Battery Issues

After installing I only got about 2-3 hours of battery in comparison to 5-6 hours when I was running on my windows?

Skylake on Sonoma 14.1
I tried to install Sonoma 14.1 and I got it installed
but I had no luck to get the igpu intel HD 520 to work
I have a Fujitsu 13inche touch screen laptop
with intel corI5 6300U
ram : 8 GB GDDR4
igpu : Intel HD 520 with device id 1619
I have Monterey installed and everything working
just the trackpad and recently the B.T stooped

I tried to spoof the gpu it boots but only 7 MB and the system is so slow due the lack of Vram

old pc into a hackintosh for developing
So, I have an old pc (core 2 duo e6550, and a ATI sapphire x1650)
Is there any way for me to install os X mountain lion (10.8) on this thing? I want to create cydia applications for a iPhone 4s I recently bought and I read the best way to make these kinds of apps is to use code 4.6.3
Anyone has tips on how could I achieve this? I'm new to hackintoshing

I've been working on this for few weeks and finally managed to make it boot. I'll need to test further to see what works and what not.
I had to replace 4070ti with rx670 so dual booting with both cards installed will be my next goal.

Everything works perfectly with the NootRX kext. The only problem is the DRM. Unfortunetly I can't listen to lossless music on Apple Music for now, but the ChefKiss group said they are working on it.

Why is Hyper-threading not really doing anything?
Not really a major issue but more a curiosity. I have an i7 7700K and I notice that the 4 “real” cores seem to be doing all the work. The HT cores seem to be doing a teeny tiny bit of something, but not much.
Are that many Mac apps not optimized to take advantage of HT?

First boot freezes in Sonoma installation

Help With Gpu Acceleration issues

Hello! i Am currently trying to run my first Hackintosh but am running into certain issues, I am currently able to boot using the boot args -igfxvesa, when removed i am met with a black screen, the os seems to be running but i see nothing.i have tried searching the framebuffer guide but i cant seem to understand where to apply the values. i tried adding different device-id and platform-id but still no luck. i also tried adding different boot args but no success either. i am currently running Mac os Big Sur and want to update but it was the only os that would even run, other os would always leave me with a panic. i am wondering if i am forgetting something somewhere or maybe i have unnecessary stuff in my config. if anyone has any clues it would be awesome. Thanks!

Does my Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-51-55NT) will work?
I've already tried some preexisting EFIs available, but without any success.

Igpu issue
So I have an i5 8400 b365m ds3h motherboard on big sur. I have an issue where when I try to enable the igpu. It won’t even let me get into mac. When it’s disabled I only get the 7mb on internal graphics. I have tried with hackintool to fix it but nothing works. Please help.

I want to install an old MacOS on an even older laptop
Recently I started an attempt to build a hackintosh on my old Asus laptop and want to download an Older Macos like OS X 10.7 but I'm having problems forming the usb and EFI files. Can anybody lead me to a solid turtorial on how to make a flash for Ivy Bridge? I know video turtorials are shunned upon since they can be outdated but my laptop's old and outdated anyways.

Just upgraded from Big Sur to Ventura, reboots every few minutes
I have updated opencore and all the kexts via OC auxiliary tools.
I have a natively supported wifi/bluetooth card so I'm not using airportitwlm

I have an m.2 adaptor for my official apple Broadcom Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, and it's working perfectly fine on my Intel NUC5 i5
I've built a new Monterey on my desktop (ASUS H110I Plus), again all is working fine, but the motherboard does into have an m.2 slot (yes it's an older board) so I am thinking of buying this PCIE adaptor to install my m.2 adaptor
