So difference was in your system , not between Plus and telegram apps ?
Your telegram app had system autostart it while Plus was not autostart ?

Here is what we know about Use the "log out" button message:
1. It is Telegram server who stops your sessions, not Plus app. Here is proof /channel/TelegramAndroidTalk/112011. Here we can see users discuss this in common Telegram group which is not related to Plus Messenger.
2. As far as we understand this happens when user's session is duplicated: /channel/tdlibchat/48108. This can happen when scammers steal your session or when you do this yourself to get two sessions which are displaying in Active sessions list as one session. But we are not sure this is the only way to get force logout from Telegram platform.
