⚡️⚡️🇸🇾🇸🇦 A delegation of more than 120 Saudi investors and officials has arrived in the Syrian capital, Damascus including Saudi Arabia Investment Minister Khalid al-Falih. The purpose of the visit is to sign memorandums of understanding and launch joint projects worth of $4 billion dollars in infrastructure, technology, agriculture, manufacturing, and cement.

The largest project is the construction of the white cement plant in the Adra Industrial City. The enterprise is expected to play a key role in the country's reconstruction after the conflict.

⚡️🇸🇾 The Ceasefire agreement is as follows.

Conditions:

1. General security checkpoints will be deployed outside the administrative borders of Suwayda Governorate, with the aim of controlling clashes and preventing the infiltration of any groups into the governorate.

2. Border Villages:
No party is allowed to enter the border villages for a period of 48 hours from the time of the agreement, to allow the opportunity for the deployment of security forces from the other side, in order to avoid any surprise attacks.

3. Bedouin Tribes:
Those remaining within the governorate from the tribes’ members are permitted to leave safely and securely, accompanied by secure escorts from the factions operating on the ground, without any objection or mistreatment from any party.

4. Humanitarian Exit Crossings:
Safe exit crossings for emergency and humanitarian cases will be designated through Busra al-Harir and Busra al-Sham

5. Restraining the Movements of Local Groups:
We urge all local groups to refrain from moving outside the administrative borders of Suwayda Governorate and to avoid any provocations or combat operations.

6. Responsibility for Breaching the Agreement:
Any party that individually acts outside the framework of this agreement shall bear full responsibility for the collapse of the concluded understandings.

7. Appeal to the Youth of the Governorate:
We direct our appeal to our youth, the protectors of the land and honor, to work with high coordination and utmost responsibility to end this ordeal that has long afflicted our safe people.
