Mellifluous: The Echo That Endures
If there is one thing that lingers beyond the transience of breath, it is the mellifluous cadence of words well-spoken, of wisdom well-heeded. Long after the flame has been extinguished, the warmth of its glow remains.
And so, dear traveler upon this fleeting road, weave your words like golden thread upon the loom of eternity. Let them be gentle as a lullaby, fierce as a battle cry, soft as a whispered prayer. Let them live beyond you, singing their eternal echoes in the symphony of existence.
"What we know is a drop, what we do not know is an ocean." - Isaac Newton
Bereft: The Void That Awakens the Soul
A child who loses his way cries in despair, but the moment he turns to the road, he has already begun his journey home. Loss is a cruel teacher, stripping us of our comforts, leaving us bereft of illusion. But it is in this emptiness that we awaken.
The wanderer must lose himself to find the path. The dreamer must shatter before he can be reborn.Читать полностью…
Lugubrious: The Beauty in Melancholy
A poet once wrote that beauty lies in that which fades. The lugubrious strains of an old violin, the twilight sighing its farewell, the last leaf of autumn spiraling to the ground - these are not mere symbols of sorrow, but of profound, ineffable beauty. Do not fear the shadows, for they define the light.

Despondent: The Abyss That Leads to Light
There will come a time when the weight of existence anchors you in the depths of despair. A young scholar, having failed a dozen times, stood upon the precipice of hopelessness. As he gazed into the abyss, a soft voice spoke behind him - an old teacher, wise as the mountains. "Why do you despair?" the teacher asked.

A Life of Gratitude
Gratitude is a gift we can give ourselves every day. It requires no grand gesture, no monumental change, just a shift in perspective. So, take a deep breath and look around. The world is waiting for you to notice its beauty, to cherish the moments that matter.
In the words of Melody Beattie, "Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more." Let this be the mantra of your life - one filled with appreciation, joy, and wonder. Make every second count by practicing gratitude daily, and watch how it transforms not only your world but the worlds of those around you. Enjoy every second of your life with gratitude always. Have a grateful day ahead.
The Strength in Scars
“Our scars are a sign of our strength. They are proof that we have lived, we have overcome, and we have grown.” — Unknown
Kintsugi encourages us to view our scars not as blemishes to be hidden, but as badges of honor. Each crack filled with gold is a symbol of survival and a reminder that we are stronger in the places where we have been broken.
A Lesson from Nature
In the natural world, trees that endure storms often grow the strongest roots. Similarly, our experiences of pain and recovery make us more resilient. The art of kintsugi is a visual representation of this truth, showing us that our challenges can lead to greater strength and beauty.
Transformative Power of Adversity
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” — Rumi
Adversity, though often painful, has the power to transform us in remarkable ways. Kintsugi embodies this transformation, turning brokenness into beauty and despair into hope. It teaches us that our struggles are not endpoints, but rather opportunities for growth and renewal.
Personal Growth
A young woman once shared her journey of overcoming a devastating personal loss. She likened her healing process to kintsugi, describing how each step of her recovery filled the cracks in her heart with golden wisdom and strength. Her story, much like a kintsugi masterpiece, became a source of inspiration for others facing similar challenges.
Celebrating Our Unique Stories
“Every experience, no matter how bad it seems, holds within it a blessing of some kind. The goal is to find it.” — Buddha
Kintsugi reminds us to celebrate our unique stories, to find the gold in our experiences, and to understand that every fracture we endure adds to our richness. Our lives, like kintsugi pottery, are a mosaic of experiences that contribute to our overall beauty and strength.
An Inspiring Example
Thomas Edison, after numerous failed attempts to create the lightbulb, famously said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” Each failure was a crack in his journey, but with perseverance, he filled those cracks with the gold of knowledge and eventually illuminated the world.
Embrace Your Golden Seams
The art of kintsugi offers a powerful metaphor for life. It teaches us to embrace our imperfections, recognize the strength in our scars, and understand the transformative power of adversity. By celebrating our unique stories and finding the gold in our experiences, we can emerge from our trials more beautiful and resilient than before.
“Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.” — Khalil Gibran
So, the next time you face a setback, remember the art of kintsugi. Embrace your broken pieces, fill your cracks with gold, and let your resilience shine through. Your journey, with all its imperfections, is a masterpiece in the making. Enjoy the imperfections always and all the ways. Have a great time ahead.
Kintsugi: The Art of Embracing Imperfections and Celebrating Resilience
In a world that often celebrates perfection, the Japanese art of kintsugi stands as a poignant reminder that beauty can be found in our flaws and strength in our scars. Kintsugi, which translates to “golden joinery,” is the centuries-old practice of mending broken pottery with lacquer mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. The result is a piece that is more beautiful and valuable than it was before it was broken. This art form offers profound lessons on resilience, self-acceptance, and the transformative power of adversity. Have a great day ahead.
Reading: A Portal to Positivity
Books have an unparalleled ability to transport us to different realms, offering perspectives that can shift our mindset. When feeling low or burdened by negative thoughts, immersing oneself in a good book can be a transformative experience.
As J.K. Rowling wisely said, “I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book.”
From the pages of inspiring biographies to the wisdom of self-help books, reading expands our horizon, instilling hope and fostering resilience. It allows us to see beyond our current struggles, reminding us that we are not alone in our journey. Through stories of triumph over adversity, we find the strength to overcome our own challenges.

Even Distant Elephants First Appear Small:
(one minute reading in the morning)
Beware Of Distant Elephants: Imagine a mountain viewed from miles away; it appears small and manageable. However, as you get closer, its true size and difficulty become apparent. Similarly, a project at work may seem simple to someone not directly involved, but those working closely with it understand its complexity and challenges. This philosophy teaches us to consider perspective and proximity before judging the significance of any issue. The philosophy "Even distant elephants look small from far away" suggests that large or important issues can seem insignificant when viewed from a distance or without direct involvement. It highlights the importance of perspective and proximity in understanding the true magnitude of a situation.
They say that in the distance, even giant elephants at first look small. Unfortunately, many small things turn into big things when they actually arrive.

The world tells you not to weep, to stifle the rivulets that carve canyons into your soul. So too must we embrace our grief, for it is the crucible where our strength is forged. 🦅From Barnyard Bound to Sky-High Crown: The Eagle's Awakening 🦅
Once upon a time, in a quaint and bustling barnyard, a farmer found a seemingly abandoned eagle egg near a mountain cliff. The farmer, filled with compassion, took the egg back to his farm and placed it under a mother hen. The egg, blending with the rest of the clutch, hatched along with the chicken eggs.
Out came a magnificent little eaglet, oblivious to its majestic lineage. Raised among the chicks, it clucked, pecked, and fluttered about just like its chicken siblings. The eaglet, convinced it was a chicken, grew up behaving as such, limited by the boundaries of the barnyard.
One day, a soaring eagle spotted the young bird in the barnyard and swooped down. The eagle asked the young bird what it was doing among chickens. Bewildered, the young eagle replied, “I am a chicken, and this is where I belong.”
The soaring eagle, recognizing the potential within, encouraged the young bird to stretch its wings and feel the wind. With hesitation and doubt, the young eagle struggled, but eventually felt the rush of air beneath its wings. Slowly, the eagle rose above the barnyard, soaring higher and higher until it reached the sky where it truly belonged.
Lessons Learned:
You Are Not Limited by Where You Were Raised: The young eagle's upbringing in the barnyard did not define its true potential. Our origins do not have to determine our destiny.
The Beliefs of Those Around You Can Hold You Back: The eaglet believed it was a chicken because it was surrounded by chickens. Sometimes, the perspectives and beliefs of those around us can constrain our growth.
You Are Meant for More Than You Think: The young eagle realized it was capable of soaring high above the barnyard. Our capabilities often surpass our own beliefs and those imposed by others.
Growth Happens When You Grow (Not Just Go) Through Pain: Struggling to fly was painful and challenging for the young eagle, but it led to immense growth. Embracing and enduring hardships can be the path to true growth and fulfillment.
So, what are your wings capable of, I wonder? 🦅

Numinous: The Infinite Within Us
Stand upon a mountain's peak and gaze upon the infinite sky. Feel the vastness, the numinous pulse of existence thrumming through your veins. There is something greater than us, beyond words, beyond comprehension, and yet, within us. To acknowledge this is not to diminish our significance, but to magnify it.

Susurrus: The Language of the Universe
If only we learned to listen - to the susurrus of wind through leaves, to the gentle lapping of waves upon the shore, to the unspoken words in a loved one's eyes. The world hums a symphony, but we drown it in the cacophony of our own restless minds.
There is wisdom in silence, in the stillness of a moonlit night, in the pause before a whispered confession. The universe speaks, and if we attune our hearts, we shall understand.
Evanescent: The Mirage of Permanence
The golden hues of sunset bleed into the horizon, only to be swallowed by the inky abyss of night. Such is the evanescent nature of joy, of sorrow, of love. A traveler once came upon an ancient sage sitting beneath a gnarled banyan tree. "What is the secret to happiness?" the traveler asked. The sage smiled, tracing a circle in the dust.

In today's digital era, our learning experiences are increasingly influenced by technology. We often turn to platforms like Google or Wikipedia for information, which can make us feel like we have easy access to knowledge. However, this reliance on quick searches can sometimes make us think we have all the answers without deeply understanding the subject. While online sources can be helpful for quick information, reading books and learning from experienced teachers provide a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of a topic. Books and expert guidance offer insights that go beyond surface-level knowledge, fostering a deeper and more holistic learning experience. Enjoy reading always and all the ways

“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” — Vince Lombardi
In our pursuit of perfection, we often overlook the unique beauty that imperfections bring to our lives. Kintsugi teaches us to embrace our flaws and view them as part of our story. Just as a repaired vase with golden seams becomes a masterpiece, our scars and struggles add depth and character to our personal narratives.
Good morning! Today, let's embrace a powerful shift in perspective. I used to believe that true satisfaction was always just out of reach, something I was constantly working towards in the future. This made my present feel like mere preparation for the "real life" I desired, turning life into a waiting room for a moment that would blow my mind.
But I realized it was a trap—the "when-I-finally" mindset.
I thought, “When I finally get a meaningful career, I’ll be happy,” “When I finally buy a house, I’ll feel secure,” and everything will feel better when I finally book that dream trip. I achieved all these, yet I still felt like I was on a hamster wheel. True contentment only came when I let go of the “when-I-finally” mindset.

The Nature of Gossip: A Double-Edged Sword
Gossip, the act of sharing unverified or private information about others, often stems from a desire to feel superior or included. However, this seemingly benign behavior carries destructive consequences. Gossiping not only harms the subject but also undermines the integrity of the gossiper.
“Gossip needn’t be false to be evil — there’s a lot of truth that shouldn’t be passed around.” — Frank A. Clark
A Story: In the bustling village of Salem, known for its tight-knit community, lived a man named Kumar who relished in sharing the latest tidbits of her neighbors’ lives. One sunny afternoon, Kumar overheard a private conversation between two friends discussing a sensitive family matter. Eager to feel important, he spread the story across the village, adding his own embellishments. As the gossip spread, it caused strife and misunderstanding among the families involved. Kumar basked in the attention briefly but soon found himself ostracized, as people began to see him as untrustworthy and malicious. The trust he had once enjoyed was shattered, and he learned a hard lesson: that spreading gossip, even if it contained truths, could ruin lives and reputations, including his own. Frank A. Clark’s words echoed in his mind, reminding him that some truths are better left unspoken.

Observations Without Judgment
One of the first lessons I learned in NVC was the importance of making observations without attaching judgments. This was a challenging shift from my habitual way of expressing myself. Instead of saying, "You never listen to me," which is an evaluation, I learned to say, "I noticed that you were looking at your phone while I was talking."
Example: At work, instead of accusing a colleague of being lazy with, "You never complete your tasks on time," I began to say, "I noticed that the report was submitted after the deadline."
"The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence." — Jiddu Krishnamurti
