The report said that “the first phase of the talks was held respectfully and seriously, where the views of all parties concerned were presented.”

IRNA added that “if some of the outstanding issues are clarified more clearly, the path to diplomatic progress could be easier.”

IRNA also reported that the Iranian delegation made it clear that “Iran has not yet withdrawn from the talks and this phase of talks is not the end of diplomacy.”

• 48 F-15SE Strike Eagles
• 48 F-16C/D Block-60 Fighting Falcons
• 22 F-35A/B Lightning IIs
• 12 A-10 Thunderbolt IIs

The USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70, Nimitz-class), with it’s Carrier Strike Group is within the Arabian Sea and carries the following currently:
• 24 F/A-18E Super Hornets
• 12 F/A-18F Super Hornets
• 12 F-35C Lightning IIs
• 12 EA-18G Growlers.

The USS Nimitz (CVN-68) & it’s Strike Group are currently inbound within a few days’ time to join the Vinson’s crew, and they bring:
• x24 F/A-18E Super Hornets
• x24 F/A-18F Super Hornets
• x12 EA-18G Growlers

To also note, 12 to 18 F-22A Raptors are currently inbound to the Middle East, as well as a potential 6 to 12 more Aerial Refuelers. Within the last 24hrs, there have been an additional 6 KC-46 Pegasuses that have left U.S West Coast Airbases and appear to be headed to Hawaii before going elsewhere. There is a potential that these COULD also be going to Diego Garcia.
