In response to the crimes of the Nazi occupation against our people and steadfast nation, by the grace and success from Allah, our fighters managed on the morning of Sunday, 12th Shawwal 1445 AH / corresponding to April 21, 2024, to target the zionist occupation checkpoints in the occupied West Bank with intense barrages of bullets and clashing with them at the same location, achieving direct casualties among their ranks, and our fighters withdrew under the care of the Merciful.

We mourn with great pride and dignity the martyrs of the Nour Shams camp in Tulkarem, the righteous who ascended in confrontations with the forces of the criminal zionist enemy.
The crimes of the extremist zionist government in Tulkarem and the West Bank are an extension of the brutal zionist aggression against the steadfast Gaza Strip and a continuation of the enemy’s miserable attempts to eradicate the will to resist from the hearts of our people and their revolutionary youth.
We condemn the international silence and inability, and hold the American administration and its allies from the West responsible for the crimes of the zionist enemy against our people in Gaza, the West Bank, and everywhere.
We consider that the policy of taking over power pursued by the Oslo team [Palestinian Authority] and then the normalization processes by some Arab regimes with the zionist entity is what encouraged the enemy army and its terrorist governments to continue with their crimes against our people in the West Bank.
We affirm that it is imperative for our people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the interior to ignite the fire of a comprehensive intifada in the face of fascism and zionist brutality, so that their jihad meets the jihad and resistance of Gaza that has been ongoing for more than 6 months. These killers will not be deterred except by resistance and confrontation.
We call on all the fighting cells and factions of our people and everyone who can carry weapons to aim them at the Nazi occupation forces and to escalate the confrontation against the criminal zionist enemy that attacks the land, people, and sanctities.

The fighting brother Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, met with a delegation coordinated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul.
During the meeting, they discussed the zionist aggression against our Palestinian people, especially the Gaza Strip, the efforts made to reach a ceasefire, and the necessity of providing humanitarian aid to our people in the Strip on an ongoing basis, and the Turkish diplomatic efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause, especially in light of the war of genocide that the Palestinian people are exposed to in the Strip.
The head of the movement appreciated the efforts and positions of the Turkish President and Turkish diplomacy, reviewing the overall situation in the Gaza Strip, the crimes of the zionist occupation, and its daily massacres against our families and our people, and the summary of what the indirect negotiations and political efforts have reached to stop this aggression, the dangers facing the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and what the occupation is doing in the city of Al-Quds and the entire West Bank, its violations against prisoners in prisons, and the necessity of an international position to stop the occupation from this widespread aggression in various places.
For his part, the Turkish President stressed Turkey's firm position towards the Palestinian cause and its efforts to stop inhumane practices against the Palestinian people, stressing the importance of holding “israel” accountable for its crimes, and stressing that Turkey will continue to send aid to the Gaza Strip.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to continue consultations on various developments.
Participating in the meeting were Dr. Haqan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Kalin, head of the National Intelligence Service, Fakhr al-Din Altoun, head of the Communications Service, and Mr. Safar Turan, advisor to the president. While the Hamas leadership delegation included brothers Khaled Meshal, Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya, Zaher Jabareen, and the movement’s representative in Turkey, Dr. Musa Akkari.
