The Dropbox rule is just an information for us.. ur location can be Hyd but when you try to book appt, u will see dates oly at CHN.

I selected my location as Hyderabad, but it still showed me the interview waiver options. I had to choose a Dropbox appointment only at Chennai though, but you can drop off in Hyderabad

I usually change something in the DS-160 and save it to reset the 30-day cycle, not the date it was created. I'm not sure if the 30-day cycle resets just by accessing it and closing it, but I know changing some data and saving works for sure. I usually do this once a week until 2 days before the interview, then I submit it after reviewing everything.

Chennai Received on Jan 12.
Updated as Refused ion Jan 17.

I opted for pickup at Mumbai location.

Hello people,

I haven't received the "Interview Waiver questions" in the new portal. Considering the new rule post Oct 1,2023 for dropbox location has to be "Chennai". In my case i have the location as "Hyderabad". Looks like it is the issue which caused the "interview waiver questionnaire" not to pop up.

Can you please help me fix the issue and so that i can book a drop box appointment as i am eligible for drop box.
