It is addressed to those who want to get involved in supporting and assessing the volunteers' learning path with a focus on the ending part of the process to evaluate and give value to their experience before they go back to their realities.
The thematic areas that represent the keystones of the of the learning process of the volunteers’ experience will be:
- volunteers personal development and wellbeing,
