The MTProxy secret is incorrectly displayed in when opening the proxy link.

Also, because of this, editing the proxy secret in the list of installed proxies is broken.

this is because the person whose contact you're trying to add has set their privacy settings (tg://settings/privacy/phone) so that only their existing contacts can find their account by phone number

steps to reproduce:
1. select messages in chat
2. start searching in a search field above the chats list
3. press backspace key
4. there are two possible scenarios: 1 — nothing is deleted, like nothing happens (in a regular chat like this one), 2 — popup shows that messages will be deleted and this action can't be undone (in a topic from a forum)
