One additional point that I find particularly interesting in IoTeX’s architecture is the trust layer for real-world devices and data.
If the number of connected devices scales significantly, the network could reach a point where trust, attestation, and data provenance are natively enforced at the protocol level. In that scenario, competition for centralized providers (such as AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT, and Azure IoT Hub) becomes significantly more difficult, as they would need to fundamentally redesign their infrastructure to achieve comparable trust guarantees.
In other words, as the device layer scales, the structural advantage of a decentralized trust framework becomes increasingly stronger—especially in data-intensive and AI-related use cases.
This is one of the areas where IoTeX’s long-term positioning could become highly defensible if adoption continues to grow.
Thanks, that makes sense—USD/stable pricing is indeed the natural starting point for enterprise adoption.
The key question long-term is how stablecoin-denominated revenue can systematically translate into token demand and value capture within the network.
