1) the ioPay for desktop has been deprecated. You can't use this software to connect to any IoTeX facilities anymore.
https://hub.iotex.io is the place to go to check your stakes, send/receive (on PC), claim (when available) etc.
You will need the Metamask wallet extension + IoTeX Mainnet added to it to connect to the hub
2) You can always use https://iotex.io/verification to verify channels/accounts and don't be shy to ask us in here for confirmation for anything that might trigger your doubt (related to IoTeX)
Guys if this project wants to be taken seriously this needs to be an 24h fix (max!). Things like this keep investors away. And coin price is already a joke

Besides, I don't think CB will launch the iotx of the main chain. Other tokens that are more powerful than the iotx chain, and cb will still launch the tokens on the ETH chain. I think the project should find a way to solve the problem, instead of relying on Cb to allow the iotx main chain.

Understood. I'll pass the message to the team. Also just in case, the team/delegates are preparing for a hardfork in June. Delegates update nodes at their own convenience (before the activation date). The team could be running tests behind the scenes (on mainnet/testnet).
These activities may or may not interrupt reward distribution.
Would be great if the community is properly informed on what to expect while we move towards the activation date.

While I'm still here....never say never... CB is the main CEX in the US. It plays a big role - financial, political. Clarity Act which should be coming this month (tentatively) is 1.
If we can find another CEX that is approved by the US, then we can start from there. Oh I think Binance US also lists the IOTX-ERC20.
