You need to install one and open the .pdf file after finding it with an filemanager.

If you’re having issues with Plus not running, receiving notifications, or downloading files while the app is in the background, make sure you disable battery optimization for the Plus Messenger app.
Usually battery optimization settings for Plus Messenger are available in Android settings here: Settings - Apps - All apps - Plus Messenger - Battery - Manage battery usage. Please note: you need Android settings, not Plus Messenger settings!
But on your device it can be available in another place. Instructions to access it depends on your device manufacturer, so we can’t really assist with helping you disable it. You can try using a site like dontkillmyapp.com, or using Google and searching “[phone manufacturer] [phone model] [Android version] disable battery optimization”
