🚨 Resistance fighters opened fire on the Huwara military checkpoint south of #Nablus.
Читать полностью…🇸🇾 Following the attack by Western-backed Syrian opposition forces on Aleppo, southeast of Idlib, and north of Hama, here are the latest developments from today:
Syrian Army units are engaged in fierce clashes north of Hama on several axes, coinciding with Syrian-Russian airstrikes. Syrian and Russian air forces have conducted several airstrikes, killing over 100 opposition fighters. The General Army Command stated that, in the last 24 hours, 400 terrorists were eliminated and 12 sites and ammo depots were destroyed in precise strikes in Aleppo, Hama, and Idlib outskirts. In recent hours, dozens of terrorists have been killed by Syrian-Russian airstrikes in Hama and Idlib outskirts. A number of prominent HTS leaders have been killed.
The Syrian Army has regained control of several towns that were taken temporarily. All towns and villages on the Mahardeh-Suqaylabiyah highway have been liberated - including Karnaz, Tal Malah, Al-Jalamah, Jabbin, Hayalin, and Sheikh Hadid. In Hama, Syrian air defenses shot down an opposition drone, nullifying the threat that the opposition thought would be more successful.
Local sources added that 15,000 volunteers joined the Syrian Army in Hama in recent hours. Clashes are also continuing east of Hama, and fighters have arrive in the northern and northeastern axes of the city. At this time, Syrian Army forces are advancing towards Al-Safira, supported by their allies.
Iraqi fighters have arrived on several axes to support the efforts of the Syrian Army, as well as fighters from other aspects of the Axis of Resistance, reaching north and east of Hama and south of Aleppo. Reinforcements will continue to arrive, along with IRGC military advisors to ensure the stability of the country.
The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces have mobilized against the Syrian Army on the Deir Ezzor front in the east, and thus, the Army has raised its readiness accordingly.
Russian sources also reported that HTS is preparing to release toxic substances in Aleppo and Idlib, and these materials were transported to the Turkestan Islamic Party base to Aleppo and Idlib using ambulances operated by the "White Helmets."
Sources added that the opposition fighters are receiving intelligence information from Turkish and Ukrainian officers. Their drones use advanced technology provided by the US, in addition to communications jammers; they were trained on these by Ukrainian advisors and the Turkestan Islamic Party.
While the Syrian counterattack has not yet begun, the Syrian Army and its allies have made significant gains to subdue to advance of the Western- and zionist-backed opposition forces following their strategic retreat.
Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal provides an update on the ongoing siege of the northern Gaza Strip, which has resulted in 2,700 martyrs and 10,000 wounded in the last 60 days.

📌 The War Isn’t Over Yet
Ibrahim al-Amin, Al-Akhbar editor-in-chief
The ceasefire agreement is not holding effectively. While violations continued 40 days after the 2006 July War, the difference now lies in "Israel’s" interpretation of the battle’s outcomes, which poses significant challenges for Lebanon, France, and the United States. The Resistance remains on high alert—not because of the potential collapse of the ceasefire, but because "Israel", having been forced to accept it, seeks to pressure Lebanon into conceding gains it failed to achieve on the battlefield.
Debates over the war’s outcomes are already brewing in Lebanon. Some focus solely on the war’s costs as a metric for victory or defeat, reflecting not only a lack of understanding but also a lack of morality, as they seek to exploit the situation for internal political gains. The real danger lies in these voices pushing for unrealistic interpretations of events, which could lead to severe internal instability. Adding to this concern is how the Resistance’s opponents are tying the ongoing major battles in Syria to their narrative, assuming that the Resistance is losing significant ground in Damascus.
Political tensions in Lebanon are set to escalate as the presidential election looms. While a consensus candidate may prevent chaos, it is unlikely to drive substantial reform due to deep internal divisions and heavy external influence. This raises the pressing question: Does the world seek a stable Lebanon or one engulfed in regional turmoil?
The Lebanese people definitely need some rest. The war has compounded existing socio-economic challenges, and the majority of the population yearns for long-lasting stability. However, the Lebanese anti-Resistance camp sees this moment as an opportunity to align with US-Western interests, ignoring—or deliberately dismissing—the fact that such plans primarily serve "Israel’s" agenda. Meanwhile, "Israel" faces looming internal unrest that could escalate as external pressure mounts to end its war on Gaza.
It won’t be long before the Resistance leadership faces tough questions demanding clear, honest, and transparent answers about recent events. However, the public must understand that addressing this significant challenge requires time, careful evaluation, and the tools necessary to reestablish the Resistance as a formidable force capable of countering any future aggression against Lebanon.
The coming weeks will provide a critical test—not only of "Israel’s" commitment to the ceasefire agreement but also of Lebanon’s capacity to manage this delicate period. The nation faces two choices: either conform to external demands or prioritize its own national interests. In the meantime, Southern Syria is expected to witness escalating tensions that might extend to Lebanon. "Israel" could exploit the situation to advance plans to partition Syria and seize parts of its south, ultimately aiming to encircle Lebanon and set the stage for renewed instability.

🚨 The Government Media Office in Gaza condemned the decision of UNRWA to halt aid deliveries through the "Kerem Shalom" crossing, calling it shocking and unexpected.
The held the "israeli" occupation, US, Britain, Germany, and France, responsible for the consequences of this due to their complicity and support for the zionist aggression. The Office noted systematic coordination between the IOF and lawless groups in Gaza that take orders from them and steal aid.
They also called on UNRWA to increase aid delivery, stating that it should have increased the volume of aid and calling on it to reverse its "shocking and unexpected decision." They ended: "The Palestinian people are in dire need of this assistance, particularly as the 'israeli' occupation continues using starvation as a weapon of war against civilians, leading to widespread famine in Gaza—an act condemned by all international and humanitarian laws."

—
Sixty days of ethnic cleansing crimes perpetrated by the "Israeli" occupation army against the Palestinian people in North Gaza, resulting in over 3,700 martyrs and missing persons, 10,000 injured, 1,750 detainees, and the destruction of vital sectors.
For sixty days, the "Israeli" occupation army has launched a relentless and compound assault by land, air, and sea on North Gaza. This aggression targets areas such as Jabalia Camp, Jabalia Town, Jabalia Nazla, Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, and the Beit Lahia Project and surrounding regions. The attack has left over 3,700 martyrs and missing persons, 2,400 of whom have been buried. Additionally, 10,000 individuals have been injured, and 1,750 have been detained. The occupation has also deliberately obstructed civil defense teams in the governorate while destroying vital sectors, especially the health sector, hospitals, water networks, sewage systems, infrastructure, roads, and streets. This has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in North Gaza, now declared a disaster zone in every sense of the term.
The Government Media Office has obtained numerous firsthand testimonies from eyewitnesses, corroborating that 500 to 650 bodies of martyrs have remained in the streets for two months due to the occupation's prevention of medical, emergency, and civil defense teams from reaching them. This has led to stray dogs scavenging on the corpses, leaving only scattered bones. These bodies remain unidentified at the time of issuing this statement.
The "israeli" occupation continues its planned, brutal aggression against civilians, safe residential neighborhoods, and displacement and shelter centers. This includes acts of revenge, forcibly displacing tens of thousands of civilians from their homes, and committing crimes against humanity as defined by international law.
The "israeli" occupation persists in its systematic killing, destruction, and forced displacement with American backing and the participation of Britain, Germany, and France. These actions are greenlit by the United States, allowing for further massacres, genocide, and ethnic cleansing.
The aggression extends beyond these crimes to include the starvation and dehydration of civilians by denying access to aid, goods, and essential supplies. Over 8,000 aid trucks have been prevented from entering North Gaza.
The occupation has also destroyed and displaced dozens of shelter centers hosting tens of thousands of displaced individuals, bombed homes, mosques, institutions, residential areas, hospitals, and markets, and committed massacres that killed thousands in a deliberate and brutal manner. It has systematically prevented civil and humanitarian teams from operating, withheld food from medical staff, arrested and tortured them, and obstructed critical health campaigns such as polio vaccination drives.

The Cairo meetings with representatives of Fatah's leadership are making significant progress toward resolving obstacles.
The Fatah and Hamas delegations have reached agreements and frameworks that have resolved disputes over clauses that were hindering the official announcement of the committee's formation.
The remaining points are procedural matters and are not a source of contention between the two sides.
There is a general consensus among all parties on the need to seize the opportunity to resolve disputes and alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people.
Disputes over the management of relief and reconstruction funds have been resolved.

🚨 BREAKING: 9 martyrs ascended in the IOF's strike on Haris in southern Lebanon, bringing the number of martyrs in Lebanon today to 13, and 15 total since the ceasefire began.
Before today, there were 54 violations of the ceasefire since it went into effect. Since this morning, the IOF has carried out over 30 airstrikes on southern Lebanese towns and villages.
CNN reported that the IOF has violated the ceasefire over 100 times.
IOF airstrikes have also once again bombed crossings in Qusayr on the Syrian side of the Syrian-Lebanese border.
🟡🟢 Deputy Head of Hezbollah's Political Council Mahmoud Qamati to Al-Jadeed after over 60 violations of the ceasefire by the IOF:
—
We observe contradictions in American and "israeli" policies, as well as some European policies, regarding their demand to separate the fronts, and now the release of hostages in Gaza is being tied to the Lebanese front.
Hezbollah is very strong politically and in its resistance; we do not need any military or security actions to enhance our political work.
We have made it clear that we adhere to the provisions of Resolution 1701, provided that the "israelis" adhere to it as well.
Trump's statement is meaningless, contradicts American policies, and goes against the promises he made.
Our blood is not cheap. We endured in silence, but the escalation continued, making a deterrent message necessary.
The Lebanese army has national determination but lacks the necessary weapons to defend Lebanon.
We will work to expand the parliamentary bloc supporting presidential candidate Suleiman Frangieh, and we remain committed to him. The opposition has the right to remain committed to its candidate.

📌 “Israel’s” Gamble in Syria: Short-Term Gains, Long-Term Risks
Yehya Dbouk
Before the ceasefire between “Israel” and Hezbollah in Lebanon, Tel Aviv signaled its intent to escalate pressure on Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad This was framed as a continuation of the pressure exerted on the Resistance in Lebanon, albeit indirectly. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and his political allies issued explicit threats against Assad, even hinting at assassination should he fail to "change his stance". Notably, the ceasefire was quickly followed by a surge in militant activity in northern Syria, which observers suggest was not a coincidence but rather a result of Israeli coordination with Turkey and the US. Still, Syria’s complex battlefield, with numerous actors involved, complicates definitive attribution of these events to Israeli planning, despite clear alignment of interests against the Syrian regime.
The recent gains by armed factions in northern Syria, including temporary control over parts of Aleppo and threats to Hama, are viewed favorably by “Israel”. Such advances serve to divert Iran’s focus away from “Israel”, forcing Tehran to commit resources toward preserving the Syrian regime. However, Israeli officials remain cautious. Unless these gains transform into sustained successes capable of destabilizing Damascus, the broader strategic picture could turn against “Israel”. Increased Iranian and Russian support for Assad might deepen Syria’s alignment with the Axis of Resistance, undermining “Israel’s” ambitions and potentially backfiring.
While “Israel” regards the immediate disruption to Assad’s government as a short-term success, long-term prospects appear far less certain. US and European powers, while tacitly backing Turkish-aligned militants, remain on the periphery of the conflict. This leaves Iran and Russia to reinforce Assad’s position, complicating “Israel’s” hopes for a significant realignment in Syria that weakens Assad and his allies.
For Israel, the ideal scenario involves expanded militant control in Syria, tipping the balance against Assad and pushing toward Damascus. However, questions persist over the feasibility of such an outcome. Will Turkey escalate its involvement beyond indirect support? Can Kurdish factions exploit the chaos in the west to strengthen their position in the east? And will unrest in southern Syria—an area of strategic interest for Israel—gain enough momentum to allow Tel Aviv to intensify pressure on Damascus?

📌 Cairo Negotiations Advance: Gaza Governance Deal Within Reach
Al-Akhbar Report
Cairo | Palestinian factions have continued critical negotiations in Cairo under the mediation of Egyptian General Intelligence to establish a consensus on Gaza's governance following the Israeli war. Delegations from Fatah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad are participating in discussions aimed at forming an internationally acceptable administrative framework for Gaza.
Egypt has proposed the establishment of a "Community Committee to Support Gaza Residents", linked to the Palestinian Authority. This body, composed of independent figures, would oversee Gaza’s administration, manage reconstruction efforts, and handle Palestinian operations at the Rafah crossing. The proposal addresses Israeli objections to Hamas controlling the crossing, with “Israel” insisting on pre-approval for individuals crossing the border.
Reports indicate progress in the talks, with all parties expressing a willingness to compromise. Egyptian sources suggest that an initial agreement could be finalized as early as next week. A pivotal issue in the negotiations is the matter of Israeli prisoners. Egypt believes resolving this could prompt “Israel” to agree to a temporary truce focused on humanitarian relief. This truce would allow aid deliveries through agreed mechanisms without requiring a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. Instead, Israeli forces would reposition and suspend military operations, conditional on not being attacked during the ceasefire.
Egypt has stepped up diplomatic efforts with the US, Turkey, and Qatar, gaining broader support for its ceasefire initiative. Notably, Israeli officials have shown increased openness to a temporary halt in hostilities. If the current momentum continues, Cairo anticipates finalizing the initial framework for the agreement by the end of this week or early next week.

The Democratic Front condemns the terrorist aggression on northern Syria, and calls for an end to interference in internal Syrian affairs
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemned the terrorist attack that took place in northern Syria, at the hands of regionally supported militias and terrorist groups, and saw in it a clear attempt to pressure Damascus, and drag it towards engaging in policies that are consistent in their local and regional dimensions with the projects of Turkish, American and Israeli hegemony.
The Democratic Front called for an end to interference in Syria's internal affairs, and not to obstruct its path towards restoring its internal unity, stability and political and economic security. It also called on those who stood behind the terrorist attack on the north of the country to stop these policies that are likely to harm everyone, especially since the doors of the terrorist forces are open to be drawn into the most hostile projects towards the region and its peoples, as confirmed by the bloody experiences that more than one country has been exposed to in the past years.
The Democratic Front affirmed its confidence in the capabilities of the Syrian Arab Army, with the support of Syria's allies, to cleanse the country of the filth of terrorism and restore national sovereignty over every inch of Syrian national soil.
