Hey i finally installed hackintosh on my Ryzen 5 3500U, So far i able to install Sonoma too, but the xcode sucks with latest iOS 17, nothing boots and compiles

Sonoma and Broadcom BCM94360CS2
hi all,
I read that Sonoma had dropped Broadcom drivers for WiFi. Is Bluetooth still working though?
I am on Ventura and hesitate to upgrade for now (everything is working fine).
What would be the procedure to get my BCM94360CS2 card to work?

Won't boot without -igfxvesa cpu spoof
Hello! I have recently hackintoshed my laptop which has an intel Celeron 3965y, and uses HD Graphics 615. HD Graphics 615 is supported however but the Celeron is not so I had to use a spoof for the CPU. My hex code for this spoof for the CPUID was A9060300 00000000 00000000 00000000. With this configuration, the system boots properly if I have the -igfxvesa flag, but without it, it goes through the basic CLI startup, and then a few moment after I get a couple messages saying itlwm: tasks task_add newstate_task add to queue. I did not see this message while booting with igfxvesa. I would prefer not boot with vesa as it is sluggish due to a lack of hardware acceleration. Fenvi T919 not working after Sonoma Update
Hello guys, not too sure if anyone else has this issue but I haven't seen it so far. I updated from Monterey to Sonoma just now, and everything is working except wifi. There is no issue with the card or the slot since wifi and bluetooth is working in windows and bluetooth in sonoma. Is there a kext that I should add that is necessary?

Is BCM94360NG also compatible for a Hackintosh build?
My respect to every member of this group. I have learned a lot of useful information thru this group when I was building my very first hackintosh.. So looking for an upgrade to my daily machine (Thinkpad T480) and planning to change the native wifi card to a Broadcom card. I looked into the FAQ section and in Dortania guide for the compatible hardwares. First in the list are BCM943602, BCM94360 and BCM94360CD. I looked this parts online but haven't found any available near me aside from BCM94360NG.. my question is will it be compatible for hackintosh?

Disk utility not detecting my hdd
Henlo everyone. This is my first post here. And so I'm installing Mac os Catalina on my PC but for some reason disk utility just doesn't show me my hard drives so I can't actually install it. Is it because like my hdd is in ntfs? Or is it something else? Please help me 😭 and thankyou uso much

Dell Precision 3561 Laptop OpenCore?
I have built a few hackintoshes in the past but recently got a new Precision 3561 for a fantastic price that I couldn't turn down. I would love to make this into a dual boot Windows 10/11 and MacOS as I have two SSD's in it.
I haven't had much luck so far, but wondering if anyone has already got something running with Open Core, or if maybe for some reason this laptop would be really difficult to get working with MacOS?

iServices stopped working after update from macOS Monterey to macOS Sonoma
The other day I updated from Monterey to Sonoma 14.0. I was previously signed in to my Apple account, iMessage and iCloud all worked with no hitch, everything worked fine and always has been.
However, after upgrading to the latest version of Sonoma, iServices completely stopped working. I tried signing out of my Apple account in order to sign in again, but after receiving my verification code on my iPhone and entering it on my computer, the sign in menu gets stuck, loading indefinitely.
I am unsure what the problem could be, as I've never had issues with it before. Has anyone else stumbled upon this issue or could someone offer any troubleshooting advice?

After restarting Catalina I can't boot back into it with opencore picker
I need help I recently completely reinstalled Catalina on my computer and it was working fine but after I restarted it wouldn't let me boot it back up from the opencore picker it's just a black screen after selecting it also sorry I'm fairly new to this and I'm struggling

Clover won't let me auto startup
I have an HP EliteBook 840 G2 with an NVME slot, and the BIOS is supposed to support booting to it but it doesn't because HP is dumb and several people have this issue.
Therefore, I decided to install the Clover bootloader on the SATA drive otherwise used as a data drive. I used BDU as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUs7k-OPHdE&t=63s
It works perfectly, but auto boot doesn't, despite it showing the timeout and saying it will auto boot in one second (which I set in config.plist)
I tried using the drive's UUID (Idk if it was the C drive's UUID or what, but lastbootedvolume should work right?)

Ryzentosh'ers, Anyone using Logic Pro X?
Hi all, just in the research phase for a prospective Ryzentosh build atm, wondering if anyone's been using Logic Pro X on their ryzentosh machines up to now - and if everything's been running nice and stable?
Have been doing some research into ryzentosh machines recently but saw there was some issues around certain apps and stability, namely Adobe apps.
Atm, something like a Ryzen 7950x is looking like a better option than a 13900k for macOS, since they both offer 32 processing threads but since macOS can't properly use the i9s P/E core setup, isn't just going with the 16c/32t ryzen a much more logical idea? I think it's a bit more power efficient too as I want an itx style build.

Hackintosh Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Hello, I have just set up my first hackintosh. Would like to ask if Qualcomm Atheros (qualcomm atheros qca6174 espcially) are not working for hackintoshes? i found some kexts but they are for big sur or below. I have already installed intel bluetooth kexts and airport kext. Currently only available to access internet via android usb sharing.
As for Bluetooth, I remember seeing it detect a device once (didn’t try connecting), but now it just won’t turn on.

Unstable i211 Ethernet ventura
My specs are aorus b450, Ryzen 5 3600 and rx 5700 xt. My Ethernet connection after 5/6 min shuts down and I have to disable and enable again the device (en0) to make it work again. But it continues this loop while i’m using the computer. Kext is AppleIGB.kext.
Is there any fix? I’m going crazy

Before starting to panic, reset NVRAM
Just a friendly reminder: if something stops working after upgrading or updating OC or MacOS, try resetting NVRAM first. I had my main 4k display blank after upgrading to Sonoma, reboot or reconnect didn't fix it, but resetting (the virtual) NVRAM did.
Now to deal with Wifi (Fenvi T919) that actually stopped working...

My first post here. Trying to install Ventura following the Dortania guide for Coffee Lake (9900k) CPU.I followed carefully every step, specially the config.plist settings but maybe I overlooked something.
Asus TUF Z90 Gaming WifiIntel i9-9900k2x 32Gb Kingston Fury DDR4 3600Mhz CL18Powercolor Red Devil 6800 XT (config.plist - set to drive display. iGPU for computing only)SoundBlaster Z (did nothing about it)
Upon first boot i get stuck. I googled the last line "Env\SetDataProvider" but can't find any results. Anyone can give me a hint? I have no idea what is the cause. Wrong config? Incompatible hardware? Don't know where to start looking for.

Strange power management on Skylake on macOS Sonoma after changing SMBIOS?
Hello, after I solved a graphical problem by changing the SMBIOS and adding a boot parameter, now it seem that I have lost power management (i7-6700K).
Even with very low activity the processor remains at high frequencies constantly although the native power management seems to be loaded correctly as visible from the IORegistryExplorer.
I even tried CPUFriend with the CPUFriendFriend command with no changes.
What's the problem here?

Ventura Installer Freezes
I have a razer blade 14 from 2017:
CPU: i7-7700H
GPU: 1060 disabled with -wenogpu
I am able to get into the recovery of macos ventura, but when i want to format my sdd, it will start, and then freeze until i reboot manually. Why can this be? I do have to note that i have an error that i can see while booting, thought i dont know what it is (look at picture)
Even with these errors, it boots into the recovery, then i get my error described above. Thanks for all the help in advance
