Sound via bluetooth so laggy
Hey everyone! I have trouble with my bluetooth. Im using Sonoma and AsusBT-500. It works and I can connect to my AirPods, but sound is so laggy. Do I need to buy AsusBT-400 or it can be fixed?

Question on updating through software update with Sonoma and OCLP wifi patches.
I'm running Sonoma 14.1 which I installed through the App Store, not software update. After I installed it I used OCLP to add back wifi and bluetooth functionality. Because I'm running without SIP, will I no longer get a notification that a new update is available?
For example, it says that 14.1.2 became available 7h earlier in the App Store but I don't see any indication it's available for install in my General tab even though my software update page says it scanned for available installs only a couple minutes ago.

Everything works (no Metal support, obv).
For giggles, I bought a used early 2011 2.3GHz Core i5-2415 based logic board off of eBay. Its dimensions are nearly identical to the '09 board. Some connectors (camera, WiFi, BT) are different.
OCLP barked at me about configs being specifix to platforms--so I re-ran root patches for MBP8,1. Other than no camera, WiFi, and BT everything works. In fact, this system now benches higher in Geekbench 6 than my HP hack (Haswell, Core i5-4310U vPro, HD 4400 graphics <--also running Sonoma 14.1.2) by about 300 points in multicore (clock speed probably).

Need help regarding app development with Xcode on Hackintosh
I have installed macOS Sonoma on my windows pc in dual boot mode. I have set up everything and everything is going good except for the main purpose of this installation which is IOS app development.
I am doing React Native app development. I have set up the development environment for React Native properly. After that I have installed Xcode, downloaded IOS 17 image and also built a simulator.
Now I am facing two major problems whenever I am trying to run the React Native app on the simulator through Xcode:
Problem 1: I am getting the error - Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code
In order to try to resolve this error I have tried everything I found on the internet like,
• Opening the workspace folder in Xcode and changing Excluded Architectures for Debug and Release from i386 to arm64 in Build Settings
• Adding -f to the source="$(readlink "${source}")" in
the pods-appname-frameworks.sh file
• Deleting the Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData folder
But none of these solved the issue.
Problem 2: My simulator is not booting up properly, I am seeing a black screen and whenever occasionally I could see the screen it is too much irresponsive.
In order to try to resolve this error I have tried everything I found on internet like,
• Tried to install older IOS version (e.g.15) and build a simulator with it. But the simulator failed to boot.
• Tried to install an older version of Xcode (e.g.14) but it was unable to open before it could be upgraded.
If these two problems are Hackintosh specific then how can I resolve these ?
Note:
1. The Android emulator of Android Studio is running fine without any errors and the app runs on it just fine.
2. If I create a Swift app project in Xcode then it would build without any errors and run fine on the simulator as well.

Broadcom pcie wifi plus motherboard wifi?
I’ve never had an mb with built in WiFi but one is on the way
My thinking is that i can continue to use the t919 in macOS and it will ignore the built in wifi and that if I don’t download windows Broadcom drivers I can just use the built in wifi in windows and it will ignore the fenvi
Does this make sense or is there some further complication I’m not thinking of?

Stuck on LOG:EXITBS:START
When I try to boot to macos installer (after it has downloaded but not installed yet). I tried to rebuild parts of my efi and reinstall mac but still the same ending. CPU usage on minimal graphical use
Hi, I got everything on my Ryzentosh to work, the only prob is the cpu usage which goes like 60% when I open a tab on safari and goes down back to 6-7% when I move cursor it goes back to like 30%. While watching a video its constantly at like 60-80%.
This is causing a really bad battery drain I am getting like 3 hours less on mac than on windows.

Not able to update from 13.1.1
Hello!
I have been running Venture 13.1.1 for a while now with no problems, and finally I decided to update.
At first I thought it would be a good idea to update straight into Sonoma, however that failed so I thought maybe I will update to 13.6.1 first and see how that goes. That did not happen either, as booting to the macOS Installer does not advance at all, and booting into macOS just reverts back to 13.1.1.
You can see what it says in verbose upon booting to the macOS installer. I have updated OC to 0.9.6 and have updated all of my kexts, so I do not know what could be the issue. Does anyone have an idea what to try next?

Macbook Pro - problems with starting up
Hi guys,
I've got Macbook Pro 13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports. I bought it as used one but with new replaced (not original) battery. For a few months all was working perfectly but recently I am having start-up problems.
This what happens: most important it happens sometimes (!) but recently more and more frequently:
Macbook won't start.. I wait, wait, wait and see the 'no disc' icon. I close/open the screen but nothing happens. When I force shutdown him and start again: sometimes it helps and macbook starts fine, sometimes no and still see 'no disc' icon.
After many days of trying to find the reason i found the odd solution: when macbook is plugged in to power it always start without any problems.
When there is 'no disc' icon, the best solution for me is to plug it into power and then restart - always starts up correctly.
When macbook is already up and working, It never crashed, never got frozen and I can work hours on him using just battery and all works perfect.
When I close the lit to have a break and open it again, it is highly possible that macbook won't start.
Seems like some battery / voltage regulator issue but im not sure yet. I would to be more aware before providing mac to service.

Anyone had similar issue? Any ideas? Thoughts?

No wifi after Ventura upgrade
I'm using an HP 15-cx0056wm laptop, and it was working fine with monterrey, but due to app store incompatibility and Ventura installed just fine, but for some reason after the upgrade Bluetooth and wifi don't work. I tried using iwtlm and it kept freezing during boot, and airportitlwm doesn't yield any results. Will post EFI if needed.

need help installing bootcamp drivers to mac
now, i dont know if this is the right place to ask, if it isn't please redirect me elsewhere! i also apologize if this is a dumb question. i'm only half computer savvy really and have little experience with things like coding and command line etc.
i've had this old macbook pro 15" 2011, which was originally installed with mac os x 10.5 or whatever i believe.. that was the maximum updated version and really it was useless/bricked so i installed windows 10 on it using usb. the win10 installation was a success however because the original OS was bugging i wasnt able to properly install drivers or keep macOS in order to dual boot. (maybe that was a dumb move on me but i for sure dont have a mac OS iso lying around) so its simply a windows 10 macbook but no wifi, sound, etc. i tried using a github code on a USB to install drivers from there however i got stuck, and so its been almost a year never completing this project. is there any way to save this and install the drivers? would anyone give tips/ a detailed tutorial for my specific model and such? i hope its possible since ive gotten this far.

I've run into an issue. The DVD drive will try to eject, even though nothing has been inserted, and when a disk has been inserted, it attempts to spit it out immediately. Has anyone else faced this issue?
