Don't skip lectures.
When you have lectures, sit in front of the class and pay attention. Once the professor finishes his lecture, go through it instantly and never glance at it again.
It save you alot of worry and alot of time trying to catch up.
Secondly, match the skills you are learning with the courses you are taking that year.
At the end, what's going to matter isn't your GPA, it is your skills + the industry standard certs you pick-up along the way.
