Can somebody help?
I have Acer laptop Nitro 5 AN515-43 with ryzen 5 3550h, rx560x(dGPU) and vega 8 (iGPU) I really want to run hackintosh but don't know how (I did try it couple of times but failed, I know something but not enough to know what is really going on) can somebody help if it's possible on my laptop? I am a complete noob so somebody with patience would be really appreciated.

Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF
Hi everyone

i have tried Hackintosh to my Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF and successfully entered to the OS. Two main things need to sort out.
​
1. Sound not working - tried with Alcid=1 , 11, 255 but not success
2. When i turn on SATA AHCI on Bios, i cannot entered to Windows 10 - when switched to RAID, windows working but MacOS not working.

T410 lenovo opencore stuck
Hello trying to boot high sierra/sierra onto old laptop. Per opencore documentation 1st gen arrandale (i5 560M) is supported. So far i have tried making usb on mac, windows an even linux, and have tried to boot various different supported mac versions with same result. I am using latest opencore version and legacy non-uefi methods. The debug log always seem to stop at
OCSMC: SmcReadValue Key 4D534163 Size 2
I select the opencore external dmg in opencore menu and then the machine just reboots and thus is the last line in the logs.

Can't boot Ventura after latest update - OpenCore patched MacBook 2015
Hi all, hope you can point me in the right direction.
I have a 15" Mid 2015 MacBook Pro with the AMD GPU in it. I used OpenCore patcher to install Ventura on it and was going great, with a few hiccups to deal with, but much cheaper than a new Mac.
Last night I decided to install the latest Ventura update through System Settings and on reboot, the system gets stuck after I put my password in the first time to unlock the drive.
I tried the OSX install option and teh OSX option by holding the power button during boot, but nothing helps. I tried holding shift for safe mode, but that doesn't help either.
I don't have access to another Mac, so I'm hoping there is a way on Linux to make a OpenCore patcher usb stick, as I seem to have written over the drives I used to install this in the first place. I'm guessing this is to do with the Kexts needed not being available in the update?
Any help would be great to get me a working system again!

problems with safari
Hi, I have my whole item with hackintosh problems in safari.
Previously didn't play films on netflix, but a bigsur update helped (apparently there was some issue in the firmware).
But now in google maps i have artifacts. But turning on WebGL via Metal helps.
Also, some sites with long script response don't work, for example sending a form on some loaded site. safari just gives an error that the page failed to load.
Although at the same time in Chrome everything works fine

Thinkpad E14G2 (AMD) has awful battery life under macOS
I get about 6 hours of battery life on Windows or Linux, and maybe 2 or 3 on macOS.
Everything else so far works great, I'm using the latest version of NRed for the onboard graphics, AppleALC with layout ID of 11, and the latest version of Lilu and VirtualSMC
My notable system specs are:
Ryzen 7 4700U
No dedicated graphics
45Wh battery
Intel AX200 WiFi
Realtek ALC257 audio
Any advice?

They signed in successfully and activated
But not refreshing or receiving or making calls or messages
Sometimes once in while location refreshes but still no real time syncing
Tried too many serials and smbios but no luck
And when I use macbookpro15.2 smbios which is mostly recommended I can’t even get them to be activated
I have an apple id with my iphone and tried hackintosh before on montery and ventura and never encountered these issues except recently with sonoma
Also if anyone knows a work around for airplay to work on intel wifi card also another issue is that apple music doesn’t play when i connect my redmi buds although it works well across the os and plays only download songs and i keep lossless and dolby atmos off

Hey folks. I'm having problems with the Config file for Dell Latitude E5530 laptop. -no_compat_check needs to be added but I could not edit it. Can anyone help?
I'm trying to install Big Sur version 11.7.4 and the OpenCore version is 0.9.5.
Tech specs;
i5 3210M 3rd generation processor.

Stuck on apple logo without progress bar
I had my hackintosh full working with opencore 0.96, today i updated the bios to new version and i'm stuck at apple logo without progress bar.i changed the OC to verbose mode and here's the screenshot:

OpenCore from USB does not find MacOS installation partition on SSD after first reboot
Hi all,
I know there are a ton of posts with exactly this topic, but I am quite sure I have tried all the usual suspect solutions to this problem.
After the first reboot during MacOS Ventura installation, OpenCore does not "see" the macOS pre-installation on the NVMe SSD.
Set-up:
\- Xiaomi Notebook Pro laptop (Kaby Lake)
\- Two SSDs. Existing one has a Windows / Linux dual-boot. Second SSD is dedicated to this new MacOS install.
\- Created a bootable online installation USB with OpenCore and MacOS Ventura.
\- Used https://github.com/daliansky/XiaoMi-Pro-Hackintosh EFI. I know this is not recommended, but it is a regularly maintained "release" - and I did re-read all the relevant sections of the DortianaOpenCore guide, especially whatever relates to the issue I am having. For what it's worth, the prebuilt EFI targets the same OC version I am using (0.9.6).

Symptom:
\- OpenCore boots from the USB after having finished the first round of installation. I can see the MacOS installation partition from the Disk Utilities but there is no boot option to "install macOS". I can see the Windows partition and the original .dmg for the online installer that was first used.

What I tried:
\- ApfsDriverLoader.efi (although discouraged) - I thought it was worth a shot. No change though.
\- Everything suggested in https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/troubleshooting/extended/opencore-issues.html#can-t-see-macos-partitions (MinVersion, ScanMode, ...).

I would like to share a log, but I am not sure how to generate one. I am using the debug version of OC and have set AppleDebugLog to enabled, but there is no log file in the USB's EFI directory.

Backup data from unbooted Hackintosh
Hello guys i know you all recommending not to use hackintosh as main working device, but i used it for a year nothing wrong and suddenly this pc do not boot anymore just loading bar half way and reboot repeat.
i need some files from that ssd. i tried to connect it to other hackintosh ssd detected in disk utility but i cant access it. anyone have idea how to save my data. pls my last 3 month project is in there.

I'm still trying it to see how stable it is, but I runned some stress test with Ableton Live 11and opened 2000 audio tracks with 5 Fabfilter plugins each and it went to 60/70% cpu, then I've got scared from vents and I stopped.

I was wondering if it is possible to buy a MacPro 4,1; 5,1 oder 6,1 for cheap, put a better GPU, maybe a RTX 3060, in it and use it for gaming and video editing purposes. Then you could use macOS for daily tasks and for video editing and Windows 11 for Gaming.

macOS dmg not find in boot menu thing and mouse not working
So i was trying to boot this time i was able to get into the thing where you can select where to boot from but there was only windows (or windows 11 OS) and the mouse was not working(Which could be relating to the fact that there may not be a VoodooPS2 in the kexts folder.)
Edit: The Voodoo2C,Voodoo2CHID and VoodooPS2Controller.kext are in the kexts folder.
