Hello!
So I got my new laptop.
I don't have any background with hackintosh, and I'm complete noob, but I'm also tech savvy, and I think I can pull it off.
I tried to search this sub for this particular model without success, so I figured I'll just ask.
Is this laptop hackintoshable? Can I dual boot it?
I wanted it to try to learn how to code on it.
I know there's Linux, but I really wanted to try and use MacOS.
The model is 16IAH8 and these are the specs:

Intel Core I5-12450H
16GB ram LPDDR5
1TB SSD
Intel UHD Graphics
Tell me if there's something else I need to add to make you better understanding this laptop.
Unfortunately I don't know the Wifi card or Bluetooth card etc... Tell me if you know how to check it.

Dualhead - Way to set primary display permanently?
I'm rocking dual-display hackintosh running Sonoma - is there a way to permanently set which display is the primary one? I'd love to have login screen always on my main display, but it's not the case. Same thing when starting applications, they land on different screens sometimes.

I need help gus
I finished installing macOS 13 on hp omen,it is dualbooting with windows 11 fine but I have a problem with wifi and bluetooth not working.I tried adding “AirportItlwm_v2.2.0_stable_Ventura.kext” but it didn’t work,what should I do?
I tried wifi first but if anyone has a solution for bluetooth is welcome.

Hackintosh in old "Gamer"laptop
Hello!
I have a 2018 laptop, which is what I play with and learn web/mobile development, but the truth is that I only play League of Legends and I'm no longer interested in playing anything else, since most of my time It's for programming. I know absolutely nothing about Mac, but I was interested in trying its operating system, since with Linux I have a lot of problems because I have an Nvidia graphics card.
I know I won't have support for metal (hardware acceleration), but as long as I can use it fluidly and work with it, it would be great, because I'm interested in MacOS for its aesthetics, it's very pretty hehe
My specifications are as follows:
i7-7700HQ (The integrated graphics is disabled, it cannot be activated)
GTX1060 3GB
16GB RAM
256GB SSD
1TB HDD
Will I be able to play League smoothly (75 FPS), develop comfortably, and use MacOS stably without freezing? Or will I have a mediocre experience due to the specs of my laptop and would it be better to stay on Windows?

Won't boot, IOPCI Configurator WaitTime is 900
So I got Ryzen 5 2600, AORUS RX 580 8, Gigabyte B450m-h
I am trying to install Ventura and I was able to deal with many problems, but have no idea what to do with this one, when selecting my usb in OpenCore booting process starts and then freezes at "IOPCI Configurator WaitTime is 900"
My question is ignored in discord community and idk what to do😢

i have tried Hackintosh to my Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF and successfully entered to the OS. Two main things need to sort out.
​
1. Sound not working - tried with Alcid=1 , 11, 255 but not success
2. When i turn on SATA AHCI on Bios, i cannot entered to Windows 10 - when switched to RAID, windows working but MacOS not working.

Mac OS Ventura/Sonoma on Intel NUC10I5FNK
Hello! I have an Intel NUC10I5FNK with 32gb RAM and 500 M2 SSD. I would like to install Mac OS Ventura or Sonoma.
Can anyone give me feedback on how it has worked for a while and if everything is going correctly? And if anyone can tell me any tips or any guide that was followed I would also appreciate it.
Note: I saw this guide for INTEL NUC8 https://github.com/zearp/Nucintosh and the general https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/ but I wanted to know if there was something more specific or a preconfigured EFI for this particular model.

Weird internet issue.
I have an Intel Wireless card which works perfectly in sonoma with speeds almost the same as my ethernet. My internet speed is 500 mbps and my wireless also gets about 450-500 mbps. the problem is when I open certain websites they take longer to load but it loads quickly on ethernet even though the speed is almost the same. For example, I wanted to watch a video and it takes few seconds to load on wifi at 240p but on ethernet it loads almost instantly at 1080p. The latency wireless gets is less than 20ms. I've never had this issue with hackintosh before.

First time setting up a hackintosh
I want to try and get a hackintosh set up for my sister before she arrives in a few hours. The only part that in missing is a gpu (5700xt) and a storage drive. I currently have a 6800xt. Am I able to swap out the 6800xt when I get the 5700xt?

EFI folder for asrock X570 taichi?
Can someone give me the EFI folder for main x570 taichi, cpu r7 2700x, rx 580 8GB. I have successfully installed everything seems to work but ethernet, wifi and bluetooth are not working. I tried updating the kext for the ax200 chipset wifi card but it still doesn't work.

FaceTime and iMessage not working on macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 Hackintosh
I'm having a very hard time trying to make FaceTime and iMessage work on my hack book using macOS Sonoma. I've always used the same EFI, only update my EFI Folder when I need to upgrade my macOS, and I'm using the same EFI with the same SMBios and Serials since Catalina release. I was on Catalina, but since I needed to update my macOS I have installed Sonoma in this machine, but FaceTime and iMessage is DEAD in my machine, I don't know what should I do.

6650 XT Ryzentosh no hardware acceleration
I have injected device ID and model and spoofed GPU model with an aml file added to my ACPI folder :/ I also have adgpmod=pikera added to my boot arguments. Brand new build and I was able to get monterey installed just don't have hardware acceleration. Any tips appreciated. EFI folder attached. Hello, r/hackintosh. I've got my old PC that I would like to try hackintosh. The last time I tried hackintosh was in 2015 with an Intel X99 based PC. At that time, I failed and never looked back. But now, I wanna try hackintosh again. PC specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.7GHz, MSI Krait X370 motherboard, 24GB of RAM @ 3200 MHz, AMD Radeon RX 580, Samsung 970 NVMe SSD + 2 Samsung Evo SATA SSDs. I basically have no knowledge about hackintosh. I appreciate if there's anyone who could be of help. Thanks!

Stuck on apple logo without progress bar
I had my hackintosh full working with opencore 0.96, today i updated the bios to new version and i'm stuck at apple logo without progress bar.i changed the OC to verbose mode and here's the screenshot:

OpenCore from USB does not find MacOS installation partition on SSD after first reboot
Hi all,
I know there are a ton of posts with exactly this topic, but I am quite sure I have tried all the usual suspect solutions to this problem.
After the first reboot during MacOS Ventura installation, OpenCore does not "see" the macOS pre-installation on the NVMe SSD.
Set-up:
\- Xiaomi Notebook Pro laptop (Kaby Lake)
\- Two SSDs. Existing one has a Windows / Linux dual-boot. Second SSD is dedicated to this new MacOS install.
\- Created a bootable online installation USB with OpenCore and MacOS Ventura.
\- Used https://github.com/daliansky/XiaoMi-Pro-Hackintosh EFI. I know this is not recommended, but it is a regularly maintained "release" - and I did re-read all the relevant sections of the DortianaOpenCore guide, especially whatever relates to the issue I am having. For what it's worth, the prebuilt EFI targets the same OC version I am using (0.9.6).

Symptom:
\- OpenCore boots from the USB after having finished the first round of installation. I can see the MacOS installation partition from the Disk Utilities but there is no boot option to "install macOS". I can see the Windows partition and the original .dmg for the online installer that was first used.

What I tried:
\- ApfsDriverLoader.efi (although discouraged) - I thought it was worth a shot. No change though.
\- Everything suggested in https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/troubleshooting/extended/opencore-issues.html#can-t-see-macos-partitions (MinVersion, ScanMode, ...).

I would like to share a log, but I am not sure how to generate one. I am using the debug version of OC and have set AppleDebugLog to enabled, but there is no log file in the USB's EFI directory.

Backup data from unbooted Hackintosh
Hello guys i know you all recommending not to use hackintosh as main working device, but i used it for a year nothing wrong and suddenly this pc do not boot anymore just loading bar half way and reboot repeat.
i need some files from that ssd. i tried to connect it to other hackintosh ssd detected in disk utility but i cant access it. anyone have idea how to save my data. pls my last 3 month project is in there.
