Nvidia Card not working, HDMI not working, Airdrop doesn't work.
Everything else good, hardware acceleration & HVEC and other features work perfectly.

Hey guys, so I'm trying to boot my computer with this specs right here but I always get this error. I'm trying to boot with dGPU since I don't want to waste my dGPU and I don't have cable to connect to the motherboard. What may causing this?

Lots of PSU coil whine on macOS, not on Windows for some reason...
Hey guys!
I recently built my Sonoma Hackintosh and I noticed that I have an extreme coil whine when using the mouse or just sitting idle in general quite often. Also when I'm scrolling the internet on Safari I have it as well, either with a mouse or the apple Magic Trackpad. I've had this PSU for a while and together with my GPU the only 2 parts I took from my previous build, never heard the coil whine in my previous build though..
Now the fun part is, this machine is a dual boot with Windows and whenever I'm on Windows I hear absolutely no coil whine at all.. :')
Is there anyone that had a similar issue?
The PSU is a Corsair HX1000

How to enable custom edid
Hi guys. I Just hackintoshed my msi laptop recently also upgrade my laptop screen to 1440p 165hz from 1080p 120hz but cant get 165hz on uhd 630 gpu because of pixel clock limit(No mux switch) then i download CRU and i can get 1440p 163hz without any problems with custom edid. Now i have my custom edid.bin and my hex data. My custom edid works on windows and ubuntu so far. I cant figure out how to apply custom edid on my hackintosh. Can you help me with this?
My specs are:

Opencore 9.0.5

Problem spoofing my gpu for sonoma
A while ago my friend hackintoshed my pc with macos sonoma using opencore ,me having the next specs
I5-6500
iGpu
16gb ram
Msi b150 pc mate mobo
The hackintosh worked fine but i had to get rid of it cuz i sold the ssd to a friend that really needed it
However today i tried to hackintosh it myself since i had the efi,everything was fine,using big sur,but now when i patched the gpu and tried to boot into the installer it would show the apple logo and go on sleep,usually when this happened i just had to restart my monitor,but that isnt working,its just going on sleep and never waking up again
Here are the patched i used

Newbie 3200g OpenCore boot menu shows twice Windows
I am trying to get my first hackintosh project to work.
I have followed https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide
The hardware is: MSI B450M Mortar MAX / 3200G / 8GB / RX570
i am completely new to this whole hackintosh world, so i probably made a mistake somewhere. I read the FAQ so i while not post my EFI.
My problem is when booting from USB, i see a boot menu (from i assume OpenCore) for a few seconds. But it only shows:
1. Windows
2. Windows
No i get that troubleshooting is probably hard, but i would like to get this project to work. I have had back surgery and i am on heavy meds so not doing much at the moment and probably for a long long time. So this project is my "joy and happiness" at the moment.
So if somebody has got an idea where to look or what to do, this would be much appriciated.

iMessage gets stuck on logging in indefinitely / Apple ID acting very strangely
Hi all,
I've been trying to get macOS working on my Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen5, and while the system itself is working very well now, Apple IDs and iMessage is acting strangely.
Whenever I log into Apple ID, it logs in just fine, but clicking on the device in settings gives me a "This device cannot be used to receive Apple ID verification codes." text. Apple's site says it's trusted and CAN receive codes; it doesn't actually get codes though. iCloud works fine both uploading and downloading.

On the other hand, iMessage just keeps loading indefinitely, never logging in properly. FaceTime gives an "Authentication error has occured." error when logging in, or just doesn't do anything at all.
I've tried different SMBIOSes, reinstalling macOS, even upgrading to Sonoma (I started out on Ventura initially). Does anyone know what could be causing this strange behavior, possibly point me in the right direction?
iMessage works fine on my other hack, and Beeper could even extract the iMessage whatevers needed for it to work properly from my laptop's installation, so I technically do have iMessage working, just not in the Messages app.

Gonna attempt my first Hackintosh, any tips or tricks? Also, what are the potential risks?
I’m a full time video editor who mainly uses davinci resolve and a browser 90 percent of the time and I hate windows. Is there anyway I can brick my system? Also, the Apple ID I plan on using is my personal one that’s a decade old and has 700 purchased movies on it. I don’t have access to a Mac either and I’d want to dual boot for the rare times I game. Is a hackintosh more unstable than windows? My current hardware is

Installed macOS with an invalid serial number, it became valid after install
I had some problems earlier with my Sonoma hackintosh, mainly iMessage, FaceTime and software updates not working so I decided to try again with a different serial number and a different macOS version. I first tried Monterey but couldn't boot that so I switched to Big Sur which wanted to boot, generated a new serial number, checked it and it came out as invalid, installed Big Sur, checked the serial number again and it came out as valid, with purchase date of December 2023 and warranty until December 23rd 2024, 1 year from today. With this valid serial number, software updates seem to work, have not tried FaceTime/iMessage yet. So is it alright if I keep this serial number?

Is there anyone who can help with a proper EFI for hackintoshing an MSI PC? I’ve been searching and researching for the better part of 6 months and for the life of me, I just can’t get it figured out myself. I’ve dealt with Linux before across different builds but for some reason a hackintosh is a beast I cannot seem to conquer and it’s starting to drive me mad.

do i need the efi on the internal drive
ok so i have windows on my nvme drive. im on a laptop and i am not planning on getting a second drive. i know dualbooting and trying to install macos on a drive with windows on it is the scariest thing in the world. but i want to know if it will work without messing with the efi folder like just installing macos onto a apfs partiton and like booting with the usb everytime since the usb has the efi and stuff. will that just bring me back to the installer or just boot macos everytime i boot from the usb. i dont how but will it just bootfrom the usb with the efi and all then start up the macos installed on the nvme drive with the windows efi on it. but what im guessing is that the efi partiton needs to be on the same drive as the os so this most probably wont work.

Are there some changes to icloud?
having some issues logging into icloud on a hack, it just hangs there after login and two factor authentication... not a big issue, but noticed all hacks are removed on my iphone in 'calling on other devices' there was a bunch of them there in the past, 100%. Now it only shows this macbook pro and ipad.

How to dual boot Windows and Sonoma? Help needed.
I have installed both windows and Sonoma on my PC, each run successfully but when I unplug the other one. But I can't figure out how to dual boot the two OSs. Because each time I have to change so many settings in the BIOS like fastboot, tpm, secure boot, Above 4g etc, and then able to boot. I hope I am able to convey the message. I want to turn on the pc and then using the boot option I'll be able to boot into the particular OS be like Mac Or Windows. Is this achievable? Because either one of them loads with the particular bios settings. If yes can anyone help me?

Help Needed with Hackintosh Installation on HP Spectre One 23-e200ez

I'm experiencing an issue with my Hackintosh. I'm relatively new to Hackintosh and have attempted several installations on my HP Spectre One 23-e200ez. I followed the OpenCore guide. After multiple attempts, I finally succeeded in starting the installer and completing the installation.
However, I encountered a problem afterward—I couldn't boot from my hard drive. The system was stuck in an endless loop of restarting. I tried formatting my hard drive and re-running the installer, but now it won't start at all.
Could anyone offer assistance?

Need helping fixing iMessage/FaceTime/Find My
I've installed macOS sucessfully about 2 weeks ago, used it a little bit to hackintosh my laptop, succesfully did that too but I noticed the laptop had working iPhone messaging and calling which my PC didn't so I tried figuring out why, I've changed serial numbers, changed SMBios, reinstalled macOS, all with clearing NVRam/past attempts but to no succes. Apple ID settings shows that Find My is disabled even to iCloud settings tells me it is, I cannot receive 2FA codes, FaceTime shows Logging in indefinitely and I don't see any software updates

Can't get RX6600 to boot
Hey everyone. Finally got around to trying my luck on this dual setup and I'm having issues.
If I plug my monitor into my Asus Z790, no issues getting into the desktop.
If I plug any of my monitors into the Gigabyte RX6600, I get an Apple logo and the load bar does nothing.
I've shut iGPU off in the Bios.
System info shows both iGPU and the 6600, but it's clearly loading the iGPU. I need to set this system up for Final Cut and that won't open because it says my graphics are not supported, of course, it's asking for the 6600.
"About this Mac" shows Display 7mb
I'm still new to all this, but I did get other things working like audio and wifi, just need the card working.
