I think I've fixed some system memory issues, everything seems to be running nice and smoothly again. I'm going to re-enable /quote, /save and /quotes but please let me know if you encounter any issues. Thanks.

I've disabled /save, /quote and /quotes for the time being. The reason behind this is that mattata is running on a VPS which isn't very powerful, and I believe all of the calls to redis are making the bot freeze every so often. If the problem goes away, I'll re-write the affected plugins to try and be more memory-efficient. If it doesn't go away, I'll add them back and try debugging somewhere else (although I have a pretty good feeling it is these plugins causing the problem).

Oh, and if mattata isn't speaking to you, but commands like /ping work still, the issue isn't anything to with the bot.

Just have a look at /plugins, and you'll realise it's disabled in the chat.
