We used to be able to use this https://iotexlab.io/vcalculator but I don't think @zimne ;) is updating his website anymore
You can go to https://iotex.smartstake.io/ and mouse over the APR/APY column to get a rough idea of the reward daily
I'm not too familiar with this kind of staking.
Important to note based on the screenshot - it takes 10 days to remove your stake from their system and during that 10 days no reward will be distributed (the no reward part is normal as far as I know)
