Follow this procedure :
1. Turn off stake lock first, if on

2. Unstake, wait for your duration to count down to 0/expire.

3. You can then withdraw your coin 3 days later.

Note: Ensure you have some IOTX in your wallet to pay for transaction fees

Rewards are issued to IoteX wallet address from iopay, which start with ioxxx.

However with issues like this.i doubt, if there is any assistance we can offer.

Iotex don't have access to Binance wallet address, so it's kinda difficult to retrieve.
