We exalt to immortality the martyrs of Tulkarem and affirm our support for the resistance fighters, praising their heroic confrontation against the occupation's aggression.
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, exalts to our people and our nation a constellation of heroic martyrs who ascended in the fields of sacrifice and redemption during the confrontation against the occupation forces’ invasion on Nour Shams camp, foremost among them the martyr leader Mohammad Jaber "Abu Shujaa," commander of the Tulkarem Brigade in Saraya Al-Quds and all his valiant resisting companions.
As we exalt our righteous martyrs, we praise the heroism of our Palestinian people and the fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Saraya Al-Quds, and all resistance factions who taught the enemy a harsh lesson and heavily damaged it and its vehicles.
We salute the steadfast masses of the West Bank, who remain engaged in Al-Aqsa Flood, responding to the resistance's call and defending the land and honor despite the occupation’s brutality and tyranny, and proving that any incursion by occupation soldiers in the West Bank will not be a walk in the park.
Our resisting Palestinian people will not allow the occupation to isolate Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds, or any part of our homeland, and will confront all occupation policies and plans aiming to liquidate our cause and undermine our rights, standing as an impenetrable barrier against the occupation's arrogance and the crimes of its settlers, and its ongoing attempts to Judaize and desecrate Al-Aqsa.
We emphasize the necessity of continuing and intensifying the mobilization and connection, the state of general mobilization in the West Bank and Al-Quds, and escalating the confrontation and clash to disrupt the occupation in all areas and by all means and tools.

We strongly condemn the Arab and international silence regarding the ongoing zionist crimes against our people in the West Bank, the latest of which was the invasion of the city of Tulkarem and the imposition of a siege on Nour Shams camp, in the occupied West Bank, which confirms the zionist government's sponsorship of the barbaric crimes of the settlers.
This suspicious silence is tantamount to a green light for the criminal entity to proceed with its declared plans, foremost among which is the expulsion of our people from their land, and imposing control over Islamic and Christian sanctities, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
We also condemn the continued policy of security coordination by the Palestinian Authority, which has proven to be detrimental to our people and comes at the expense of their cause and national goals.
Furthermore, the meager sanctions imposed by Western countries, primarily the United States and the European Union countries, on some settlers, and the overlooking of ministers who arm the settlers and incite them to commit crimes, are merely throwing dust in the eyes; the presence of any settler on any part of our land and homeland is terrorism and occupation.
As we praise the steadfastness of our people and our youth throughout the cities of the West Bank and its camps and villages, and take pride in our martyrs and our heroic wounded, we call on our people everywhere to clash with all available determination and will against the occupation and the settlers, and to thwart the zionist plans on our land and homeland.
It is indeed a jihad of victory or martyrdom.

This operation comes in response to the crimes of the occupier against our people in Tulkarem and the assassination of the great fighter leader Muhammad Jaber Abu Shujaa and a group from the steadfast moons of Nour Shams camp.

“Go back to them, for we will certainly mobilize an army against which they can never resist, and we will drive them out from there in disgrace, fully humbled.”
This is the truth of Allah Almighty.
The Lions’ Den groups, with great pride and honor, exalt the leader and founder of the Nour Shams Brigade, Mohammed Jaber, Abu Shujaa, who ascended unplanned with another group of hardened fighters.
And there is no fear over Tulkarem of Al-Karmi, Abu Libdeh, Al-Amir, Awad, and Abu Khadija, for it is the birth of leaders who humiliated the elite of Yamam, Givati, and Golani every time they entered the ambushes of Tulkarem. And they continued to achieve heroics, not fearing death, and loving to meet Allah. Tulkarem was blessed with what it birthed.
We say to the people far and near, the people and the honorable people of the resistance and those who supported it, that one day they will hold accountable those who planned, those who conspired, and those who gave any information that led to harming a martyr, whether it caused his martyrdom or any harm that befell him during his life, the resistance will hold accountable those who mistreated a martyr.
The people will never forget the pain of its leaders, soldiers, and the resistance soldiers no matter where it is; this should be noted to everyone who is asked to provide any information about the resistance in all its factions. More importantly is the one who believes that the groups of the Lions’ Den, the Rapid Response, the Jenin and Tubas Brigades, the Tulkarem Brigade, and the Resistance Security Apparatus in Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarem, Tubas, Al-Fara'a, Ain Al-Sultan Camp, and Aqabat Jabr do not know who conspired against the martyrs in name and in detail.
Who conspired against the leaders and soldiers of the resistance, who conspired against the resistance everywhere, we have eyes and ears, but we have a rational mind, we arrange priorities. Our first and last priority is the occupation, but we never forget, and we have a lot, and the wise person must understand and read between the lines, and soon you will know what is hidden from you.
We are as we are, coming out for you from where you do not know. You will find from us what has never occurred to your fragile leadership, which is betting on ending the resistance with a meeting here or there.
Our message to those who try to stab us in the back:
They are delusional, they are delusional, they are delusional. If you believe for a moment that the resistance (a file) is in the hands of a person or group of people, the resistance is the army of Allah in all countries, so who are you to stand before Allah and His soldiers?
We are continuing our fight and we will not lay down our arms even if the price is our remains. The occupation will not enjoy the security it begs and searches for with the help of America and neighboring countries.
Beware, for tomorrow you will have an appointment with Allah. And beware, history will not have mercy on you, and no one will be fair to you, as there is no rank, no salary, no commander, no general, no president.
Allah has the honor of honorable people who live and leave with honor. Congratulations to you and those who are with you, Abu Shujaa. And may Allah shame everyone who insulted a resistance fighter and everyone who shook hands with the martyr’s killer.
And to the occupation and its aides, the mercenaries of the era, the oppressed countries are awakening.

Gaza City is facing a new environmental disaster that threatens the citizens, adding to a series of disasters caused by the occupation to the Gaza Strip since the onset of its brutal aggression. This disaster is represented by the complete halt of all water wells in the city for the past two weeks due to the depletion of the scant fuel supplies that were available to the Gaza Municipality during the previous period.
With the municipality teams unable to operate the water wells that survived the barbarity and bombing of the occupation, the entire city is now experiencing severe thirst due to the water cut-off, especially with the continued stoppage of water pumping from the "Mekorot" line since the beginning of the aggression and the complete destruction of the desalination station, more than 40 water wells, and 120,000 linear meters of water networks in the city.
This crisis has currently reached its peak with the onset of rising temperatures and increased demand and consumption, which requires urgent intervention from all relevant parties to provide fuel and urgently restore water supply to the citizens, and to save them from severe thirst and the health and environmental crisis that will exacerbate due to the water cut-off.
We call on the international community to put an end to the occupation's crimes against civil service sectors and urge it to urgently move to support the municipalities and provide the necessary equipment and machinery for their operation, especially in light of the heavy burden currently placed on them in serving the citizens and delivering basic services to them, primarily water.
We call for a serious international legal action to investigate all the crimes committed by the occupation army against the municipalities, local councils, and other service institutions, and to take a responsible stance in the face of the continuation of such crimes.
