it normally on Win (just to say that it has been tested and is working). I'm running Monterey with the 1060 activated by OCLP (is that it? I never remember). I'm Using SMBIOS iMacPro1,1, and tried iMac18,3 without success.

Synaptics Touchpad Not Working (SYNA2B3E)
I have installed ventura in my lenovo v130-14ikb(81HQ) and its backlight and touchpad is not working. Whenever I install VoodooRMI the system doesn’t boot at all. Its i2c interface.Usually Voodooi2cHID makes it work but it doesn’t support gestures.

No audio from Airpods Pro 2nd Gen with Mac OS Ventura
Hi. Recently installed hackintosh, but I am using an Intel AX2000 WIFI and Bluetooth Card, alongside with airportitlwm.kext and all the necessary intelbluetoothfirmware kexts. I was surprised to find wifi and bluetooth working out of the box, except when I tried to play audio through AirPods, there were no sounds. I know the AppleALC kext is working as I have another set of headphones (Skullcandy Hesh 2 Wireless) that can be connected both wired via aux and wirelessly via bluetooth, and they both flawlessly work, including the microphone; no matter the layout-id I used, audio was always working, except with Airpods. They connect and engage noice cancellation mode but no audio is heard. Oddly, when going the sound section in system settings, and clicking on the input tab, suddenly I can hear audio, but tinny quality. What I suspect is as it moves over to the microphone channel, audio plays but then exiting out goes back to normal audio and nothing is played. Any ideas as to what is causing this, or this is just a caveat to intel cards?

Has anyone able to install hackintosh with NVME drive.

I recently added nvme drive. Before that, I just had sata drive and I was able to install hackintosh successfully. But now I am struck in the boot.
Can some one help me out as what am doing wrong.

AX210 not recognized
I switched out my AX201 for an AX210, but it isn’t discoverable in Win11, Debian 12, or MacOS Sonoma 14.2. It doesn’t show up in device manager in Windows. I tried putting the 201 back in but it isn’t recognized either. Something has gone wrong. All my WiFi drivers in each OS are the latest versions but the chip isn’t being seen by my systems. A scan of pci devices fails to find it as well. Now I have no WiFi or BT. 🤬 I even went so far as to removing my pci cards, cMos battery, and ram, then did a network reset, still nothing. My bios cnvi setting is enabled. I tried manually entering the AX210 controller in device manager but it just gives me a yellow triangle and an error saying it can’t install the necessary drivers error code 31 I think. I’m running a MSI z490 Godlike motherboard with an Intel i9 10900k cpu.

i cant work it out, has only one USB device, BT dongle, disabling BT doesnt fix it (or removing the dongle), it cant be an issue with EFI as it hasnt rebooted in 2 months and was running fine, yes it does have wake on lan - thats the reason its a hack :) but disabling ethernet does not fix the issue. all it does is run plex and itunes sharing. Of course USB is mapped, but i might try mapping again using windows usb, i think sleep issues are 99% caused by usb from my experience even if log doesnt specifically say it.
i5 9400, 16gb ddr, 20 TB storage, Intel ethernet, Volans BT 4.0 dongle, HDMI to Sony TV
any thoughts?

How to dualboot with Windows on a system where you can't select an EFI file in the BIOS
In some cases (mainly on Acer and Vaio systems), when you install Windows, that'll become the default boot option with no option to change it back to OpenCore or to select an EFI file in the BIOS. There is a way to get past this and make OpenCore your default boot option. Here's how:
First, before you install Windows, enable LauncherOption in your config.plist (Misc -> Boot -> LauncherOption -> Set to "Full")
Now, install Windows. Make sure it's installed as UEFI. Afterwards, open CMD as administrator and run the command bcdedit /set "{bootmgr}" path \EFI\OC\OpenCore.efi. Reboot your computer, and you should now get the OpenCore bootpicker. Do note that if you remove your macOS drive or insert a drive where only Windows is installed and you remove your other boot drive, when you reconnect your macOS drive, you will need to re-run that command in Windows.
Tested and is working on my Vaio SVF15A15CDB.

Macbook Pro 11,3 with Opencore causes black screen after login screen. Help?
I have a 2014 Macbook Pro 11,3 that I installed Monterey on using Opencore Legacy patcher. Everything was working fine until today when I decided to update Monterey to the latest version. After the update MacOS boots successfully to the first login screen. I select my user and enter the password, then the white apple icon shows up above a white loading bar. Before that loading bar completes, my mac screen goes completely black and I cant see anything so I dont know if I am logged in or not or what is going on. From there it hangs with a black cscreen and the only thing i can do is turn off the mac.
What is causing this and how can I fix it?

HackBook for uni? Which one to choose?
I am thinking about creating a hackBook for uni which can dualboot windows 10 or 11 alongside MacOS, because I don't know what programs we will be using, so I have to rely on Windows as a backup if I can't use MacOS.
What would you suggest for this purpose?
I will use it for:
editing photos/videos (mainly in 1080p)
Doing programming stuff (mainly web development)
Basic browsing/audio playback
I would preffer as much battery life as possible. My current laptop is lucky if it can pull off 3 hours without a charger, so I would like something more efficient in the future😅 Plus it is like 3,5 kg. A good old Dell Latitude E6430, a monster from 2012
Why I choose this over a Macbook?
Well, Windows, plus an M1 is like 1400 usd still here in Hungary...

OpenCore picker reboots machine when I select the dmg recovery boot
Title. Computer reboots every time I select the recovery dmg to boot in opencore, like a second after it starts to load verbose. Looked over the guide and used the sanity checker, everything seems alright to me but I'm by no means an expert

WIP Hackintosh build: compatibility check and gpu buying concerns
Hi, I recently built myself a windows machine with the following specs. However, my gpu died (3060) and I was getting quite sick of windows. I don't have a mac desktop, so figured I would try hackintosh while I still had the chance.
I had a few questions
- My boot ssd for macOS, a p5600x optane ssd uses 3d-xpoint. The opencore wiki suggests that optane ssd's with combined optane + nand don't work under macOS. However, my ssd is pure optane, with no software needed. I assume it'll work fine?
- My x570i motherboard has an intel wifi card, but it's replaceable by the user. Is it recommended to use https://openintelwireless.github.io or get a broadcom card?
- Does macOS handle fan control or will I need to set it in bios?
And most importantly, what GPU should I buy? It needs to be small and quiet. Less than 180mm in length and fewer than two slots, my case is quite small. I'm currently looking at the radeon pro wx5100, but the 5500xt/6600xt look fine too.
