We are thrilled to announce that MultiversX is now available on Google BigQuery, which opens access to blockchain data in an easy manner.
Google BigQuery is an enterprise-grade, petabyte-scale cloud data warehouse, with a cost-effective pay-as-you-go pricing model. Anyone with a Google Account can now get insights about the MultiversX network, such as the top 100 block producers, without running specialized software and waiting to sync the ledger.

As a result, citizens can now sidestep the inconvenience and costs associated with transaction fees and exchange rates of traditional rails for services that include commercial licenses, trademark registrations, commercial register extracts and family register extracts.
A win for the entire industry, and great progress from the xMoney team, who continue to accelerate the adoption of blockchain through cheaper, faster and cross-border payments for more than 15,000 merchants and even entire cities - Lugano, also dubbed as the “Crypto Capital of Europe".

Async Calls V2: Modular Composability And Simplified Development. Audit Completed By Runtime Verification
In addition to the internal rounds of in-depth security checks, stress testing and continuous iterations, we’ve engaged our long term collaborators at Runtime Verification for a security audit on async calls v2, which is part of the large feature set going live on January 16 with the Sirius protocol release.
Asynchronous calls enable smart contracts residing in different shards to interact with each other in an agnostic way, with the execution details being handled and abstracted by the Virtual Machine.
With the upgrade to V2, smart contracts will gain the capability to initiate multiple async calls during a single execution, and won’t be limited anymore to a single async call.
