This is my first time posting in this site but I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore.I ordered many things from Aliexpress last month, all of them to the same address. I already got two of them but another three were marked as “Your package delivery was unsuccessful. Unknown or incorrect addresses”. All of them are from different sellers.Now, I know the address was fine, I can see it and also it gets saved in the account, it’s the same for every order.When I get a package from Aliexpress they always just leave it there, there’s no need for me to be home so I know that’s also not the issue.It told me to contact the courier but all it says is “Aliexpress selection standard”. I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find who is delivering it. I checked on 17track and other websites too, nothing works.So I applied for refund on all of them because I feel like there’s nothing else I can do, I would obviously like to get the items but it’s being impossible to contact anyone, including Aliexpress.I tried to ask the Help center of Aliexpress about the shipping company and I got nothing. Even in my application for refund, the robot answering told me that they also can’t see the courier’s information but at the same time they’re asking me for proof that I contacted them???Now the problem is they are denying the refund. On one of the orders they already decided they won’t give me my money back even when it is marked as returned to the seller. What am I supposed to do here? These were small orders for christmas, I do not have a lot of money to be spending it on scammers, I want my money back and nothing seems to work.I live in Switzerland, called the post, called everywhere I could think about. Nothing.
