Is there any possible way to install Hackintosh in Intel Celeron N2830 (Bay Trail)
I have tried installing Hackintosh in the Laptop but it seems that my cpu (Bay - Trail) is not supported I don't know why in some cpus their igpu works for macos but mine don't? is there a reason for that? I'm confused can I fix a modification for it to work?, I have tried downloading and following many youtube videos of hackintosh but most of the don't work, is there any possible way I can install it on this PC?
I have tried many bootable os files and it seems to boot fine but it only fails in macos installing part.
I hope someone can help if I can possibly install hackintosh, Thank you in advance.

BIOS settings: fTPM enabled and Secure Boot disabled works fine for me.
Problems:
1. Wake/Sleep issues as usual.
2. Volume Hash Mismatch because of Intel Bluetooth.
Solutions:
1. Added acpi-wake-type to DeviceProperties, WOL disabled on PowerNap and enabling RTC patch on Kernel>Patch.
2. UEFI -> ProtocolOverrides -> HashServices -> true
No debugging, no verbose and actually there are no boot-args. Using Blackosx's BsxM1 theme.
OpenCore version is 0.9.5 and all kexts are up-to-date except AppleALC for now. Thanks for reading y'all!

What part I got an issue with:
After formatting to APFS, I start installing the OS, it goes fine till the last steps, it tries to deatach all the volumes, then after finishing that i get this error - opendirectory: prune orphaned unlock records failed with error: Domain = com.apple.OpenDirectory Code = 1000 "Operation is not suppoted by directory node" UserInfo:=(NsLocalizeDescription=Operation is not supported by the directory...
and then it says Operation Queue Succeded then freezes, i've left it for more than a day and nothing has changed, the usb stick still says its being used, been trying to pass this issue for 2 years now

MacOs 14 sonoma, Kaby Lake, which SMBIOS?
I have a z270 Motherboard, a Intel i7-7700k Cpu (Kaby Lake) and a rx 580 GPU. Until now i used Imac18,3 as Model Identifier. As I wanted to upgrade to sonoma, i had to change the Model to either Imac19,1 or Imacpro1,1. I would like to know which of these is better suited for my configuration (and if there's any negative consequences), and if there's a possibility to go back to Imac18,3 after installing MacOs sonoma.

AMD RX6800 black screen while installing SONOMA
Hello Everyone,
I just upgraded my GPU from RX580 to RX6800 after installing the new GPU it gave me the
black screen while booting to the OS, then I knew about the argument I should put to make it working
which is agdpmod=pikera and it worked, the geek bench score on the new GPU is not stable some sometimes give me, really high values and sometimes do not, I thought it would be better if I made a clean install and at the same time I upgrade from Ventura to Sonoma, the problem started here although I already use this argument I wasn't able to boot the installer it gives me a black screen again, So what should I do?

New Graphics Card Purchase for Hackintosh in 2023
I want to purchase a new graphics card what is the best buy considering the budget?
If I consider AMD Radeon RX 560, it costs me around $120 in India and this is the most low-budget card suitable for Hackintosh as per my knowledge.
Would you like me to go for this one? or I have to increase the budget for higher-level graphics card.
My target for the graphics card is, at least, to work on Mac OS Sonoma plus the next future release of Mac OS so if any person has knowledge or assumption regarding this then please share with me :)

dGPU rename advice
So I have a rather obscure Navi 14 dGPU (RX 5300) that works OOB with pikera and is the same GPU found in iMac20,1. However, while it does get accelerated without spoofing, system wide it's seen as AMD Radeon Navi14. Just looks off aesthetically.
Do I rename it as a full on spoof to a native device ID or can I just rename it within OC similarly to how we rename processors?

Whenever i use the SSDT-EC-USBX-LAPTOP my laptop would freeze at the final part when it dims, while when using SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP it doesn't, and I dont get why, my ACPI - Compilant Embedded Controller bios name is \\\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC0 just like in the prebuilt EFIs, aswell as manual ones.

You may ask: Why not just use Desktop then?
I cannot get battery readings on that.

Laptop freezes during the last 12 minutes of installing macOS
I can't move my cursor and my screen is freezing. I've tried redoing it again, disable securebootmodel and enable disablesecuritypolicy. The log stops at : "Could not verify trust(5) using MobileSoftwareUpdate policy. Will try basic X509."

Need Help Switching to dGPU (RX5500M) on Laptop – No MUX Switch
I'm facing some challenges trying to switch to the dGPU (RX5500M) on my laptop, which lacks a MUX switch. My goal is to disable the iGPU and connect an external monitor to utilize the dGPU. My laptop specs include AMD 5600h + RX 5500M.
Previously, I successfully used NootedRed with the iGPU. Now, I want to switch to the dGPU for an external monitor. I've tried removing NootedRed, experimented with and without WEG, and tried boot flags like agdpmod=pikera -wegnoigpu. Unfortunately, HDMI isn't detected at all.
When I boot with the iGPU disabled, the OS boots on the laptop display without any acceleration, instead of the external display.
Can someone provide guidance or suggestions to help me troubleshoot and achieve the switch to the dGPU?

MacOS Monterey working on Dell Inspiron 3542
After some days of experimenting i got monterey to work on my dell laptop, i'm planning to try updating it to sonoma. As i can use OCLP to fix some things on sonoma.
Specs list:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4210uGPU: Intel HD 4400 and NVIDIA GeForce 820M (doesnt work under OS X)
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Ethernet card: Realtek 81xx
Wifi/BT: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 (bought recently, wifi functionality untested, still i dont have it)
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC555

After every boot USB port / mouse randomly stutter/ lags straight away or after a little while then randomly stops working.
I have a Surface Laptop 3 everything else seems to be working flawlessly other than the USB-A port at this moment. I'm using a Anywhere 3s mouse dongle and wired mouse to a usb hub (tested devices both without hub). When working to get this Hackintosh running I had problems getting graphics to run properly with my own EFI until I used someones Surface Pro 7 EFI which is a very similar (almost the same machine). I edit and added my information and things needed for Surface Laptop 3 re mapped the usb ports with USBToolbox added and removed kext that I couldnt think of but still the same issue afterwards. The Trackpad mouse works perfectly always . Just asking for help what am I missing what needs to be added or removed to stop the usb port from randomly stopping and the wireless mouse from stuttering. Cheers for any help.

So I have a HP z230 intel core I7 4th Gen and 16gb of ddr3 ram however I have the hackintosh on my usb but I’m scared because I saw someone here say that they bricked their hp computer because of open core writing it’s log onto the bios and overwriting it and they couldn’t get it back should i boot it or if it tries to write a log would it overwrite my bios like it did for the other guy

How can I get HDMI output of my GTX 1650?
My device is a laptop with a GTX1650 GPU. It does not have optimus and the HDMI port is run by the dGPU.
I have the dGPU disabled as the Dortania's guide said it is not compatible. I am using the iGPU for my laptop display.
The layout is such- The dGPU is connected to the HDMI and the iGPU, when in Windows the dGPU had to work, all it's stuff went through the iGPU, which is directly connected to the laptop display.
I just want the HDMI to work, I don't want the dGPU to give me maximum performance or anything.
Is there anyway I can get my HDMI to work? Even without a supported card?
