Congratulations to Musaab Abu Atta! At his second trial session today, after 4 months of detention — including a lengthy period of solitary confinement and one of denied visits — Musaab was FINALLY released from pretrial detention!
His case is NOT over, and we urge everyone in Berlin to come out again on Thursday, 3 July at 13:15 at Turmstr. 91 in Berlin, to support him in his third trial session.
(And also to show up tomorrow, Tuesday 1 July at 11 am to support Majed Abusalama!)
Welcome home Musaab and freedom for all Palestinian prisoners!

Watch: Saraya Al-Quds releases a virtual simulation video documenting the details of the complex operation east of Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, titled: “Operation of the Martyr Commander, Nour El-Din Al-Bitawi – one of the most prominent leaders of Saraya Al-Quds in the West Bank”, carried out on May 10, 2025.
—
Notes:
The narrator in the video says; "Saturday, May 10, 2025, precisely at 1:45 PM, marked the epic operation of the martyr Nour El-Din Al-Bitawi, a commander in Saraya Al-Quds in the West Bank.
Going back three days earlier, a combat unit consisting of six fighters from the Saraya Al-Quds special forces had arrived.
Their mission: field reconnaissance and execution of an operation that began with planting a highly explosive device in the vicinity of the combat junction. Three days passed—until May 10 arrived.
When one of the fighters tasked with monitoring enemy movements near a newly established site east of Al-Shuja’iyya spotted a brightly lit, armored "israeli" Merkava tank with two soldiers on top—one of them seated on its roof—he gave the signal to the anti-armor fighter, who did not hesitate to fire a Tandem warhead from extremely close range.
Moments later, heavy shelling resumed by air and land, with barrages of gunfire, bombs, artillery shells, and smoke grenades.
As helicopter aircraft entered the scene to evacuate the dead and wounded—whose cries were clearly heard by the fighters—the group began preparing to resume the complex operation.
At that point, a force arrived at the scene of the operation, thinking the area had been cleared by the previous wave of shelling. This was a reinforcement unit from the "Al-Quds Brigade of the IOF Reserve Brigade" consisting of two tanks and three military jeeps, approaching the targeted vehicles. The arriving force moved right into the heart of the kill zone, where the Thaqib type high-explosive device detonated—by the grace of God—leaving dead and wounded among the enemy’s soldiers and officers from their ranks.
Immediately afterward, the special forces from Saraya Al-Quds launched an intense close-range firefight with medium and light weapons, including a successful sniper strike against one of the enemy soldiers.
By God’s grace, the group carried out an effective withdrawal and cover maneuver, after having inflicted severe casualties—killed and wounded—on the enemy.
During the ground-based withdrawal, which was made possible by changes in the surrounding environment, four fighters were martyred, including the military media officer tasked with covering the complex operation. The rest of the force, by the grace of God, returned safely."
3:15 - Casualties of the operation according to the enemy’s own admission: Two were killed, and around nine other soldiers and officers were wounded with serious to moderate injuries—though the commander of the operation confirms that what was concealed by the enemy is far greater than what they admitted in this heroic operation.
Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
Saraya Al-Quds.
According to zionist media outlets, they reported extensive damage as a result of the Iranian missile attacks, particularly at the Weizmann Institute of Applied Sciences. Two main research buildings were destroyed, and 112 buildings were damaged—60 of them were laboratory facilities, and 52 were residential—resulting in the destruction of 52 research labs and 6 service labs. This has forced the suspension of between one-fifth and one-quarter of the institute’s research activities. The estimated direct damages to buildings and equipment range from 1.5 to 2 billion shekels, not including losses related to research data, operational disruptions, or the cost of temporary lab spaces—funding for which remains uncertain. At Ben-Gurion University, additional damages are estimated at 200 to 400 million shekels.
Environmentally, the zionist Ministry of Environmental Protection reported approximately 800,000 tons of construction debris across affected areas, calling it a preliminary figure that could rise depending on future demolition decisions.

FREEDOM FOR MUSAAB ABU ATTA AND ALL PALESTINIAN PRISONERS!
Musaab Abu Atta will have his second hearing today after four months of imprisonment: Monday, June 30 at 10:30 am, at Turmstr. 91 in Berlin. He is facing multiple years in prison for allegedly throwing fireworks at a cop late 2023. The office of General State Attorney (highest level in the state) is prosecuting him in what can only be seen as a specific targeting of this refugee for his Palestine solidarity work.
In the first trial, he gave a powerful statement, and the testimonies of 3 cops, including one undercover cop were presented.
Let us support him and protest against Germany's racist prosecution of Palestinians!
**
On February 26, 2025, German police raided the home of Palestinian refugee youth and activist, Musaab Abu Atta and suddenly seized him from his home and ordering him held in pre-trial detention. He was accused of having set off fireworks during a demonstration in support of Palestine, and of storing them at his home – all of which allegedly took place in the fall of 2023. A first raid had already taken place in November 2023 on the basis of the same allegations.
Musaab Abu Atta, a Palestinian refugee from Syria, arrived in Germany in 2015. Since then, he has been subject to constant harassment by the authorities, who accuse him—like many other activists for the Palestinian cause—of “supporting terrorism.” An engaged activist in the Palestinian diaspora in Europe, he has worked to build solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle. He has now been Incarcerated for over four months, and all his requests for release have been rejected, despite the allegations being a common type of protest charge for which pre-trial detention is rarely used. Isolated in detention, he has only been allowed visits from his lawyer and his wife, although she has been arbitrarily denied visits in the past at the last minute by the prison administration.
The persecution of Musaab is part of a broader context of severe, draconian repression of the Palestinian diaspora and the Palestine solidarity movement in Germany, which has intensified since October 7, 2023. As early as September 29, 2023, the authorities issued a “political ban” against Musaab, preventing him from participating in any public or activist activity until October 31, 2023, or until he left the country. On November 2, the Samidoun network was banned in Germany, and its activists targeted by proceedings aimed at revoking their refugee status and ultimately deporting them, while banned demonstrations and systematic surveillance have become the norm in Germany. Organizations like Palestine Solidarity Duisburg have also been banned by the state, while slogans like “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” have been criminalized and thousands arrested or beaten by police.
The German state fully embraces collaboration with the Zionist entity, labeling support for Israeli occupation its “reason of state.” Germany is the second largest vendor of arms and weaponry to Israel amid the ongoing Zionist genocide in Gaza. This highly aggressive wave of repression goes hand in hand with its central role within the EU: what is enforced in Germany sets a repressive model for others to follow. In France, Georges Ibrahim Abdallah remains imprisoned after 40 years; in Italy, Anan Yaeesh, a Palestinian activist, has been incarcerated since January 2024 awaiting trial. In the imperialist centers, the repression of movements supporting Palestine illustrates their complicity in, and direct participation in, the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The goal of this repression is to break the political organization of the Palestinian diaspora and its allies in order to stifle any will to resist.
Like Musaab, let us reject the colonial and imperialist order. We demand the immediate release of all prisoners of the Palestinian cause, and affirm our full solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian people!
🚨 Targeting the Press in Gaza: Ongoing Crimes Against Journalists
The Government Media Office in Gaza has announced that the number of journalist martyrs has risen to 228, following the martyrdom of photojournalist Ismail Abu Hatab in an "israeli" airstrike that targeted the Al-Baqa Cafeteria on the Gaza City beachfront. Abu Hatab had worked with multiple media outlets and held photo exhibitions abroad to expose the catastrophic reality in Gaza.
The same strike also left journalist Bayan Abu Sultan injured. At least 22 civilians were martyred in the massacre, and many others wounded, with some critically.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Journalists Protection Center (PJPC) reported that 29 journalists have been martyred since the beginning of the year alone, stressing that they were assassinated while on duty, in their homes and tents, or even while receiving medical care.
PJPC also confirmed that "israeli" occupation forces continue to target hospitals, citing a recent attack on the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, where a temporary media center for journalists was located. Journalist Mohammad Skeik was wounded by shrapnel in the back during the strike.
These escalating attacks have forced numerous media institutions to evacuate their offices, severely compromising journalists’ safety and ability to operate. PJPC described these assaults as grave violations of international humanitarian law, which protects journalists as civilians and criminalizes the targeting of media infrastructure.
Both the Government Media Office and PJPC have called on international human rights and journalistic organizations to launch independent investigations, hold "israel" accountable in international courts, and end the impunity that has allowed these crimes to continue without consequence.
Glory to the martyrs of truth

For fifteen years, a resistance cell operating out of Al-Khalil worked in the shadows, haunting the zionist entity with quiet persistence.
The IOF arrested more than 60 individuals affiliated with this allegedly Hamas-linked cell. Hidden deep underground in fortified bunkers, they stockpiled weapons, sheltered fugitives, and rigorously trained for future operations. The Shin Bet claimed that this cell was behind the 2010 Bani Na’im operation, which led to the killing of four settlers.
Since October 7, 2023, the city of Al-Khalil has emerged as a center of resistance, witnessing at least 92 shooting operations and two car bombings, killing 14 settlers and wounding 80.
What once appeared to be disconnected lone-wolf actions are now believed by the zionist Shin Bet to have been orchestrated, or at least heavily influenced, by this cell.
60 of its members were abducted in the early days of the war. Many were placed under administrative detention and quietly released, with their organizational role undetected.
At the core of this story is Mohammed Al-Natsheh, a 67-year-old Hamas leader from Al-Khalil and a former member of the Palestinian Legislative Council. He spent over 20 years in "israel" prisons and carried out a 63-day hunger strike in 2014. In March 2025, he was arrested again and subjected to a brutal interrogation with the aim of killing him. This torture led to a brain hemorrhage, kidney failure, and a coma. He was transferred from the "Ofer" interrogation center to Hadassah Hospital, and later to Ramleh Prison.
Abdul Karim Abu Ramouz was also abducted by the occupation forces. After fifteen long years in the shadows, his alleged role in the 2010 Bani Na’im operation came to light, delivering yet another blow to the already fragile zionist entity.
The exposure of the Al-Khalil cell illuminates a long-standing and deeply rooted resistance movement that remains alive, even amid the ongoing aggression against the West Bank.

🚨 Gaza Update Summary - June 24th, June 29th, 2025
The IOF has dramatically increased its attacks, with horrific massacres continuing to target aid seekers, schools, and popular markets. About 100 martyrs ascend daily, in front of the world's eyes and ears.
Tuesday, June 24th was marked by increased activity in Khan Younis and Rafah. West of Rafah, the IOF carried out a massacre at the Shakoush aid point, with 25 martyrs ascending. At "Netzarim," 22 aid seekers were martyred. Jabalia saw intense demolitions and airstrikes. The resistance carried out a major ambush in Khan Younis amidst the bombing, killing 8 soldiers. 53 martyrs ascended that day, including 24 aid seekers.
Wednesday, June 25th had over 100 martyrs in an extremely bloody day. The IOF once again attacked aid seekers in "Netzarim," with 9 new, hungry martyrs ascending. A massive IOF ground operation in Jabalia resulted in new demolitions. Massacres took place in the north, where 7 martyrs ascended from the Dahdouh family in Shuja'iyya, and 6 martyrs from the Mutlaq family. Significantly, local clans working with the resistance's security were able to secure aid convoys into the northern Strip for the first time.
Thursday, June 26th saw at least 81 martyrs. Two particularly horrific massacres took place; an IOF drone strike targeted the Amr ibn Al-Aas school in Sheikh Radwan, resulting in 9 martyrs among the displaced. Another drone strike in Deir Al-Balah resulted in 15 martyrs at the Baraka junction. Large-scale demolitions continued in Jabalia, and warships shelled the Khan Younis coast.
Friday, June 27th. Another 97 martyrs. A massacre took place in a market in Tuffah, where 10 martyrs ascended, including journalist Ahmed Saad. The Osama bin Zaid school, sheltering the displaced, was bombed in the north, and 8 martyrs ascended (including 5 children). Entire families were again annihilated, including 10 members of the Abu Amsha family in their tent west of Gaza City and 13 martyrs from the Shawa family. Once again, aid seekers were directly targeted: 6 martyrs in Rafah and 7 in "Netzarim."
Saturday, June 28th. Repeated massacres, again. Two waves of strikes on Tuffah resulted in 20 martyrs. The "safe area" in Mawasi was bombed - 6 martyrs from Abu Tai'mah family, 5 from Abu Ma'rouf family, and 3 brothers from Abu Sitta family - all were martyred in their shelters overnight. IOF ordered new evacuations.
Sunday, June 29th started with massive displacement orders and belts of fire. A drone strike hit the Zawiya Market in Gaza City. Families were massacred in their homes in Tuffah and Sabra and Jabalia - 5 martyrs from Bustan family, 4 martyrs from Al-Ashi family, 3 brothers martyred from Abu Warda family.
Today at dawn, 5 martyrs ascended from Abu Ma'rouf family (inc. two women and a child), while the northern Strip was subjected to unprecedented bombing, demolition, and shelling. The Azzam home was targeted in Zaytoun, while the IOF relentlessly bombed Tuffah into the morning. Airstrikes also targeted Rafah.
At 8AM, the IOF issued massive evacuations for Gaza City and Jabalia, followed by drone and airstrikes. 4 aid seekers were martyred at Shakoush aid point in Rafah. The violence continues, with 45 martyrs ascending since dawn. 15 homes in Tuffah and Jabalia were destroyed today.
630 days, and the people of Gaza are still without safety or food. 600 new martyrs have ascended this week, while the world remains immobilized and complacent. #GazaSummary

"To paradise with Amir, Saif, Abdullah, and the guys."
The story of Saeed Izzat Jaber, founding commander of the Tulkarem Brigade of Saraya Al-Quds, began long before he decided to become a resistance fighter. His story began with Raed Al-Karmi, Saif Abu Libdeh, and Amir Abu Khadijah whose inherited paths Saeed has been honoring until his very last breath. Saeed knew that he would be following his comrades to paradise.
Saeed Jaber was a barber in Nour Shams. He realized, "In the West Bank there is no future as long as there is occupation". Saeed understood this reality and resisted to pave a future free from the occupation. Tulkarem Brigade founder Saif Abu Libdeh's martyrdom had a significant impact across the entire West Bank, especially in Nour Shams where Saeed Jaber and Amir Abu Khadijah decided to continue where Saif left off and formed resistance groups.
When Saeed entered this path of resistance, he soon became wanted by the occupation forces, so he stayed in Jenin Camp for some time. During his time in Jenin Camp, Saeed engaged in armed clashes with the IOF. Saeed of Nour Shams Camp would resist side by side with his comrades from Jenin Camp destroying the illusion of the checkpoints that aim to separate Palestinian cities in the West Bank.
Saeed soon grew closer to the fighters of Jenin Camp to the point where he befriended many martyrs of Jenin including Abdullah Al-Hosary, Mohammed Shalabi, and Islam Khamaysa. The fighters of Jenin and Tulkarem also exchanged military tactics with each other as they understood that the battle in the West Bank cannot be fought individually, rather it must be fought collectively. As PIJ founder Dr. Fathi Shaqaqi taught the fighters of the resistance within Jenin, Nour Shams, and the entire West Bank: "Either we rise together, or they will kill us individually". Indeed, the West Bank has been rising together as wanted fighters across the West Bank took refuge in Jenin Camp, such as the Tubas Brigade fighter, Ahmad Abu Salah, who was martyred on the soil of Jenin during the Fury of the Free Battle or Hamas leader Abdulfattah Kharousha, the executor of the Huwara operation, who took refuge in Jenin and ascended in a massacre weeks later. This only confirms the united front taking place in the West Bank.
Saeed Jaber's martyrdom on June 30, 2024, was carried out with three missiles through a warplane at his home. This is the fourth time that this cowardly act was used in the West Bank since October 7th, notably used to assassinate Saeed's comrade and Jenin Brigade leader, Islam Khamaysa.
The moment Saeed found out about Islam's martyrdom, he rushed to Jenin Camp, despite being wanted. He crossed checkpoints, risking his own security, to wish his comrade farewell and attend his martyred brother's funeral. In the end, the two leaders were assassinated in the same way and ascended honorably as martyrs, leaving behind a legacy of resistance that will continue to avenge.
Just one day after Saeed's martyrdom, the resistance in Tulkarem carried out an explosive ambush, killing and wounding soldiers in the destruction of the "most well-protected" "Namer" APC using an explosive named after Saeed. This is only the beginning of Tulkarem's response; what is coming will be greater, increasing their revenge to honor and defend the blood of our martyrs.

🚨 The Palestinian Commission of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club have confirmed the martyrdom of 22-year-old administrative detainee Louay Faisal Nasrallah from Jenin.
Louay was transferred from "Negev" Prison to Soroka Hospital, where he was pronounced martyred on the morning of June 30, 2025. No further details have been provided about the circumstances of his martyrdom. Nasrallah had been held without charge since March 26, 2024.
He now joins the growing list of martyrs in what the two organizations describe as a systematic campaign of torture, medical neglect, and starvation inside "israeli" prisons. According to his family, Nasrallah had no prior health conditions before his arrest. He had been held in "Negev" Prison, one of the most notorious "israeli" detention centers, where an outbreak of scabies has turned into what rights groups call a deliberate method of slow execution.
With his martyrdom, the number of documented Palestinian prisoners martyred since the start of the genocide has risen to 73, including at least 45 from Gaza and one child. These are only those whose identities have been confirmed, while dozens more prisoners from Gaza remain subject to enforced disappearance.
The total number of known prisoner martyrs since 1967 has now reached 310, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club.
Among them are 81 martyrs whose bodies remain withheld by the "israeli" occupation, including 70 since the beginning of the genocide. The occupation continues to deny families the right to bury their loved ones and obstructs all pathways to accountability.
The Prisoners’ Club and the Commission warned that thousands of Palestinians currently imprisoned are at imminent risk, subjected to continuous abuse including torture, starvation, medical crimes, sexual violence, and conditions that spread serious infectious diseases.
They hold the "israeli" occupation fully responsible for the martyrdom of Louay Nasrallah and renew their call on the international human rights system to take urgent and effective steps to hold "israel" accountable, end its impunity, and impose sanctions that would isolate it globally and restore the role of international law.
Glory to the martyrs.

161 Days of Aggression on Jenin and Its Camp: The Occupation Continues to Displace Residents, Demolish Homes, and Seize Land
The "israeli" occupation’s aggression against the city of Jenin and its refugee camp has continued for 161 days, marked by home demolitions, arson, and the conversion of residential buildings into military outposts.
The "israeli" occupation forces have escalated their wide-scale assault on Jenin and its surroundings, carrying out raids, assaults, and land seizures, amid fierce resistance and sporadic clashes.
Heavy gunfire was reported in the Jenin refugee camp, accompanied by the sound of loud explosions. In response, resistance fighters detonated a powerful explosive device targeting a military position at the Salem checkpoint northwest of the city. Simultaneously, occupation forces raided the village of Marka, south of Jenin, storming several homes.
In the Jabriyat neighborhood near the camp, occupation forces forcibly evicted residents from the Al-Taher building and converted it into a closed military barracks after ordering two families to evacuate. A heavy military presence was also reported on Al-Nasra Street, with house raids including the home of Sheikh Khaled Al-Hajj.
In a dangerous escalation of settlement expansion, the occupation seized more than 2,000 dunums of land from the village of Raba, southeast of Jenin, while also issuing a new notice to confiscate large areas of land in the town of Ya’bad, southwest of the city. This step is part of a broader effort to suffocate residents and deprive them of their livelihoods.
Near the Dotan checkpoint, southwest of Jenin, the occupation launched widespread bulldozing operations of farmland and uprooted olive trees in a systematic effort to destroy the agricultural environment.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its teams treated a 43-year-old man who was beaten by occupation soldiers near Qasr Ali Baba on the city’s bypass road.
Since the beginning of the aggression on Jenin and its camp on January 21, the occupation has carried out ongoing raids and arrests, deployed continuous reinforcements including military bulldozers, and proceeded with systematic home demolitions.
More than 600 homes have been completely demolished by the occupation, while others have been partially damaged and rendered uninhabitable. Widespread destruction has been inflicted on the city’s infrastructure and properties.
The aggression has resulted in the forced displacement of approximately 22,000 citizens, who remain barred from returning to their homes. A total of 42 Palestinians have been martyred, including two killed by Palestinian Authority security forces.

🟢 Hamas leader Mahmoud Mardawi to Al-Jazeera:
—
Negotiations are not making real progress due to the continued stubbornness of the occupation government and its insistence on continuing the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Netanyahu continues to reject stopping the criminal war that targets innocent people in Gaza.
Halting the aggression and opening the door for relief aid to Palestinians in the Strip are two non-negotiable conditions.
The occupation is trying to impose conditions that infringe upon the sovereignty of the Palestinian people and the resistance's arms, an issue that Hamas categorically rejects. The resistance's arms are directly linked to ending the occupation and are not subject to negotiation.
The movement adheres to its national stance, which prioritizes the protection of the Palestinian people, ending the war, and opening safe corridors for the delivery of humanitarian aid.

Day 153 of the aggression: Home demolitions, abuse, and arrests targeting the people of Tulkarm
The "israeli" occupation forces continue their assault on the city and camp of Tulkarem for the 153rd consecutive day, and on Nour Shams Camp for the 141st day, amid intensified home demolitions, harassment of residents, and the transformation of homes into military outposts.
The occupation has deployed reinforcements to the vicinity of Nour Shams Camp, east of Tulkarem city, in parallel with escalated demolition operations and direct targeting inside the camp.
Heavy gunfire was reported inside the camp, accompanied by continuous surveillance drone activity over the area.
As part of ongoing violations, the occupation forces stormed several towns in the northern part of the governorate, including Atil, Deir al-Ghusun, and Bal’a, launching raid and search operations.
A civilian was wounded by occupation fire in the Thannaba neighborhood of Tulkarem. Meanwhile, several young Palestinian men were detained near the Abu Safiya junction on the outskirts of the city, subjected to field searches and interrogations.
The entrances to the city are witnessing a heavy military presence amid continued harassment and sweeping operations.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, occupation forces arrested four young men from Tulkarem city: Yazan Abu Al-Auf, Mohammad Abu Al-Auf, Zain Abu Al-Auf, and Mahmoud Nabhan Odeh, after raiding their homes and vandalizing their contents.
Last May, the "israeli" army announced its intention to demolish 106 buildings in the Tulkarem and Nour Shams camps—58 of them in Tulkarem Camp alone—comprising over 250 housing units and dozens of commercial establishments, in addition to 48 buildings in Nour Shams Camp, under the pretext of opening roads and altering the geographical features of the area.
The ongoing aggression has so far led to the martyrdom of 13 civilians, including a child and two women—one of whom was eight months pregnant—along with dozens of injuries and arrests, and widespread destruction to infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles.
According to the latest data, the escalation has displaced over 5,000 families—more than 25,000 people—from the two camps. At least 400 homes have been completely destroyed and 2,573 partially damaged, amid continued closure of camp entrances with barriers and their transformation into nearly lifeless zones.
