Dimanapun tempat kita bekerja kita pasti akan menjumpai tidak hanya boss, bisa juga rekan kerja, atasannya rekan lain departemen, atasan dari boss kita, security, ob dsb. Mereka juga punya potensi untuk membuat kita tidak nyaman alias tidak betah. Bahkan warung makan yang jauh dari kanyor atau mahal juga bisa membuat kita nggak nyaman.
Solusinya hanya 2 yaitu :
1. apakah bapak/ibu bisa & mampu serta mau untuk berdamai dengan itu semua.
2. Jadilah enterpreneur / pengusaha sehingga nanti kita bisa melihat dari sudut pandang kuta sendiri ketika kita menjadi atasan.
