The hackathon in May at Milton Friedman University enabled students to explore tools for dApp development. We’re now further scaling up our efforts in Hungary by partnering with ELTE, its oldest & largest university.
As part of this partnership, we’ll offer a direct path of learning and experimenting for students curious about building in Web3.
Robert Sasu (MultiversX core developer) and ELTE have discussed joint initiatives, including hackathons, blockchain courses and research collaborations; with the first one coming soon in October.

MultiversX Foundation supports the launch of the xAlliance community program. Designed to accelerate ecosystem growth and empower individuals and projects within the MultiversX community, the initiative will provide resources and opportunities for individuals and projects to thrive within the MultiversX ecosystem.
xAlliance will operate as a community-driven complementary counterpart of the foundation. Through an initial fund of over $100,000, it will offer guidance, specific know-how, connections, grants and bounties in the ecosystem. The main objectives are to incentivize and reward contributions, and support a wide range of activities, from product development and content creation to events.
“xAlliance is about more than just supporting projects within the ecosystem; it's about bringing in new talent”, said xAlliance Lead, Lukas Seel. “We want to attract the brightest minds in Web3 and beyond to explore the opportunities that MultiversX offers to builders and creators.”

EGLD Gets Listed On The Poloniex Exchange
EGLD has been listed on Poloniex, one of the pioneer global digital asset exchanges. The integration of the native MultiversX token means that hundreds of thousands of potential new users can participate more easily in the ecosystem.
Founded more than 10 years ago, in early 2013, the trading platform provides spot and future trading, as well as staking, while also facilitating airdrops and various community engagement campaigns for Web3 projects.
