Help Needed: AX200 Bluetooth Not Working on Hackintosh
Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to the community for help with getting my AX200 Bluetooth working on my Hackintosh setup. Despite following various guides on how to passthrough the AX200 WiFi and Bluetooth, I still can't seem to get it working correctly.
Here's what I've done so far:
In Hackintool, the Bluetooth device isn't showing up.
A while ago, I briefly saw the USB Bluetooth listed in the System Information, but after adding some kexts, it disappeared.
I've installed the following kexts: IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and IntelBTPatcher.kext.
I also added bluetoothExternalDongle and bluetoothInternalControllerInfo to my NVRAM, based on a guide I found.
I got the Wifi to work, but despite these efforts, I'm not having any luck. If anyone has experience with this or can suggest what I might be missing, I’d greatly appreciate your help!

MacOS on AMD processor

MacOS Sonoma wireless card
Hello everybody,
I successfully achieved an almost all-working hackintosh on my ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 (M3500Q model). My machine is currently running Ubuntu and Windows 10 in dual boot on my internal SSD, while MacOS Sonoma 14.5 is installed on an external SSD as I don't know if the internal one is incompatible (HFM512GD3JX013N) but also it is full. It’s not a big deal now as I plan to replace it with a bigger one.
My built-in network card is a MediaTek MT7921 that is incompatible with MacOS as said by Dortaina’s guide; for that reason I’ve searched for a replacement with those characteristics:
- connection via M.2, M.2 NGFF (that is the connection type of my actual network card) or USB dongle, I don't care at all if all the following are respected;
- working Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on all OS (Ubuntu, Windows 10 and MacOS Sonoma); I don’t care if I need to add patches or drivers as long as they work;
- working AirDrop and Continuity features.
My researches led me to the Broadcom BCM94360NG card. Has anyone a similar working setup or others suggestions?

Connect an old Hackintosh PC to Thunderbolt Display?
I was gifted a 27" Thunderbolt Display in perfect working condition (tested with my old Macbook). At the same time I have a spare Dell workstation (T1700) that can run Hackintosh just fine with a Haswell CPU and its onboard HD4600.
Just wondering if there is a solution to connect them together?
I read about Titan Ridge and Alpine Ridge card but they don't support old motherboards like mine. The machine will not run heavy graphic works, so I don't care much about losing some FPS or whatever.

BCM94360NG Bluetooth but no wifi - Sonoma
Last time I built a hackintosh was years and years ago. This whole community has advanced so much and I feel like a caveman. I have a Ryzen 5 5600G, Gigabyte A520 AC ITX, RX6600, and I just swapped a BCM94360NG onto my mobo. Bluetooth right out of the gate worked perfect, wifi is just giving me hell. I tried AirportBcrmFixUp and Bcrm patch a bunch of times, OCLP, right now I am pretty certain that IOSkywalk method is the latest and greatest so that is what I have installed for now. I am registered as a 2019 Mac Pro which uses the same BCM module so I'm really struggling to figure out what's gone so awfully wrong that I can't get this wifi kicking.
If there is any heroes out there that could take a look at my efi file and attempt to save me or direct me in this disaster of a config file I've created it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hello mates!
So i have an iMac mid 2010 21.5', and today i tried to update the gpu. I had ATi Radeon HD5670, and installed AMD Firepro M5100 (AMD Radeon R9 M370x)-RED PCB

After that, i tried to reinstall the old card, so i can patch the system with opencore, but now imac wont post at all, only 1 diag LED.
The old card may be broken, no problem, but what can i do to make the new card work?

Is there some steps like cleaning my EFI or something to optiise battery usage? I just changed my battery in my Dell Latitude 7490 and the screenshots are just testing (1080p youtube playback, some 12 hour video i found. It lasted 5 and a half hours. I think it could be better. Has anyone done this before? just a question im fine with what i have but was interested if this is really the maximum i can squeeze out of it.

No low power mode, SONOMA 14.6.1, OC 1.0.1
So i hae like 99% wodking hackintosh on my Dell latitude 7490, but i wasnt able to get the low power mode to show up. I have a new battery and its fine and all but sometimes i need a little more time out of that battery so i wanted to get that low power mode working. Is there anything i can do or is it just not possible? The pictures below are my about page in setting just so you can see the specs and the second one is the battery section with the LPM section missing.

Anyone else finding it less worthwhile these days to build/convert into a hackintosh?
I’m lucky enough to be able to get legit Apple computers off aafes. Some recent purchases - m2 MacBook 8gb for 699 and an m2 Mac mini 8gb for 399. I used to run multiple hackintosh laptops and desktops but unless you demand very high spec intel computers, I’m finding the rationale less and less appealing over just using the real deal.
