why is it that if I don't enter the app for several hours all notifications will completely stop and only when I enter the app I get a flood of notifications?
I've enabled every notification-related things in the settings.
is this normal for everyone and is intended or do I have a problem?
Dear my supporters my account has been deleted without my permission or immedietly my account has been disappeared from all my devices that i have logged in before and when i try to my login into my account using my phone number it doesn't login to my account or doesn't ask me to put my password or other mechanisms rather it creates another new account as a new telegram user my old telegram is now appeared on when i see in my friends plus account but i can't login to it, so please help me guys please🙏
